if i could rate lower, i would. waited an hour and a half with 2 people working and only 1 person in front of me to get my nails removed. the man took a lunch break in the middle of doing the lady’s nails. i asked if they would start soaking my nails to make it quicker. ignored me. i finally get a chair and they begin to take my nails off, apparently another hour and a half process. and when i leave, i notice my nails aren’t filed, broken in many places, and she failed to even remove all of the fake nail on 6/10 of my nails so i have to go spend more money in order to fix their mistakes. honestly the worst service and quality i have ever gotten at a nail salon, do not recommend going here if you don’t have at least 4 hours of your day to spend getting your nails done and the extra money to fix what they have done wrong. ****CASH ONLY**** honestly didn’t see the sign. Asked if could have just the tips colored (French nails), she said no problem. Didn’t do the tips right, it was sideways and the color was running on the sides. Asked just to color the whole nail, then she got upset. She used the nail instrument to push down on the paper towel by my pinky toe and jammed it into my skin really hard which cut between both of my toes. She said sorry. Will never go again. Read Less

I have been looking for and been through so many nails salons since moving to Fort Worth and have been disappointed... UNTIL! Seriously THE worst experience of my entire life. The male doing my nails had filled them and cut down then asked for payment before he would finish by painting my nails, gave him my debit card, then he tells me its cash only and points to an index size card with "cash only" handwritten that was on a desk off to the side. He tells me i must leave my license and go to an ATM to assure I will come back, I leave my belongings in the chair and try to go to my car to get my license to give him and they have already locked the door and refused to let me out! It took me giving them my keys just to let me walk to my car for my license! He got ugly and yelled, at this point I'm crying and calling the cops for help, I went to sit down and fell out of their chair and he yells that I'm on camera, which he later on watched on replay very loudly while glaring at me and laughing at me! While I'm upset! It took the cops coming for me to get my drivers license back although I already paid him! Read Less

If a store owner illegally locking someone inside when present with a debit card after missing the tiny index card that says cash only is your cup of tea, then by all means go get your nails done here. This happened to a friend of mine and I could not believe what I was seeing when her partner and I got there. This woman is a nurse and perfectly capable of paying them the 17 dollars it cost to fill and paint her nails. She had to call the cops to get them to let her out. Came in for the first time for a pedicure and full set. Very welcoming and polite as soon as I walked in. Asked what I wanted and were not pushy. Service was the best I've seen for walking in as a new customer. I messed a toe up and the were happy to fix it. Definitely will be back! Read Less

I found this place off of Google reviews looking for a new nail place. I was so glad I went in!! Prices were great! They are very patient and make sure you get exactly what you want, and they make sure you are happy with the final product. It was a very pleasing experience versus some of the nails salons I have visited and tried prior to coming here. I highly reccommend! Read Less
