Staff was not friendly, I got a full dip set with French and they look awful. The lines aren’t straight or even whatsoever. The top part of my nail that’s supposed to be clear/pink came out straight up gray because my tech was so sloppy with the white dip. No manicure was included, I had to ask just for lotion after. To make everything worse my tech walked away and FORGOT about me there for about twenty minutes until I had to ask for someone to come back and finish so I could leave. Who I assume was the manager laughed that she left to go eat in the back and that she forgot about me. No discount or attempt to correct any mistakes. Waste of time and money, don’t go here. Found this place on Yelp while in town for work. Typical strip mall nail salon but they got me in without an appointment.  Bonus was a nice young man did my toes. The pedicure lasted me well over 6 weeks. That is impressive.  Nice basic pedicure and great price. Lots of options on the menu. I would go back. Read Less

There are a lot of good reviews here so maybe it was an off day, but my experience was so lacking in professionalism that I left. There were fingernail clippings of all shapes and sizes all over the floor next to the chairs they sat me and my friend in. I didn't put my feet in the water because I could see a big glob of white stuff in the drain area. I showed the hostess the floor and she didn't seem concerned with it and when I showed her the white stuff, she said it was jus...t something "under my bag". It looked like maybe some wax or toilet paper in the drain and although it was under the bag, it's still gross. We asked to be moved to different chairs so she stuck us in different chairs and left us there with water only, no whirlpool. I don't know about other people but when I stick my feet in some water for a pedicure, I want some bubbles. I can stick my feet in a bowl of hot water at home. We sat there for awhile without being acknowledged, even as we fumbled around looking for a controller for my friend's chair. I have been coming here for about a year. They have always done a great job on my nails.  I have started to get the gel which theirs last longer than some of the other salons I have tried. Reasonable prices and a friendly staff. While I have only done the basic mani pedi or the gel manicure they also have a wide array of different types of add ons so you can really customize what you want. Read Less

I've been here twice and the first time was great. I got a gel mani and they did a good job and they're price is fantastic. BUT, today I went for a gel mani and pedi and it was definitely not great. I waited a long time and they were not all that busy when I arrived. I eventually was sat in a pedicure chair but I still waited quite a while as they served people before me who arrived after me and did not have appointments. The lady doing my mani pedi used the nail drill to get off my old gel, I much prefer when they soak it off. When the lady did my mani she didn't ask what shape I wanted before she started filling my nails. And she didn't do a very good job. The edges of my nails are still rough, I'll have to smooth them out at home. In addition to that, she got (and left) polish on my skin. I'm not sure that I'll come back here again. Read Less

Beware.I used to love this place, but won't go anymore. This place uses solar nail powder, not sns powder for their dipped nails. They just claim they are "dipped" nails, however the price is what you should pay for sns not for solar powder (which is usually done with acrylic nails). Solar powder is cheap and your natural nails will be damaged and become thin like acrylics.Occasionally I get my nails done elsewhere and the other salon always comments that Professionails used solar powder. Today the third salon told me this. It's enough!They are using the "dipped" technique, but that means nothing. Sns powder makes your nails stronger, however my nails were getting thinner. This place has to file the nail so thin that it harms your natural nail. Just like acrylics.Sns contains vitamins and nail strengtheners.Just a shame what people will do to cut costs. I was a loyal customer, wondered why I'm getting the most expensive process, yet my nails are getting thinner. Read Less

Wonderful. I was going to another salon but wasn't very happy. In searching Yelp I found this place. I'm so glad I did. I was welcomed as soon as I entered. The service I received was perfect.  Lizzy is great at what she does and is a very kind person. I'd highly recommend her. Their prices are very reasonable and when compared to the service I received, its a great, great value!  It's clean and bright and has a very comfortable environment! I'll for sure be back! I wanted to get a mani and pedi. They sat me in the chair w my feet in the water. Sat there almost 30 min. They didn't say anything as in it going to be awhile or they would be with me shortly. So after spending half my lunch hr there I walked out. The water was already getting cold. The chair gave a nice massage that's it. Read Less

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!!  Bill did my pedi and it was AMAZING!!!  I will be requesting him again! My mani was good, but the tech that did it was just not as friendly and seemed a bit rushed and not listening to what I said the first time, I had to repeat myself a couple times.  The salon is clean and I love that they use the plastic covers in the spa pedi.  Can't wait for my next pedi! Love this nail salon. The nail techs are kind and thorough. The salon is clean even on the busiest days. Their basic spa pedi is $20 every day but I'm a sucker for the Paraffin Pedi for $26. They also do a mani and pedi at the same time which is SO helpful. If you pay cash, make sure you get a punch card - after 15 punches you get a $20 credit! Read Less

I will never go to #Professionails in the Westcliff shopping center ever again! One lady grabbed my LV with her wet hands then turned around and said "Don't worry, it just water!" Another one grabbed it with tools in her hand and scratched my beautiful, light patina vachetta leather handle! Now there is a rough strip all along and it scraped the top layer so now it is lighter then the rest of the handle. I called the owner, Robert, and told him I was going to send him the b...ill to replace or repair. He had the nerve to say "you shouldn't have brought it with you" and "Louis Vuitton is overpriced" Excuse me? I didn't ask for your opinion. The techs should be more careful when handling things or better yet, not touch at all! Also, another tech had to repair the awful gel polish that had been applied by one who seemed to be in a hurry. They did a great job on my manicure but they cut me pretty deep when trimming my cuticles. I went about three days ago and the blood has clotted inside the cut. It looks horrible. However like I said, they did a good job on my manicure.Someone mentioned Nikki. I've had her before and she actually does do a great job. It was a cut-free experience that time. Lol. Read Less

Clean, excellent service, beautiful nails! I get the dip powder(Nexgen)  on my fingers, and they stay on, and stay shiny for 3-4 weeks! All the scrubs are on a bar, so while you wait, you can smell them! Like a candy store!! I just love that they opened in my neighborhood shopping center! Great place!! Read Less
