She absolutely does not appreciate GOOD customer service.  She should go to Sallys and buy press on.  These people are by far the best in FTW.  EVERYONE has to make a living and doing nails is an ART. 28 dollars is a good price and I was a walk-in also a first time customer. However I feel like walk-ins should get the same treatment as if I made an app. If they do then this is poor service. They were nice people but I feel like the person who did my nails was in a rush, he did not cross check to see if my nails were the same length, the nail tips were applied poorly, the acrylic application was applied poorly and uneven. There are gaps between my real nail and the fake tip that was applied and underneath my nails is not cleaned up. I probably will never come back to this place to get my nails done ever again. The pedicures are good but as of getting any type of acrylic done you pay for what you get so go big and get them done right.Read Less

A small and unassuming place but these are serious nail people! They are super friendly and accommodating. I get the deluxe pedicure and gel nails. They always do a good job and are always welcoming. It's out of my way and I pass several other places on my way to see them. Read Less

I was treated very well and loved my toes! Also Tracey (I think) is the eyebrow lady and I LOVE my eyebrows! Got a gel manicure for the first time but it came off within the week. But my gel pedicure always lasts 3+ weeks. Read Less

Wow worst experience ever I went for a nail take off and w whole new set of gel nails. First they start by being sneaky telling me that their acrylic was gel nail........ For those of you who don't know if they add liquid with powder it's not gel just because they use gel colors and a gel top coat! So when I let them know what they were doing wrong she just stopped and told me to leave because I busted her trying to lie in front of everyone . Will never go back and those of you who also don't know they are charging you extra for solar all solar is , is a branch of the acrylic powder so same things one is just pink and the other isn't . I LOVE this salon!! Friendly and talented. Pedicures are amazing, I definitely recommend the deluxe. Always willing to try new nail art designs and let you know if it isn't something they think they can do. They offer cool beverages and usually have the DIY channel on.
