I've done the dip nails here once before and they came out pretty good. I went yesterday (Valentine's Day) and it was a mistake. They seemed to be rushed. The job they did was messy. I was also talked into doing the dip powder instead of gel nails. The woman who did my nails said it would be the same price as gel nails. Ive been coming here for the last 5 months... And I can't praise these guys enough! I'm very picky about my nails because in a server at a fine dinning restaurant so my hands are what people are looking at when they get their meals and I know I dont want my food coning to me from some grimy hands  the pedicures are fantastic too Read Less

I had a shellac manicure done last week. I felt that the technician did a great job - it looked very clean and even. However, it has only been 4 days and almost all of my nails have chipped or completely peeled off. I've never had a shellac manicure chip so soon; it typically lasts for about a week and a half to two weeks. It could have been the brand of polish she used, but I feel that paying $30 here instead of $35 at another salon just isn't worth it if the manicure won't even last through the weekend. Read Less

I came here during lunch to get a gel manicure. I get a manicure maybe once every 2-3 months, but this was my first time coming to this location; I usually go to one by my house.They did a great job, the price was reasonable, and got me out in plenty of time during my lunch break, BUT...the polish they used was crap. Gel usually lasts on my nails for 2-3 weeks but this started chipping at week 1. I was a little disappointed.I also couldn't tell what brand of polish I had picked; there were no labels on any of them. I think that would have helped me for next time. Close to my house and easy to get to on my way home from work, I stopped in to get my nails redone. It's not a fancy salon and they don't have a full bar like a lot of places do now. BUT they have wine and fast service with a great dip color selection at $35.I came in around 4:00 on a Tuesday and they were a bit busy but not overrun with a waitlist. I was immediately sat in a chair and they went to town taking off my chipped and badly done nails. I was a little nervous I had miscommunicated but they quickly dropped off the selection of dip colors and asked me what I would like to drink. As I looked thru all of the colors, the manicurist noticed my fixation on the darker colors and pointed me in the direction of a beautiful burgundy color that went great with my pale skin. I would have never picked the color for myself but I was very impressed with it.The service was fast, my wine was chilled, and they made a great effort to put oil on my cuticles. I felt like my time was respected with the quick service but not rushed. I will be back to see if they keep up the great work and how my nails fare in the next couple of weeks! Read Less

I've been several times, and my last visit was the worst experience.  The owner was clearly irritated with me because I told her my dipping powder started to lift after 2 weeks.  She told me that this is normal for some people.  My technician was very unfriendly towards me, and didn't even offer me a water.  I felt she was rushing, and the final result was not very satisfactory. You always know the quality of a pedi on the very next day. Less than 24 hours post-pedi and my feet still have a lot of dead skin, even after my foot cream. The pedi felt pretty good while I was getting it done but I'm not pleased with how much dead skin I still have on the lateral sides of my foot. He definitely needed to scrape more. And I paid 55 for pedi plus gel polish. Probably won't be going back....I'm still on the search for an awesome pedicure! Oh how I miss my Galveston lady. Read Less

I get a dip powder manicure ~every 3 weeks. I've tried several other places in the area and like this spot so far the best. Over charge. Take down and regular paint $11 at Legacy Nails. Here they charge $20. Kool nails atmosphere is not worth $20. You have 3 people work on your hands before they decide who will finish your nails. Legacy offers drinks, elegant and quiet ambiance relaxing music and dim lights. Read Less

Today was my first day going! And I loved it!! The staff is so nice, as soon as you get there they ask you if you would like anything to drink! The lady that attended me did awesome on my pedicure I would definitely recommend this place... they take there time and don't rush, and she didn't hurt me like other places! Loved it!! Read Less
