Should have written this review years ago. I love going there. Most importantly the place the is spotless, if Cindy or Mom aren't working they are cleaning. I've had gel nails and natural nails they are done beautifully. Love my Spa pedicures, so relaxing. Do NOT come in if you want a quickie, cheap nail job, they take their time do quality work and it shows. Remember you get what you pay for, they are worth it. They offer other services too. I had a great time at this nail salon. I tried it for the first time on a Thursday so there was only one other customer there. Cindy took great care of me and was very nice. She convinced me to get gel nails for the first time which was a great choice. I will return. Read Less

I've had 2 experience so far at this name salon. The first one was fine other than my heels hurt for 3 days after she removed the dead skin from my heels. The second time was just yesterday; the girls' name was Yessina (Yesi). I get pedicures quite often but she did by far the best job I've had in a long time! She was meticulous and gentle. The older woman at the shop did my pedicure.  She rushed through the pedicure and didn't even get the nail polish on straight. For the price they charged  I don't think I will go back there. I was looking for another place to go and I guess I'll just keep looking. Read Less

I did not like my experience with Charmin Nails. My nails turned out to have streaks.. when I pointed it out, she looked at them and continued what she was doing. No change.She made me get uncomfortable from the chair even when I made things easy enough for her. She gave slight attitude and it built up from there. Got a French tip deluxe pedicure. The work is very, very good. The woman working on my feet was meticulous, making sure everything looked right and making any adjustments I requested without any problems. It honestly didn't take as long as the reviews make it seem, in my experience anyway. The salon itself isn't as nice as some places, but the work is definitely much better than many places all while still offering services such as free drinks. Overall I highly recommend this place! The owner did an amazing job on my nails. She was detailed and precise. I recommend getting a full set at this location. I believe the cost is $40 with gel polish. It's worth it! And they give you a complimentary beverage such as red or white wine. Read Less

I being going to Charmin nails over 6 years ago and I love this nail day spa salon! They are so professional, nice ladies, very clean shop, sweet and concerned  about you, it make you feel good! Prior to go Charmin nails I "jumped" for years from nails shops and now I am so glad I found them that I want to tell everyone! Charmin Nails have a technique to do the Gel manicure that stay in your nails over 3 weeks; I really like that! :-) if you give a tried you would be satisfied with nails services and with their nice quality nails products! A bit pricey but completely worth it. I went in and got a pedicure and acrylic nails and they were so careful and clean. They definitely take pride in what they do and it probably took a bit longer than most nail places but the result was worth it. If you are looking for a quick in and out, half way done job this is not the place for you.  The family owned nail shop has been here doing it correctly for years!!! Gel polish is made to stay on not lift off in a few days like most places I have tried.  I came in last time with terrible "camping- lake" nails, I left feeling like a girl again. Read Less

Horrible customer service!! I paid 45.00 for strip lashes to be applied after being told it be 20.00 only to have to return the very next day to fix the problems i pointed out to the lash tech the previous day. The lashes were lifting again before i even made it home! normally these types of lashes last 2-3 weeks. i called the next morning to ask if i could stop by to hopefully fix the problem. I was told "no". The tech said she had no time for me even though it was her fault the lashes were not properly applied and i had paid for a service i essentially never got. i asked if i could come in the the day after that and again was told no.i explained that i had an event to attend and that the lashes were sticking up in the corners really needed the lashes fixed. Still no. the glue for these lashes is permenant and has to be professionally removed so i could not remove them myself and she knew this but did not care! i will NEVER return! luckily i found a nice shop that has great service!
