It's a Monday it's slow literally only 3 or 4 people getting their nails done. Why TF I gotta wait a whole hour ??? And I made an appointment . Not my first time coming here I had good and bad experiences here which made me decide to give them another chance . I got a pedicure (no problem at all with my pedi) but I also got a dip in full set with a different worker. After telling her how and showing her a picture of the shape of nail and color I wanted she started. My nails looked like two different color tones , she saw my confused face and asked if I liked it. I told her I didn’t like how the color looked like it was two different types of pink. She seemed a bit frustrated went on and said if I wanted to change it I said yes because I wasn’t happy with the end result of it. So she “fixed it” but my nails look worse now. They look so thick , crooked and she left extra material from the dipping powder on the sides and underneath my nails. I don’t like making scenes but I am extremely upset with my nails Read Less

Since moving to Fort Worth I have struggled to find a nail salon. Beyond happy with this place. Billy was amazing. The most thorough pedicure. Best manicure I’ve ever had. He worked with me and did exactly what I wanted and did his best to calm my nerves due to poor salon experiences the past year. I can’t wait to go back! Read Less

Was cat called on my way in and out of the shop. It took me 3 days and two emory boards to fix what they had done. I am almost embarrassed to go anywhere for a fill. Nail polish all over the walls. I'm all for an underdog, but this place is just trashy. Read Less

Great experience, walked in about 6:45 because I had just gotten off of work. A nice lady named lesly helped me out, she did a wonderful job. She was very precise and took her time even though they closed at 7:30. She was fun to talk to and super sweet! My nails look great! For sure going to come back. They had daiquiris and drinks for costumers, wasn't offered one or I would give a 5 star. But great ambiance, they have lots of designs also. I would give this salon a 5 but they have recently started overcharging me and I am a regular!!! I only go to one nail technician here because she is the best, I NEVER let anyone else touch my nails besides her. I am loyal to my tech! But management has began overcharging for my nails even my fills. It's frustrating. There are good techs here and the pedicures are great to but some of the pedicure techs are very unprofessional.Read Less

Came for the 2nd time after a year. The service was great. Communication not so great when it comes to whats needed. I requested a regular pedicure which should have been 27dollars. I only took enough money for pedi and tip. I was told to chooae a color from only 3 tiers of samples that were there. When i was charged total came to 40.something dollars. And they started telling me cause i wanted gel and blah blah...thats the only option i was given. Made me feel like an idiot and embarrassed. They only discounted 5dollars. WOW... I went in to get a fill (dip) it was very busy not enough room to move around. The lady that started my nails didn't know how to do dip French tip so they moved me to someone else. They lady did a good job but a week later a nail or 2 cracked then after that a 2 more cracked. So I called to tell them about my nails and that dipped nails shouldn't crack this soon the Manger went on explaining to me that it's basically normal but before I got a fill I had my nails on a month with no cracks, breaks, chips and they were dipped!
