I needed to get my nails done and I had a great experience here! I had Moon and she was amazing, she did a dip powder on my nails, and it has been a month and 1/2 and they just need to be touched up. Being new to Fort Worth, I trusted Yelp to help me find a quality nail salon. I can honestly say this is hands down the best salon I've ever been to! The salon is gorgeous, large, and incredibly clean! The employees are friendly, helpful, and help you feel relaxed. They have a huge assortment of colors to choose from. My manicurist, Huy, was incredibly patient while I looked through all the colors and even helped me pick out the perfect one. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him. There seemed to be a lot of loyal regulars while I was there, which is always a good sign of a well run business. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of service and the employees at this salon. Can't say enough good things about this place. Not only is their work impeccable, they are so compassionate. My grandmother got a little overheated at the salon from a long day out and about and they fanned her, immediately brought sugar and a Coke to help her blood sugar. She was very embarrassed, but the lady went above and beyond to tell her how her own grandmother had the same thing happen, putting her at ease. They did not have to do anything, but rushed to make her comfortable. They even said they'd redo her nails at no extra charge since she had to leave abruptly.Also, I never do gel because it peels off in a few days, but I did here and I'm two weeks strong. Great work! Wish I could give no stars. Kim is not good so was told to come back and mindy was going to do my nails. When I called to make an appointment supposedly she was booked for the next two months. Yeah right. So Tammy did my nails. Worst ever and she took a chunk out of my finger and did not even seem concerned. Was charged 36.00 for some jacked up nails. I come to fancy nails every 3 weeks or so, and have been loyal to this salon ever since I first visited about 6 months ago! You're greeted immediately upon arriving, and are asked what you're wanting to have done right away. It's usually best to make an appointment if you're wanting something done during busy days (Thur-Sat), however the only time I hadn't made an appointment, I wasn't waiting long at all! The entire salon is decorated beautifully, and it's all very organized. Everything is always perfectly hygienic, tidy, and everyone is always very friendly. Nghi goes the most perfect manicure I've ever had! (I normally get SNS or "dip-gel/powder") Nghi is very gentle, clean, and always ensures that she takes her time. I've never once felt rushed by her! I ,by mistake, had Dustin for a nail tech. Wanting SNS nails (dip acrylic) I picked out my color. Halfway through the manicure he asked if I would like my nails shorter I replied "yes please". He then proceeded to laugh sarcastically at me. At first I thought SURELY he was joking and did not mean it in a rude way. WRONG. (Even as an nurse I have never had someone flat out laugh in my face before) After he completed my nails I saw that the color was not what I wanted at all. It was "marble SNS" which left me with splotchy pink nails.  "Marble" was NOT put on the color stick I chose. Seeing that I was looking at my nails unhappy Dustin snarked "What's wrong? It's the color you picked." Obviously this is not what I wanted. I asked "Is there anyway you could fix it?" Dustin AGAIN laughed sarcastically at me and left the seat. Leaving me sitting there wondering 'Should i ask for the manager? Is he seriously mad? Should I just leave?' He then came back (after 15 minutes) with other selections to choose from. I picked a different color and he angrily grabbed my nails and filed them down again only to cut me 3 times leaving me bleeding.  Should I have said something at that moment or possibly left to tell a manager? Yes. Absolutely. But did I deserve this terrible customer service? No. ABSOLUTELY NOT. p.s. I wish I was being dramatic. I am still in disbelief this actually happened to me. Mom had Mylynn and she got rid of her ingrown toenails. Mylynn is funny, too! Very nice and sweet.I had Tina. Tina told me all about her Mac makeup. She was super sweet. She did a great job massaging my legs and getting the dead skin off! 5 stars for each of these ladies!The ambiance here is great, too. It's a beautiful gray and white with a very modern flair. Quiet and relaxing.The two check in ladies spoke great English and were very nice. Bathroom very nice, big, and clean.The price was great too. $25 each for an hour long pedicure. This is the best nail salon in Fort Worth hands down. They've won multiple awards for having a clean and sanitary salon. They use new plastic covers over the pedicure foot baths for each customer and all the tools they use come out of a sealed, sanitary package. All of the technicians are so kind and accommodating and they always do a great job. I go every two weeks for a gel manicure (with Moon!) and it always looks perfect and the gel NEVER peels off. The salon decor is very nice and well coordinated. The staff does such an amazing job of taking care of customers - they're quick to offer you a drink (they have frozen margaritas) and make sure you are comfortable ad happy! Read Less

Today I definitely felt rushed. I expressed to Jenny who was doing my nails that I was feeling discomfort and if she could be a little more gentle but she kept the same force all the way through. When I want to get my nails done I usually call and wait a couple weeks for Mindi but this was a nail emergency. Mindi always does an amazing job and makes me feel welcome and taken care of. Today was my third visit to Fancy Nails. A coworker recommended I try Fancy Nails because of their customer service, cleanliness, and talent with nails. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail spot... I initially got a full set from a different salon and decided not to go back, so I gave Fancy Nails a try! First visit I walked in to get a fill. The waiting area is nice and I was offered a drink. They have a ton of colors to choose from... powder, gel, polish! There's a separate area for pedicures. Tammy was friendly and professional. Since my first initial visit, I've been back to see Tammy twice for fills. I get so many compliments on my nails :) Today I tried sns powder instead of doing an acrylic fill. No tips as my natural nails are long and strong (I thank Tammy for taking care of them). I asked them for matte finish, but they informed me I did not want the matte because it's old style. So I let them do what they wanted as long as it was black with glitter. Well I had them redo the lines that were not straight twice. And now, when I go out in the sun, they are not even black, they are a dark blue. During my brief visit to Fort Worth, for my birthday, my brother took me to get a pedicure of 11/18/16.  I was reluctant at first b/c I am extremely picky when it comes to nail salons. Particularly b/c I have gone to quite a few places in the past that either did a poor job, messed up my nails or just not good salons. My brother convinced me that this place was really great and after reading the reviews from other Yelpers, I decided to go ahead and check the place out.I am glad I did! They did a great job! Not to mention the shop was set up nicely. Great chairs, lots of polish colors to choose from, I love that the staff looked professional, they were very sanitary at their stations, and the cherry on top, they had, in addition to water, sodas, and wine, plain and strawberry frozen margaritas! I wish I could give Fancy Nails 6 stars because it is that amazing of a salon. High quality service, friendly staff and most importantly they have been recognized for being the cleanest and most sanitary salon in Fort Worth. The salon is always spotless and well lit, plus the tools they use always come out of a sealed bag so you know they are sanitary. The staff are all SO SO nice and accommodating. You're always greeted when you walk in and promptly offered a drink. I've missed an appointment before and they were so understanding and were able to fit me in later the same day. The environment is so welcoming: they really treat everyone like a close friend. They are very reasonably priced and ALWAYS do an amazing job. At Fancy Nails I've gotten a classic pedicure, had a full set of acrylic nails put on, filled and taken off, and now I go every two weeks for a gel manicure with Moon (she is SO AMAZING). Every time, no matter the service, I have been happy with the quality. They work carefully and take the time to make sure it looks good (like with acrylic nails they'll use a paintbrush with polish remover to make sure the edges are perfect). Was on my way to a different salon when I drove past here. After checking Yelp I decided to stop and I am so glad I did!They were very busy because it was 11:00 on a Saturday. I was a walk in but was helped almost immediately. The shop is very clean and inviting. Everyone wears name tags and there isn't all the crazy salon clutter on the counters. Just chairs and they pull out stuff as they need it. I did just the deluxe pedicure but Amy massaged me for what seemed like forever! Not once did I feel rushed because I was a walk in at a busy time. I did the SNS powder for my hands and LOVE THE COLOR I picked. Amy advise I do false tips on just a few of my nails so they would all be the same length. 4 stars because I think she nicked my toe because it stung the whole time and there's a little blood. Went there for the first time other day with boyfriend and sister, they both got manicures and I had a full set. When we first got there the girl who was told to work on my sisters nails wouldn't so they needed to get a new person. This started off our experience in a very uncomfortable way, with them bickering back and forth for a while. My boyfriends plain no polish manicure went great for him. My sister's nails had splotches of no paint. She asked if they were going to paint it more and the girl said no. The man who did my nails rushed through it. And this is where I'm conflicted on my nails, the fake nail is very well done, the perfect thickness and cut. Although he never cleaned the cuticles or trimmed my real nail even after I asked. This salon looked a lot better in the pictures.  It was dark in the front entry, which doesn't make it feel very welcoming.  Also, the low lighting made it difficult to see the polish colors. The person who did my pedicure gave a wonderful leg/foot massage.  However, my husband said it was the worst pedicure he has ever had.  He said the water was cold, the towels were cold and he didn't get to put his feet in the water but only once at the very beginning of his pedicure.  I think this place could be a lot better if they would make the salon seem more welcoming and make sure the pedicures are up to industry standards.
