This was the worst gel fill I have ever received. I tried this place because I just moved to Roanoke from Arlington. I had been going to a salon in Arlington for several years that did an excellent job on my nails. I will be going back to Arlington - it is worth the drive!The nail tech barley took any time at all doing my nails. She was rough, in a hurry and was not thorough at all. When I told her that I like just a thin layer, she almost scolded me for even saying anything!Basically trying to tell me she knew what she was doing - well, she didn't. She cut more than one of my cuticles, almost burned my nail - I could feel it burning when she did it, the polish was put on very sloppy!She didn't even go around the edges to remove excess polish that she had gotten on my fingers and cuticles!I will not be back to this place! As soon as my nails are no longer sore, i'll be going back to Arlington!

I walked in once right when they opened and had a decent experience so I tried it again today--mistake. I got the pedicure a level up from the basic which came with 10 minutes of massage. It's my favorite part of a pedicure and I ALWAYS ask them to charge me for 10 more minutes if they do a good job. I also always time it to make sure I'm actually getting my full time. Today, I looked down at my phone when she started and it was 2:45. 5 minutes later, she wrapped up. I politely told her the pedicure came with a 10 minute massage and she started arguing with me. Ha. I know for a fact I only got 5 minutes, but even if I hadn't, wouldn't it make sense to at least offer me more at an additional rate? On top of this, the lady doing my manicure was awful. She cut me multiple times, didn't trim my cuticles (and I asked her to twice and got a half ass effort) and my nails looked like a 5 year old did them. I was so disappointed. I went to pay and showed them to the lady at the front and asked for her thoughts. She said, "Yah those don't look good at all". I told her I didn't think I should have to pay for such a sloppy job. All I got was 20% off. What a joke. Never coming back here.

Great first time experience with this nail salon. Only 1 hiccup, I asked for color with my pedi and got a French. Never really liked French on the toes. But no worries, next time I'll be clearer. Store was clean, fresh and the staff was friendly & efficient. My nail tech was Taylor, she's wonderful. I'll be going back to her!!

So I am a FedEx HD delivery driver in the Roanoke area if you want to know what HD means home-delivery and I've heard a lot of people going to this place when it opened up and I've seen a couple people nails and it look pretty good so I decided to go Monday when I was off work and this is not even where I live I just have to be in the Roanoke area it was pretty nice I was the walk in I got served really fast and they had plenty of colors_.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new place. Took a stab at Cime Nails and was not disappointed! They explained everything and were very friendly. They worked on my pedi at the same time as my new solar set to save time; but I didn't feel rushed at all. This will be my new place for sure! It's clean and bright, great atmosphere.

I thought i'd try this newly opened salon out today...Best nail salon experience i've had by far. The young receptionist was very interactive and helpful. Perfect bubbly attitude example that all nails salons should posess. The staff does really well and doesnt rush and do a bad job, like most. Very impressed. Will be a regular customer for sure now.

I really like this place. Normally I would probably give it four or maybe even five stars. Today I used a birthday gift card and got the $50 pedicure. It was not worth it. I got the exact same treatment as I would have for the classic pedicure which I believe is $25. My toes look great. No complaint about "polish change". Definitely try this place. Just don't waste your money on the up sell.

My new favorite nail Salon.....I came in late last night got dip and a pedi. When I left I noticed somethings that needed to be fixed so I called them back and they made an appointment for me the next day when they opened. Let me say this they were SO nice an willing to fix the situation. Didn't make me feel bad and was so apologetic hoping I'd come back again.My nails are perfect and I couldn't be happier. Anne gave me a great pedicure and very personable and Don did my nails that exceeded my expectations. He has a great sense of humor and kept me laughing. This place is clean, friendly and has such a welcoming atmosphere that I will be back and recommend this to my friends. I'm used to driving far to my old nail salon but my loyalty has changed and I will come here from now on. I will say that overall I was impressed and glad I gave them another chance.

LADIES OF ROANOKE TX, LISTEN UPFirst of all, let me start by saying that i have anxiety that affects my nails HARD, like if there is one flaw on my nails, i will rip them all off. AND i've been pretty dedicated to a fancy salon in Southlake for the past 2 years, but i recently moved and heard about Cime so i took a dare myself and gave it a try. Y'ALL. I am impressed. The girl at the front desk was adorable and so sweet, my nails look and feel amazing, and the man who i'm assuming is the owner was also so kind and genuinely thanked me for coming. If I wasn't already sold, they do 20% off on Mondays and Tuesdays! I hope i'm not getting ahead of myself because last night was my first time there but if my nails last, and they keep it up the same, I will be a life customer.I try to write reviews when I like something, ya know, to be nice and stuff; but don't go there because I don't wanna have to wait when it gets to busy cause y'all all read my review and decided to show up.P.S. They got margs, (even though my new year resolution was not drinking till after my wedding so i'll try them in May).

I've been here a few times for pedicures and was quite happy. It's a nice salon with friendly staff. However, my last visit ended very badly and this review is being posted to prevent others from having the same thing happen. I agreed to a having a powder dip manicure done. The tech who did this used a dremel type tool and horribly damaged my nails to the point of where I have had daily soreness and pain. At the time, I had no idea that this was occurring...no pain at all. My dermatologist told me that my nails were sanded to the point of nonexistence in some areas. I'm almost a month out now from having this done and experiencing pain as I type this. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I called and spoke to the receptionist and she was truly concerned and said she would look into who did the manicure. I had strong healthy nails before this manicure.

Second visit here & I fall more in love each time! Just moved to the area and needed a new nail tech. Having acrylics for 8 consecutive years with the same nail tech, I'm very picky. I checked out the place with a pedicure and plain gel color before trying acrylics. Next, had a pedicure and natural acrylic powder nails applied & I love them! Wanted something natural & this was beyond perfect. Only thing is since my thumbs are fat & wide, my thumb nails are slightly at a more angle shape than I would like but other than that, I will definitely be going back to the same nail tech!

If there is a half star, I would give a half star to this place. This place started out nicely. Very friendly staffs and very clean place. However, other than that, I had a horrible experience from here. I got deeping powder on my nails, they filed down my nails so much that I can see the part of layers on my nails are missing. Now I am suffering with burning and soreness on my finger nails and can't do anything about it for next several months. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very clean and modern when I walked in. Got a pedicure and a gel manicure at the same time which I loved. Moved to the area & needed a new nail salon, so first time visit. Only thing is my nail shape is not fully square like I wanted & my gel color has tiny bumps that only I will notice, but that’s just me being picky after going to the same nail salon for over 10 years. Overall great, definitely will be going back hoping for a slightly better result

Everything is really clean and neat. It was only $16 for a fill they have margaritas and complimentary drinks. I'll be going here as long as I live here! :)

I've been traveling to PLANO (I know that's cray cray) to get my dip and pedicure because I could not find a LOCAL place that didn't rush through the process, made my dip nice and thin, AND gave exceptional customer service. (Like really appreciated my business.) GUESS WHAAAAAT! Cìme nails is everything I'd dreamed of AND MORE. Kim did such a perfect dip on my nails. I love them! And Tammy was so meticulous with my pedicure- it was perfect! And I mean it! Get to this place asap!

Always very nice, this was my second visit here and the manager was really nice and I called because I was pressed for time and had to be out by 10:15 and arrived around 9:35 and they got me out the door at 10:10 and still did a great job! I got the powder dip. She told me to come back and get a pedi and she had purchased several new colors she was excited about! The first time I was in I got a discount and the owner was walking around greeting everyone! Really friendly place, great customer service.

So my complaints and reason for the 2 stars are 1) she used so much acetone to take off my previous dip that it was dripping and running all over my hands, 2) she didn't file down the dip enough so they look bubbly, 3) and I have dip color stained on my fingertips (like on my "finger prints"). I tried this place bc it was so close to my home and I thought I'd give it a try. I just wasn't happy with it.

First time visit for me today and I will definitely be going back! They were very friendly and helpful and suggested a better option for me than I originally came in for. I came in to have my solar nails taken off and then do a gel polish, but the nail tech and young lady up front recommended doing the dipping powder instead of gel because it would be healthier on my nails and probably last longer. I was very happy with their suggestion and how nice my nails turned out! On top of that, since it was a Tuesday, they gave me 20% off!

Let me say this they were SO nice an willing to fix the situation. Didn't make me feel bad and was so apologetic hoping I'd come back again.My nails are perfect and I couldn't be happier. Anne gave me a great pedicure and very personable and Don did my nails that exceeded my expectations. He has a great sense of humor and kept me laughing. This place is clean, friendly and has such a welcoming atmosphere that I will be back and recommend this to my friends. I'm used to driving far to my old nail salon but my loyalty has changed and I will come here from now on. I will say that overall I was impressed and glad I gave them another chance.

LADIES OF ROANOKE TX, LISTEN UPFirst of all, let me start by saying that i have anxiety that affects my nails HARD, like if there is one flaw on my nails, i will rip them all off. AND i've been pretty dedicated to a fancy salon in Southlake for the past 2 years, but i recently moved and heard about Cime so i took a dare myself and gave it a try. Y'ALL. I am impressed. The girl at the front desk was adorable and so sweet, my nails look and feel amazing, and the man who i'm assuming is the owner was also so kind and genuinely thanked me for coming. If I wasn't already sold, they do 20% off on Mondays and Tuesdays! I hope i'm not getting ahead of myself because last night was my first time there but if my nails last, and they keep it up the same, I will be a life customer.I try to write reviews when I like something, ya know, to be nice and stuff; but don't go there because I don't wanna have to wait when it gets to busy cause y'all all read my review and decided to show up.P.S. They got margs, (even though my new year resolution was not drinking till after my wedding so i'll try them in May).

I've been here a few times for pedicures and was quite happy. It's a nice salon with friendly staff. However, my last visit ended very badly and this review is being posted to prevent others from having the same thing happen. I agreed to a having a powder dip manicure done. The tech who did this used a dremel type tool and horribly damaged my nails to the point of where I have had daily soreness and pain. At the time, I had no idea that this was occurring...no pain at all. My dermatologist told me that my nails were sanded to the point of nonexistence in some areas. I'm almost a month out now from having this done and experiencing pain as I type this. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I called and spoke to the receptionist and she was truly concerned and said she would look into who did the manicure. I had strong healthy nails before this manicure.

Second visit here & I fall more in love each time! Just moved to the area and needed a new nail tech. Having acrylics for 8 consecutive years with the same nail tech, I'm very picky. I checked out the place with a pedicure and plain gel color before trying acrylics. Next, had a pedicure and natural acrylic powder nails applied & I love them! Wanted something natural & this was beyond perfect. Only thing is since my thumbs are fat & wide, my thumb nails are slightly at a more angle shape than I would like but other than that, I will definitely be going back to the same nail tech!

If there is a half star, I would give a half star to this place. This place started out nicely. Very friendly staffs and very clean place. However, other than that, I had a horrible experience from here. I got deeping powder on my nails, they filed down my nails so much that I can see the part of layers on my nails are missing. Now I am suffering with burning and soreness on my finger nails and can't do anything about it for next several months. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very clean and modern when I walked in. Got a pedicure and a gel manicure at the same time which I loved. Moved to the area & needed a new nail salon, so first time visit. Only thing is my nail shape is not fully square like I wanted & my gel color has tiny bumps that only I will notice, but that’s just me being picky after going to the same nail salon for over 10 years. Overall great, definitely will be going back hoping for a slightly better result

I just moved here a couple weeks ago and I was stressing out about finding a good nail salon because I'm super picky. I went in and they were super nice and the place and decorated so pretty! Everything is really clean and neat. It was only $16 for a fill they have margaritas and complimentary drinks. I'll be going here as long as I live here! :)

Calling all ladies in Roanoke!! Finally a perfect nail salon RIGHT. HERE. I've been traveling to PLANO (I know that's cray cray) to get my dip and pedicure because I could not find a LOCAL place that didn't rush through the process, made my dip nice and thin, AND gave exceptional customer service. (Like really appreciated my business.) GUESS WHAAAAAT! Cìme nails is everything I'd dreamed of AND MORE. Kim did such a perfect dip on my nails. I love them! And Tammy was so meticulous with my pedicure- it was perfect! And I mean it! Get to this place asap!

Always very nice, this was my second visit here and the manager was really nice and I called because I was pressed for time and had to be out by 10:15 and arrived around 9:35 and they got me out the door at 10:10 and still did a great job! I got the powder dip. She told me to come back and get a pedi and she had purchased several new colors she was excited about! The first time I was in I got a discount and the owner was walking around greeting everyone! Really friendly place, great customer service.

Very sweet girl at the front desk, super polite staff... I get dip and their color selection is FANTASTIC. So my complaints and reason for the 2 stars are 1) she used so much acetone to take off my previous dip that it was dripping and running all over my hands, 2) she didn't file down the dip enough so they look bubbly, 3) and I have dip color stained on my fingertips (like on my "finger prints"). I tried this place bc it was so close to my home and I thought I'd give it a try. I just wasn't happy with it.

First time visit for me today and I will definitely be going back! They were very friendly and helpful and suggested a better option for me than I originally came in for. I came in to have my solar nails taken off and then do a gel polish, but the nail tech and young lady up front recommended doing the dipping powder instead of gel because it would be healthier on my nails and probably last longer. I was very happy with their suggestion and how nice my nails turned out! On top of that, since it was a Tuesday, they gave me 20% off!
