Really enjoy this salon. The environment and the staff were all fantastic. The person who gave me a pedicure was amazing. It was a good experience at Deluxe Nails came in for dip and pedicure came out to great service. When i walked in the girl in the front was really welcoming helpful in picking my dip color. Since moving to Texas from Florida nearly 4 years ago, I've tried many different nail salons. NONE OF THEM COMPARE TO DELUXE IN ALLIANCE!!! The service is awesome. I have gone to Deluxe Nails for three years so obviously was happy for a while.  I have found the customer service to be terrific; they constantly check on you to make sure everything is OK and to offer beverages (yes, including wine).  All of the nail techs I've had have been friendly and professional.  I'm not sure of pricing in this area since this is the only shop I've gone to since moving here, but their prices are comparable to what I've paid elsewhere.  Sadly, however, I'm going to find a new shop because my last three gel manicures didn't even last a week.  I feel the application was normal so wonder if they're diluting their polish, which I've heard some shops do.  I can't pay $35 for a polish that is chipped within a day or two.  I think they'll repair damage within the first week but I never have the time or patience to go back. I love this place!! They are not the least expensive option in the area, but I absolutely feel like you get what you pay for. Louis, Romeo and Sarah do a fantastic job of running a very busy place, and although I never make appointments and use whichever tech is free, I have always been very happy with their services. I've done gel, acrylic and dip manicures and all have lasted weeks. I also spend a little extra to get gel on my toes so I don't run the risk of smudging them on my way home! Completely worth it and they will last 6-8pm weeks!! The salon is extremely clean, everyone is courteous, and if you communicate what you are wanting they are very accommodating!! PLEASE READ!!!!!! Today my daughter who was 13 years old went with her girlfriends to get a gel manicure. What she thought would be a wonderful experience turned into a nightmare!!! The tech CUT HER CUTICLES 5 different times each time they were BLEEDING!!! She told me the tech never applied alcohol!!! There's no other place I go or recommend than Deluxe. Their attention to detail, personable service and willingness to go above and beyond does not compare to any other nail salon. I've been coming to them for acrylic nails, gel nails, nexgen/dip and have tried all their pedicures. They're truly the best. I only wish they had more locations! Read Less

From the moment you step in you're  attended to. The place is very clean and very nice. I was referred to my first name the entire time, which makes the person feel they're on a personal level. You're quickly seated and quickly given something to drink.My nails turned out great, I just wish they would spend a little more time with the skin scrub etc. a tad pricey as well Read Less

BEWARE GIFT CARD USERS. My girls buy me gift cards so I will treat myself because I rarely spend money on myself. This is the second time I have had issues in here with gift cards. My daughter has purchased a gift card with her bank card for me with her bank card. $70. When I went to spend the card it was only $30. The manager stated that the card was purchase in March of 2013. My daughters bank statement shows $70 for September 5th. Something crooked going on with the... gift cards. The time before it was a cash paid card so we had no proof. I feel bad for the girls that work there. The man that I dealt with today would not show me the transactions for September 5th and he is always disrespectful to the girls that work there. Needless to say I will not be going back and neither will my family or friends. They have screwed me over on gift cards twice. I guess I was an idiot for going back. Paid $45 for next gen French tips but the girl said I needed to make them longer, even though I asked to shorten them, she insisted it wouldn't look good. I wanted glitter and she said it wouldn't work, even though my daughter was getting it done next to me?? I said this is for a wedding I'm in and the accents are gold, she kept saying let's do silver tips, silver goes with everything. Even after saying I do not want silver, she brought out silver polish, since she couldn't figure out how to do what I paid for. I had to ask her to find gold or ask for help. She also kept hitting my skin when filing. In the end, they seemed ok, pretty color at least. The next morning we left for an out of town wedding and I spent the next three days putting Neosporin on irritated skin, my nails are filed crooked around the nail bed and that's now caused them to grow out in a week! They do not look good and I truly wish I hadn't been out of town so that I could have gone in and shown them what a disaster I paid for! I moved and needed a nail salon close to home. I've been going to this location for about 8 months. The same young lady from the first time I went was great. So I made my appointments just with her. Well the last two visits were just not good. 4 weeks ago I went and had gel nails done when I had gotten home I put on my readers and noticed 2 of my nails had little blacks spots from the nail file, and the whole time I was there she was speaking her language with another nail tech about there working schedule. I went back last week in the morning and had to catch a flight in the afternoon, we'll again put on my readers and 7 of my nails had black spots and one nail was so noticeable that I had to file it out. She have to had seen it while she was putting on the gel.Again she was not in a good mood. This may not be much to some people but I tipped her $15.00 each visit. Time to move on. Read Less

This place sucks. You come to relax and they make you feel like you're being rushed and they charge for everything. Got a dip manicure and did not cut my cuticles unless I was ok with a $5 extra charge. Don't usually come here to Deluxe but I thought fancy and expected to get more than my usual hole in the wall place (LE NAILS) I'd rather keep going to LE Nails they take their time and the outcome is a lot better and charge a bit less and I get more for what I just paid at Deluxe like soft feet and trim and cuticle cut and my biggest thing of all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was by far the best pedicure I've ever had for the price! I got the Deluxe Citrus Pedi by Kayla. First of all, this place runs like a machine! Their check-in process was very easy and convenient. There wasn't a list with names, but everyone e had their own sign in sheet with their services checked on it. On a Saturday afternoon I didn't have to wait at all which is wonderful. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, calling each person by their name, offering a wide range of complimentary beverages. The deluxe pedi is $51 for about an hour. This included: a soak, all the grooming and polishing, a sugar scrub, a mask with hot towel wrap, a HOT STONE massage for your legs and feet, and a wonderfully long and perfect massage!! When I came in and saw the woman next to me getting a hot stone massage I thought, "I wish that's what I picked," but being new, all of the choices were a little overwhelming. Then I got my own hot stone massage!! Included in my price!!I'm not from Ft. Worth, and I spoke to the owner about my salon I go to at home in Ohio and I told him I got a lot more here for the price! And the price quoted, was the price charged, which I'm not used to but is always wonderful. The salon is small and crowded which the owner recognized, and said he was going to be opening another larger salon across the street next year to give everyone some more room. Considering there were about 24 chairs and some had a manicurist and pedicurist at one chair there were a lot of people in there but it ran VERY efficiently and most people didn't have to wait.
