I have been to the salon several times. tGenerally I have good consistent manicures and pedicures from here however today I went for a manicure and got the organic dream manicure with powder gel. It was rushed and anything but relaxing. I told them I needed to choose a color and so they have this awesome (huge) book with all the colors. While I was still looking the nail technician insisted on starting . So picture me one hand soaking one hand being worked on and a giant book of colors in my lap me trying to look. I was in such an awkward position it was impossible to keep my hand soaking and the lady began to chastise me and telling me to leave it in the water and I said I can't so she finally let me have my hands and choose a color. Granted I should have been more assertive and said more sooner. The wax wasn't distributed on my hands and near half my hand was left with no wax. By this point I felt awkward and again should have said something. The entire process from me sitting down trying to choose a color was around 40-50 min even with me stopping to choose a color. Previous trips for this manicure have been amazing and wonderful massage etc. This salon has a history of great service but this past trip was a let down.

Very near my home, I tried this salon while my husband had a hair appointment across the parking lot. I got the Heavenly Pedicure and it was awesome. Full leg and foot massage plus a warm neck wrap. Unbeatable service and price, plus had a glass of wine during the service. Will definitely come here again. Thank you!!!

Their customer service is good as well as their salon is super clean and beautiful! However I asked for white tips (French manicure with acrylic nails) today. I even showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted (shape and the amount of white tip) and they did not turn out well at all. They are uneven and filed terribly. I will being going somewhere else tomorrow to get a whole new set. Thankfully it only cost $40.

There are other good nail spas in the area. If you want to make your mother happy - avoid this place! Quality is key & this place has none. I give them 2 stars just because they tired to redo my sisters nails.

I love this place! I have been three times now and each visit I am promptly taken care of and have talented nail artists do an incredible job. The place is spacious and very clean, with plenty of TVs and beverages. There are tons of nail color options for regular polish, gel, and dip powder. The services are well priced for the experience you are getting - whether you want something basic or to treat yourself lavishly. Tim is the very friendly and efficient manager and runs the place super well! The last two times I went I got dip powder and they each lasted for over four weeks. This most recent time, I walked in after a group of three women and so I expected to wait, but I was immediately seated (and happily surprised). Kim did my nails for a classic manicure and paid meticulous attention to every detail. She was very kind and I enjoyed her company. This is my new go-to nail salon place in Fort Worth, as it is only 1 mile from my home, not to mention it's in a very central part of town and located near a ton of great shopping and restaurants. I will be asking for Kim during future visits!

This is one of the best nail places I've been to in town. I went in for nexgen color only. They asked me if I needed a manicure as well, looked at my nails and said no I could wait until next time. I was so impressed that they were so honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! The best part was they did the Nexgen powder the RIGHT WAY! They used the authentic products and the application was flawless. I had Van and we was obviously very skilled at his job, he wore magnified glasses and files everything to perfection. He got a repeat customer out of me for sure!

I was so excited to try this place since I'm moving into RiverVue in August. However, I left today in tears after getting a Nexgen manicure. First of all, there are hardly any color options- so I already had to settle (color is awful). Second, every nail is a different shape. I asked for square with a round tip (I get it every time). However, each nail is completely crooked, the flat sides are all uneven. They are way too square (even after asking twice for more rounded edges). And they are all different lengths, even after me asking her to fix a few to make them even. They are so terrible I am contemplating getting them done elsewhere tomorrow. I will never be back, and will never refer anywhere here. Just an overall terrible job.

I started coming here when the trashy gypsy community took over the salon I had previously been going to for many years. I was so disappointed and looking for a new salon that valued its customers. Resort has been amazing! Their atmosphere is beautiful, and fairly calm and quiet even on the weekends. Their prices are super reasonable and their service is great. I highly recommend trying this place out. Indulge in a pedicure too while you're here - you won't be disappointed!

I live within walking distance and will not come here again. It is strange how a seemingly upscale salon has such lousy service. The workers are not friendly at all and they act like they are doing me a huge favor. I have been there about 5 times and only met one friendly worker, her name is Tiffany. What I do not like about the place, is that they don't take their time and the workers do not listen to instruction. When I tried to explain how I like my nails, one lady had the worst attitude with me. She ended up giving me the worse cut in my cuticles. When I paid for an expensive pedicure, the guy did not clean underneath my toe nails at all. I asked him to and he just would not. That was my breaking point and I decided that I will not return. Since moving to Fort Worth, I have not found a good salon, so I stopped getting my nails done.

I saw this salon when visiting the new shopping area it's in. I thought with the salon being in a upscale area I might get some awesome treatment. When I walked in I felt like an inconvenience. I got both a pedi and a full set of acrylics. They did both services at once which was nice. However , the girls barely spoke English and did not communicate well. They could ask the traditional questions of " do you want a drink " and other basic questions. I explained the type I nail I wanted for thirty seconds to the girl because she wasn't understanding me. The quality of work is here and it seems very sanitary. However when you pay for a service you want to be pampered in a happy atmosphere. It seemed like the workers there didn't want to be there. Maybe this is a new venture for all of them since this place is new. I don't know. I might come back if I was in a crunch. I'd rather support someone who's working for their self and I'd love to find a freelance nail person. These salons seem beautiful but sad because it almost seems like forced labor rather than someone who loves their job and clients. I'm looking for quality work and service that makes me feel good.

I walked in about an hour and a half before close. I stood at the front dresk and actually had to say hello to the man and woman behind the computer. It was totally awkward how they ignored me. I was nervous when the same lady who didn't say hello back was the one doing my pedicure. I asked her if I could let my feet soak for a while because I'm on them all day doing hair. She looked beyond annoyed and passed me off to a sweet lady names Zoe. She was quick but still did a great job and didn't bat an eyelash when I asked to change my polish color more than once. I'm glad she came to my rescue. I hope none of you get the other sassy lady with the short bob. Also, Steven did this girl's nails next to me and I booked with him because of how detailed he was.

Great nail salon! I called in advance and got booking on the same day. The salon is really pretty and comfortable. They play fun chick flicks. Everyone I encountered, from the reception till end was really nice and pleasant. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job and was really detail oriented which is so rare! The hot stone massage was really relaxing. My nails were a mess and she made them look soo good. I will be back and would def recommend!

Beautiful nail spa! Decent prices too. The spa pedi chairs are so cozy and comfortable, with of course the option for a glorious chair massage while you take care of your beauty needs. Great area too, right in the Waterside area with a bunch of restaurants and things to do. You could totally make a girls day out of it. They offer vino and/or refreshments as well. Love the big screen TVs as well. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely coming back here for a spa pedi and lunch!

I was skeptical with their high prices, but the 30% off sign drew me in. Best experience I've had in Texas. Lisa did my manicure and Kim (?) did my pedicure. Their massages were wonderful. Great selection of colors and so thankful nobody tried to up-sell me. That fact alone will have me coming back. Great experience!

Very near my home, I tried this salon while my husband had a hair appointment across the parking lot. I got the Heavenly Pedicure and it was awesome. Full leg and foot massage plus a warm neck wrap. I started coming here when the trashy gypsy community took over the salon I had previously been going to for many years. I was so disappointed and looking for a new salon that valued its customers. Resort has been amazing! Their atmosphere is beautiful, and fairly calm and quiet even on the weekends. Their prices are super reasonable and their service is great. I highly recommend trying this place out. Indulge in a pedicure too while you're here - you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful location, prices comparable to others in the area, great service. The manicurist was very friendly and great at her job. I didn't not have to wait at all. I will definitely be coming back often

Great nail salon! I called in advance and got booking on the same day. The salon is really pretty and comfortable. They play fun chick flicks. Everyone I encountered, from the reception till end was really nice and pleasant. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job and was really detail oriented which is so rare! The hot stone massage was really relaxing. My nails were a mess and she made them look soo good. I will be back and would def recommend!

Such a great experience! Relaxing, great customer service, and most importantly clean! This is the first nail salon in TX I've been satisfied with! They have chrome now and it's awesome!!!

I've been here a few times for a no chip manicure. They do a great job. I wash my hands multiple times a day at work and my manicures always last at least 3 weeks!

Beautiful nail spa! Decent prices too. The spa pedi chairs are so cozy and comfortable, with of course the option for a glorious chair massage while you take care of your beauty needs. Great area too, right in the Waterside area with a bunch of restaurants and things to do. You could totally make a girls day out of it. They offer vino and/or refreshments as well. Love the big screen TVs as well. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely coming back here for a spa pedi and lunch!

I have driven past this nail salon every day since it opened as its in our neighborhood. Finally tried it and man, so happy I did! The service was great. Attentive, friendly and great service. Got a gelac mani and spa pedicure. Both turned out great. The salon is cute and modern with cute and thematic decorations. Definitely found my new nail spot! Thank you!

I was skeptical with their high prices, but the 30% off sign drew me in. Best experience I've had in Texas. Lisa did my manicure and Kim (?) did my pedicure. Their massages were wonderful. Great selection of colors and so thankful nobody tried to up-sell me. That fact alone will have me coming back. Great experience!
