I only give a 2 Star because of Lee, he was kind and friendly. I went in to get a full set of dip powder nails. I was already annoyed by the guy who they initially placed with me. He seemed not informed on what length would be long and agitated when I asked about it. When he clipped the first nail, I asked for him to wait and get confirmation on if that length was considered long before clipping them all down.because it was so short that if I were going to have to pay $5 more for a length that short I might as well get them longer he continued to clip all of the nails anyway.I wish I could post a picture of what was explained to me as long nails, in which is a cost of $5 more on top of the original price of $37 making them $42. The length that I would have wanted would have cost an additional $8. I wished I The nails they did after filing and buffing is EXTREMELY short. I will give credit to Lee and admit that they are neat, but definitely not worth the price. The lady I believe to be the manager attempted to explain why it would be $5 to $10 more for a certain length and her explanation didn’t seem like a legit reason. The fact that you have margaritas and drinks that I do not even want is not a reason to charge for that although she believes so. She stated they have to put in more work for people who have naturally shorter nails than those with Longer ones, yet I was out of there in less than 40min... that’s with me having to get confirmation on length and me even being placed with a different nail tech because I guess my questions began to annoy the other guy. She also said that “the nails will last 3 to 4 weeks which is longer than most places” I usually go to the same two nail places which one charges $30 and the other $35 and both places my nails last for 3-4 weeks. At those places The length is the perfect length I desire and takes them the same amount of time it took Lee to do my nails, I don’t see where the special efforts needed for people with shorter nails came into effect. I have learned my lesson. I’ll stick to my same two places. I don’t mind paying money for something that is worth it, if my nails were actually long I could understand paying the price, but they are in all actuality short. The scenery is nice, if you like margaritas, mediocre nails and being charged extra for every little thing, this is the place for you. I won’t be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. One star as a response to response. The price was explained and I mentioned you you that I would need to see to understand, yes I did agree to stay. Cause your nail tech began throwing a fit on my nails when I asked to take them off, so instead of going through him toughly yanking at my fingers I stayed. I appreciate the gesture of not charging me the $5. The price was never a problem as I put the $5 towards the tip to Lee, only because he was nice. The issue is my nails ARE SHORT. Will did my nails and he said he usually just runs the shop. They were busy and got me in quickly. Absolutely amazing job!! Couldn’t be happier with my results. They can do any design, ombré, chrome/pearls. Got a pedicure done too and both came out perfect! Great pricing too. They are able to do dip or acrylic powder, tons of colors to choose from. I am not a fan of fake nails so I went to this place for the first time bacause of their high rate I saw on google, to get basic manicure for my natural nails. Basic manicure is cheaper compared to other fake nail stuff. First of all, I waited for almost 20mins. to be seated. Second, I waited for almost 25 more minutes for someone to come to where I was seated and start her job. During that 25 minutes, an employee came, checked my receipt and saw what I was going to get, probably didn’t find the price high enough to work on my nails because the tip wouldn’t have been high for a $15 manicure so he left. Finally someone came, gave me a decent manicure and I left the place. I can get this kind of service at any random nail salon so I will never go to this one anymore. Read Less

So I went to this nail salon for the first time about a month and a half, two months ago. It was recommended by a friend. She told me to ask for a specific nail tech, who was not there when I arrived. The staff is very professional, and the shop is very nice and clean, well kept. I was passed on to another young lady who did a great job on my nails, but the whole time she was doing my nails she was watching the front, so she was up and down more than normal. I was there way longer than I should have been. She did apologize though but did not give me a discount. Fast forward to less than a week later, and my nails had already started lifting. A couple of weeks later, I went back again, and the same young lady did my nails, a new set plus a pedicure, and a wax. Again, very expensive...but within a week, one of my nails broke which was repaired free of charge. I have yet to see the original person I was supposed to ask for, and I’m not at all pleased with my nails. I went today and had them all taken off, because this time two nails broke to the point my fingers were hurting. Needless to say I will not be returning. Read Less

I am the wife writing this review, not Dan. I was in a few weeks ago to get my nails done for a wedding. I rarely ever get my nails done because I'm so hard on them with my job. My friends suggested I try doing a dip. These guys had plenty of options for colors. I had so many compliments on my nails it was unbelievable! I felt bad because I accidentally smudged one of my nails twice before it dried and before I had the chance to leave. How embarassing! They took care of that smudged nail twice and were very nice and patient about it. It was my first time getting a dip. I liked how the dip made my nail seem stronger. I was able to grow my nails longer than usual because of that. My dip lasted 3 weeks before one nail decided to pop the color off like it was an acrylic nail. Again I am very hard on my nails. When I got back to my job I was surprised I was able to keep this color on for so long. This lasted longer than previous shellac jobs I've had. I really appreciated the cleanliness of this place. They used clean tools that didn't have a lot of previous people's nail dust on them but rather opened up clean ones from a package. I live in the cold climates and it was really nice that they were able to get rid of the damage winter has done to me so I could look good for my best friend's wedding. The only thing I wish I could change is to have them do the pedicure and manicure at separate times. It was extremely hard for me not to move when they were working on my feet since I'm very ticklish. I should've asked if they would've been willing to do that but I didn't want to be rude when they are busy. I would highly recommend going here to get your nails done. It was the best nail salon I've ever been to and they treat you with a great amount of respect. If I lived close by I would be back there in a heartbeat. Read Less

I am not one to get nails and pedicures done, but I needed them for my son's wedding. So I started the process a 6 weeks early to get used to wearing nails again. I got the dips done on nails and they were strong, not bulky and did not have to ruin my nails underneath. I also upgraded from basic pedicure to one step above, and yes you have to pay extra for this. Every salon charges extra for any additional service - same for massage. They were pleasant, professional and never gave me any problems about the colors I chose or pressured me to add on a service once they started. I will continue to use them in the future, and I assume they are so busy because they offer great service. Read Less

Very grateful that they were able to immediately take two walk-ins for eyebrow waxing on a Saturday afternoon. They did a great job and were extremely friendly! Very nice salon and friendly staff....the only problem I has was my nails tech constantly having to let her know that my nails were uneven acrylic to think and the length uneven.. I paid $50 and in my opinion it wasn't worth it at all, I really wanted to love this place but the work just didn't meet up to the hype..in the end my nails turned out different lengths and the gel Polish was done very sloppy as well as the almond shape. Ok, this is my first time doing a review on here, but this had to be told to the world, so here goes...it's pretty lengthy but well worth a read! I have been going here since they opened, and on occasions I have cracked a nail and they have always reassured me if it's within 7 days they will fix with no charge. This has happened to me about 4 times and each time the original person who did my nails was not there but someone else would happily do it...with no attitude. Well today I noticed my nail cracked and zoomed over to get fixed. Ashley was told to fix it by the lady at the front desk but Ashley was ready to go!!! They close at 730 and it was only 703, so I don't know why she was in such a rush. Anyways she looks at my nail and says all she has to do is redip it...I'm thinking that will be thick and ugly...which it was..I told her I didn't like it and that's when her attitude turned horrible. She started being rough, talking to the tech beside her in their language and was laughing. I yelled at her to stop being rough and she said she was the most gentle there and since Danny did them he should fix them but she wasn't going to charge me...wtf...this is all new to me and coming from the rudest tech there!!! When she was done it was the worst nail fix job I have ever had! Such a shame how one tech ruins it for the whole. But that's the way it goes in business...also might I add the manager Jenn and her husband weren't there...when they are, it's a totally different atmosphere...sad when a manager can't leave and trust his employees to hold up the fort.
