I decided to try this place after all the wonderful reviews but boy was I disappointed. The guy who did my pedicure was basically just going through the motions. He used one hand only to exfoliate/scrub my legs but only did the top, not the bottom or my feet. When it came to the lotion/massage part, I thought I would be in for a treat with his manly hands. I was wrong. He basically just rubbed up and down on my legs for 2 minutes. It was the fastest massage of my life. He also tried several times to use the wrong color nail polish. When it came to my manicure, his tools were not sharp and he ended up ripping out my cuticles. I left with three fingers still bleeding. Very, very disappointed. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done at Elite for many years now. Everyone that does nails are REALLY great at it. They always have the newest and advanced ways to do nails!! I have also been getting my hair done by Jenny for many years. She has ALWAYS gets me in and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make me look my best!! Husband and I went for his and hers pedicures. We both like nail color (I like bold colors, he always goes with black) but they only told me to pick my color. We got the less expensive spa pedicure, which obviously disappointed our technicians. We both felt our service was rushed and half-assed. When we got home, we both noticed that some nails had been filed crooked or poorly. Two of my smaller nails weren't even polished completely! The complimentary drinks were nice, and the ambiance is good. Sadly, the work done just isn't good enough to encourage us to return. Read Less

Walk-in for eyebrow threading. They were clearly slammed, but graciously did my threading without an appointment. No one made me feel like an inconvenience. The threading was more gentle and thorough than other salons I've tried in the area. I will definitely be returning for other services, but I'll make an appointment if I need to go on a weekend! A coworker recommended me here awhile back. So some family were in town, & on a whim we decided to get our toes done. We called a little last minute and they were able to get all 4 of us at the same time in about an hour.  (A lot of places just shuffle you in like cattle and that's so annoying for a "spa" service). This group was friendly, caring, and they took their time with us. Definitely will be back. From the photos I want try their hair services too. I went to this salon yesterday and was disappointed with the service. Before I went to the salon, I thought it was going be bigger place and fantastic service. I was left disappointed and felt rushed. The front desk lady who gave me a drink,was really nice and seem very caring.I went in to get dip powder nails and pedi. I went an hour before closing and it still felt rushed. Was not relaxing and told one price and I get there and they nickel and dime me for everything.... Was told over the phone that dip nails would be 35 and 23 for a pedicure...I get there and it's 40 for dip nails, and get this if I want  my cuticles worked on and dead skin around the nail worked on its 5 bucks extra. I have NEVER been changed for something like that. It's always been included and every salon that I've been to. Pedicure was 25 not 23.  So in total I spent over 75 dollars and come out with cuts, some bleeding and a crooked nail! It also upset me that all this powder got on my outfit, while others had pillows covering their clothes and me nothing. They never apologize for making me bleed they never apologize for being too rough on meNot coming back, unless they give me a discount or free. Read Less

I called at the last minute this morning because the stylist at a different salon did not show up for our appointment &   I desperately needed to get my hair dyed today. I have had lash extensions from other places hideaway spa and salon, amazing lash on 7th, and a salon in Ridgmar, Lexie is by far the absolute best at this. Her quality is undeniable and I have strayed from her thinking I can just go get a quick fill or fell for a better "better act quick" insane discount and the quality of work showed. I have been going to Lexie since October 2015 and the new lashes she has are by far the best yet. I thought I was in love with the 3D fiber l...ash she used before but these actually look as if you are blessed with a crazy amount of natural lashes and I am so impressed. People stop me daily of all ages asking me what mascara do I use or how do I get my lashes to grow so thick and long I giggle thinking I only wish they were natural; but if you are like me and not blessed with that amazing set of naturally thick lush lash Lexie can get them for you in a quick time with the upmost professionalism. I have been coming here for years to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I make my appointment with the same person, Jenny, because she is the best. Had a 50% off coupon, went in to get a gel manicure. The place was pretty packed, so I assumed that it was pretty good. The lady who did my nails was really sweet, but while she was trimming my cuticles she cut me, and hurt several of my fingers. The polish is a bit smeared on my cuticles as well. I went to this spa last saturday and they burnt my hair off by leaving the bleach on too long. i paid $115.00 to have this done and i have never been so upset. they do not know what they are doing when it comes to hair. i am now having to repair my hair so i am looking at almost $250.00 for a damn hair color. i went back to talk to them and they did not honor their mistake. be careful going here. you may come out bald.
