Been to here for over a year every two weeks. The entire experience took only 30 minutes and was relaxing without taking too long. They were really graceful. They did a fabulous job helping me relax while I got my toes done. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. The secret will get out if I write yet another 5-star review. This is a hidden gem in the city. Truly enjoyable experience! Staff promptly reached out and offered to remedy my issue. He did pretty much anything as far as nails plus other services as well. The salon is fresh & clean. Will come back here with MY SIS :). Read Less

Terrible . Terrible! Only a couple of the people that work there know what they are doing and will not work. They just sit on thier phones while someone else's messes up my nails EVERY TIME! I dont know why I went there as many times as I did but never again. Read Less

Made an appointment for a group of us for a bachelorette girl's weekend after a recommendation from a local salon. We sat there and waited for a good 10 min before we were even seen which wasn't ideal considering I had made the effort to make an appointment. We get seated and finally, our pedicures get started. It was the most rushed, least thorough pedicure I've ever gotten. Start to finish it was maybe 15-20 minutes, my feet don't feel soft at all, my toes look messy and they did one coat of polish. To make matters worse the lady cut my toe and tried to blame me saying the cuticle was under my nail. I've had probably 50 pedicures in my life and I've never gotten cut before. When I went to leave I told the guy, who I assume is the manager, that she cut my toe and I didn't think it was fair that I paid full price. He offered me $5 off which I said I didn't think was enough so the highest he would go was $10 off. My pedicure should have really been free considering how poorly the job was done coupled with the fact that she cut me. I would never go back here and I would tell everyone not to bother. This was totally unacceptable and just bad business. If I was every in Fredericksburg with the girls, I would avoid this place for sure. Read Less

Just left, very dissatisfied.  My manicure is horrible. I'm contemplating having someone take it off tomorrow at another saloon and have them redo it. My cuticles still need to be cut more and there is paint multiple places around my fingers. Got charged $10 more than my friend who had the same things as me. Will not be returning. Read Less

Just had a session for Deluxe Pedicure/Deluxe Manicure with Ha at US Nails.  I am thrilled with his precise work and attention to detail.  He is a great conversationist as well.  As a spa owner, I was impressed with the salon's sanitation procedures and ability to handle large parties of customers.  The place was busy!  I will return soon.  Ha rocks! We had a Bachelorette party go in for nail services and had reserved an appointment. They served wine, water, soda to patrons. I really enjoyed the jelly ultimate pedicure, my nail stylist painted close to what I told her and showed her pictures of. The paint doesn't seem to be lasting as long as it should and they may have not sealed the top coat. Pricing was normal. I was annoyed though the bride got a certain guy who seemed to cater to her at first and was friendly, but he quickly got on his phone to file an insurance claim and talked to the agent seeming to get annoyed with the agent the entire nail service.  Frankly I thought this was very rude I'm not saying he needed to speak to the bride the entire service but to ignore her was not okay with me.... Also another worker was pushy about money making sure certain girls getting services done had the cash up front before services started or seconds after she finished. I wish it was a better experience for the bride and some of the bridal party.... Read Less

I wouldn't even give it a star but I had to so I could leave a review. I've had hundreds of pedicures but this was by far the worst! A friend and I went in to escape the rain. We were the only customers in there and they rushed through. Didn't even put a top coat on. This morning when I got in the hot tub my polish was chipped and looked like it was a month old. They could have taken their time, completed all the steps, and been friendly and smiled. It's not like there was anyone else there they needed to get to. My grandkids could have done a better job. We are planning a girls trip back and we're going to all get a pedi but it won't be here. Sorry guys but y'all need to make the customer feel relaxed and pampered. We won't be back! Read Less

Had my first visit here yesterday with a friend.Pros:-Very sanitary.-Free wine / drinks.-Large selection of colors / options.-Short wait time with no appointment.-Frank did my friends nails & he was awesome & super friendly!Cons:-The young guy doing my nails was not my cup of tea and didn't seemed concerned with doing things correctly.-We weren't offered wine (well over 21).-The white tips on each of my nails are obviously 1-2 sizes smaller than the nail and he filed my nails down on the side in an attempt to hide it. -Pricing is $5-$10 higher than salons in Austin & San Antonio. I would give my personal experience 3-stars, but I'm throwing in an extra for how clean everything was and all of the offerings they have. Read Less

This was probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. It lasted less than a week...and yet the cost is the same as the place I typically like to go (in Austin) where my manicure lasts up to a month.  2 stars because the man who did my nails was friendly. Wish he would've done a more thorough job with cleaning up my cuticles. Read Less
