I drove from a fairly far distance to get to this salon and I'm glad I made the drive. I was greeted promptly when walking through the door and my technician Kristy did an absolutely fantastic job. I showed her a photo from their Facebook page and luckily for me, it was her who had done those nails so she knew exactly what I wanted and did my nails exactly how I've always wanted them done. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calming atmosphere equipment that looks brand new and technicians that are very nice. The lady who was working on another customer was also nice and I look forward to coming back in 2 weeks or so when my nails need to be redone. Read Less

Had a pedicure and a manicure with a gel polish. Pedicure was a special exfoliating scrub. Nails were french tip gel polish. It cost $96 + $10 tip. Time frame about 2 hrs. The nail techs were very nice but hard to communicate with. Nail polish was a bit wavy and the color ran into my cuticles. Kinda like she didn't clean the brush well before creating the lines for the french manicure. For $106 bucks I expect a good job. Probably will not go back. Read Less

Very disappointing. My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. We were the only people in the place, but, as we got our pedicures, they got busy and rushed through our services to get to the other customers. They even tried to skip my daughter's manicure saying they didn't know she wanted one. Which is strange because both people who helped us repeated back to me, "2 manicure and pedicure?"  Our feet look good, but both our nails look awful. The jewel we paid for on my daughters nail fell off within an hour and all she was doing was riding in the car. We won't be back. I went here for mothers day. I spent $75 on express my nails only to have them look horrible. They had black speckles in them that look like dirt and the nail polish looked real clumpy. When I told her about my concerns she said it was sparkles there's no sparkles in the nail polish. I told her I was not happy with my nose and she said okay have a great Mother's Day ,bye. I couldn't believe it. I'm assuming my nails look so horrible because the whole time she was doing my nails she was watching America's Got Talent on her phone with headphones in.  At first I thought she was ignoring me when I was talking to her but then I realize she had the headphones in. I paid $75 for my nails to be done it was my Mother's Day gift. My nails look horrible there is black spots all in my nails and when I told her about it she said it was Sparkles it is not Sparkles, I picked out a nail polish without Sparkles. it looks horrible on top of that the nail polish is all sloppy looking like why 10 year old niece did my nails for me. A lady that was doing my nails was on her phone the whole time watching a version of America's Got Talent on her phone with headphones and it was barely paying attention to what she was doing. I've been in Texas for 5yrs now and in search of a great nail tech. Eagle Nails&Spa is it! This is my new fav place ☆ Everytime has been a wonderful experience. THE OWNER IS BACK AND BETTER THEN EVER! I'm not sure who was in here when that bad review occurred but i assure you it wasn't Kristy or her dynamic partner Amy! Kristy the owner has been out of the shop for a year with cancer and boy is she BRAVE! I had been a regular customer for about 2 years and then had a terrible experience. Kristy and only one other woman were working. I walked in with gel nails that needed to be soaked off. Kirsty took 2 other walk in customers while my nails were soaking (which meant i had to wait until her and the other woman were down with the OTHER 2 people who came in 10 mins after me!). After my nails had soaked for 15 minutes my skin broke out. I told Kristy my skin was irritated and she said I would have to wait 30 minutes because of the customers she took ahead of me. No apology for my skin irritation. I asked her why she put the 2 customers ahead of me and she said it didn't matter. I haven't been back since. In the future Kristy should not take customers ahead of other customers who are already seated with gel just "because" she wanted to . Very disappointed. Read Less

I went here because of the 5 Star Review, what a mistake. Why 1 Star? Because a pedicure should never be painful. And if I scream OMG you should probably stop. The massage was lotion on, wipe it off. I am new in town. I've had my nails done with acrylic for years. Moving and leaving your favorite nail salon can be frightening. I looked online for Salons and read many reviews. Decided to give Eagle Nail Spa a try. I am so glad I did. Kristi is excellent. She took great care of my nails and did them exactly the way I wanted. Kristy is remarkable she does great nails. They have new messaging spa chairs and eight fragrances, you can choose from any design you want, they have excellent customer service. And im very picky about my nails and I have been coming here for over a year. There open seven days a week so there very convenient . Its just a wonderful place to go. Read Less
