I am 30 years old and have literally been coming here since the forth grade. They know me and many others by name. I get a big smile and "Hello Sara. How are you?" So kind and friendly. They remember how I like my toes and nails. Anytime I try a new place because im in a hurry im disappointed. They take their time and take pride in their skill. If you are not happy they will fix it. Now, because they are so popular if you come in 2 hours before they close and all the technicians are busy there is a good chance they will not have time to see you. I always call before I head up there to see how busy they are. Ive seen people get upset about this. but these women work 10 hours a day and just like you they want to leave on time and go home to their families. I have been driving from Ennis, TX for almost a year now coming to get my nails done and toes. They are worth the drive! The atmosphere is always welcoming, they are always energetic and always always make me laugh. They are kid friendly with the movies that they play, it is relaxing and calm environment. Would not recommend this nail salon. I came here last week because i needed a gel manicure and pedicure after work for a trip that weekend. They are open until 8:00 so I came by at 7 after running some necessary errands. While getting my hands and feet done simultaneously, neither worker engaged or acknowledged me as they performed the service. They did a crappy job on my hands and halfway did the pedicure (no hot towel treatment, etc.). $80 wasted. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and pleasant experience. Here, this was not the case. I should've just gone to the shop in Alliance beside Kroger where they are nice, attentive and the shop has great atmosphere and free beverages. Read Less

Friend referred this place & I am VERY picky! I was a bit skeptical w/mixed reviews however I was beyond impressed! Thankful to Lilly for doing an amazing job on my mani & nail dip! I love how she engaged in conversation & could tell by her interactions w/other customers they were regulars. I found my new spot & couldn't be more excited for my next visit. This place is horrible. I went there last Sunday; the manager Lily is so rude and prejudices. All she does is talk about black people whenever they leave her shop. If you are black and reading this post, please don't support this business. They are all about money and will get mad if you don't tip them good. No one is entitled to "TIP" you, that's if we want to be extra kind beside paying for our services. The manager has a nasty attitude and she is so prejudices. I traveled from Baltimore for my nephew's high school graduation. I got a mani-pedi from Happy Nails, while visiting. I received the best manicure that I have ever had in my life! A week later, and nothing has chipped or worn. I have had gel nail treatments here in Maryland, but not as good or lasting as long as I received from Happy Nails! My friend and I got our nails done here for "girls day" and had to wait 30 minutes due to not having a reservation. The salon is pretty basic with a small waiting area and although they have a good number of employees, the ratio is still not equal. There are plenty of colors to choose from limited pretty colors (most are basic).What I did like about this place was good customer service. In addition, although it's been a week, my gel polish are still shiny. Gel is $30 which is pretty pricey since gel polish runs around $25 while regular manicure is only $13. All in all, I had a good experience. I recommend this place but only if you have a reservation. Read Less
