So I went to this salon based on the reviews. My experience was okay but my issue is that my nails don't match on either hands. I asked for square long nails. I left with 1 lopsided long nail. On my right hand my nails are rounded. The skin around my nails weren't tended to. My cuticles were pushed back but that's it. The services were pricey so I expected better. One thing that I found weird was that I got into the pedicure chair thinking both my pedicure and my manicure would in the pedicure chair (since this is my experience at most places). I had my pedicure and then was moved to a manicure table. I would understand this if there was a bunch of people at the salon but there were only 3 other patrons there. And two of them had their mani's in the pedicure chair. I paid $90 for the deluxe pedi and a gel mani. I would expect more for that price tag. Read Less

I have been coming here for a solid few months now as a regular and I absolutely love it. I see Brandy for dip powder on my natural nails every two weeks and she always does such an amazing job. She doesn't use the drill on my nails so they aren't brittle and frail. I'm really happy with chandelier and their whole staff is super kind and talented too. Walked in early in the morning at 10 I didn't have an appointment but I got attended really quick. My eyebrows came out sooo good! I loved them. I also got my nails done. Gel nails. I have been religiously going here for about a year. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. The place is very clean and hygienic, which is a huge plus. My issue is the cash only for tips. It is a major inconvenience, especially for being 2017. I have been caught before without cash and had to make two trips. I can see where a client would NOT come back and that only hurts the workers and not the owner. I also work in a service profession and have had some of my clients tell me they won't go back(on my recommendation) to Chandelier bc of this policy. Please rectify this situation. Read Less

I was a walk in and the fit me right in didn't have to wait long. One review said they couldn't paint, I totally disagree! They did an excellent paint job on mine. I have been wanting to try this place and I'm glad I did! Everyone there was so nice and professional. Aimee did my nails today and they are literally perfect. I normally have to tell my nail artist to fix something and I didn't have to tell her anything. She took a little longer than expected but I didn't mind at all because I got quality work done and she took the time to make sure they were perfect! My kinda woman! Absolutely terrible~ this place can't even polish! I paid $95 for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. They didn't even give a good massage. Most people that came in during my two hours of sitting with feet in the water were college students for the cheapest 20-minute mani-pedi/polish change. This nail salon is really nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional! Aimee did my nails, and much like her counterparts, she was very kind. She took her time on my nails to really make sure they were right. You can tell that not only is each technician this way, they have established a culture in which the client is first, time is spent on them, and they help each other out if it's busy, etc. it was nice to relax and have girl talk with my technician while she did my nails exactly how I like them. I got dip powder - it was not think and chunky and didn't look like "chiclets" (as Aimee put it LOL). They won't try to oversell you on anything or talk you into getting more than you need which I appreciated as well. I felt bad because only cash tips are excepted and I was not prepared for that. Super wonderful first experience at Chandelier! Brianna did my nails and they're exactly what I wanted. She's a perfectionist and cares a lot about her work which is SO nice. Definitely recommend this place - everyone was so nice and friendly. However, you might call ahead to see if you can come in because most days they are too booked to accept walk-ins. But I don't mind. I'd rather make an appointment anyway because I hate waiting. I got a full set of acrylics with gel - coffin shape and it was $60. Great location, which is why I continue to give them another chance. They only offer threading during varying times that aren't the same as their normal hours. Imagine going to a nail salon during their open hours to find out they actually don't offer manicures at that time because the person who does it is off or going to a car repair place that's open 12-6 but only fixes cars from 12-2. At first when I came I was super impressed. They have marble floors, everything was extremely clean, and the staff is nice and welcoming. Here are some of the problems from my visit last Thursday, I had to wait 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment to be seen. This place doesn't keep extra staff around, so you won't have someone do you nails and toes at the same time. So your mani/pedi can take a pretty long time. Chandelier also has a very small selection of me gen (dip) colors compared to other places I visited. Being that this place is about $5+ than other places I was disappointed. When I picked a color I asked someone if it was light pink and that I only wanted light pink, she assured me that this color always turns out light pink. When my nail tech, Amie, started doing my nails she didn't double check with me about the color I picked out with someone else over an hour before. When my nails were in the process of being done they were not drying correctly, they were sticky. They still have odd ridges that aren't normal. I've had the dip done 10* other times and this never happened. The tech had to keep layering on top coats and eventually it dried somewhat correctly. She called over another tech to feel my nails and hinted that something was wrong with the top coat. When my nails dried they weren't pink - they were nude. She noticed this too and brushed it off. Ami was very nice but neither her nor the tech seemed to realize that I was paying a lot of money to get my nails done and they should be done right. It was closing time so I didn't want to have her redo them but this definitely wasn't what I expected. On top of all that they only accept cash tips. I had to go get cash out of my car to tip 😕 Overall I would say this place is very classy but it's not worth the money. My nails were done perfectly at other places that were less expensive. Came here for eyebrow waxing and gel manicure. I just moved to Tx from NC where i had the same eyebrow tech for almost four years (so i was super nervous about going to someone new). I typically get them waxed but decided to have them threaded. KC DID AN AMAZING JOB. She walked me through it (had a poor threading experience prior) and offered to stop if it were too painful. I've been to Chandelier 4 times now, and I've never had a less than stellar experience. The staff are all so friendly and very talented. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoy their cucumber water, but they offer wine and champagne as well, and it's always nice to have that option. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else as long as I live in Fort Worth!One thing to note: you really must make an appointment. I've walked in once around mid-day and they were already booked solid. Since then, I've always called either the day before or the morning of, and had no trouble getting an appointment. I made an eyebrow appointment for 1:45 pm on Friday because the lady on the phone said she leaves exactly at 2pm. I arrive and immediately notice a strong smell of rubbing alcohol. Chandelier smells better than most nail places, but it was still a shock. I was told KC, who was doing my eyebrows, would come for me and that I should take a seat. (I hope this place doesn't overbook because there were only 3 waiting chairs; two of them were extremely close together, so unless people knew each other, they wouldn't both sit there.)I waited until almost 2 and KC came out. She had another client.  I normally wouldn't have cared, but that meant I could've just had a 2 pm appointment and not have to rush from work. It's been awhile since I've gotten threading and I forgot how painful it was. KC checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay. I kept getting hairs in my nose :x She'll ask you to spread the skin above and below your eyebrows while she threads. After she was done, she asked if I wanted lotion or cooling gel. I asked for the cooling gel. She even massaged my temples while she put it on - A nice touch! Then the moment of truth: the mirror. It looked great and everything was even. The whole process took about 8 minutes.I would suggest that KC ask people what size & shape they had in mind before she starts and to use a soft brush to get the little hairs off when she's done.Overall, KC did a great job on my eyebrows and did it much faster than me tweezing them. I loved it. I was a walk in so they made an appointment for a pedicure an hour later. When I came back I picked a color and was treated to a warm foot spa in a massage chair and a complimentary beverage. I chose a mimosa which was delightful. My manicurist was polite without prodding into my personal life as they do with some salons. I had runner's toe and had lost half a nail a few months ago. Staff was unfriendly and not professional.  I asked for a design, which ended up in a 2 hour pedicure because my nails had to be repainted several times due to the nail techs' mistakes.  I arrived shortly after opening, and was lucky there was nobody ahead of me.  About 5 individuals/small groups came in during my pedicure and were ALL asked to come back at later times, probably because only 1 nail tech was there and already busy.  If you're going to advertise "walk-ins welcome", make sure you have the staff to follow through.  I had high expectations since this salon was chosen as FW's best (2016), but I think I will continue my search for the best nail salon in Fort Worth. First time coming based on Yelp reviews and I was slightly disappointed. First impression when walking in great. Marissa greeted me... Made my appointed 20mins from when I walked in which is to be expected since it's Saturday and I was a walk in. I asked for a signatures gel mani/ pedi. I was told that the nail technician doing my hands would be the same as the one doing my feet but I was given another to do my feet. Which was great. Until I felt rushed, the nail technician never greeted me or even addressed me. The description said for a signature pedi that I receive a light foot and leg massage and I did not. I was given the scrub and then painted. I had to ask the nail technician if she wouldn't mind giving me lotion or oil so I could rub them on my legs. I got the best pedicure I've ever had here. The salon is so pretty and the clear glass bowls are so different from what I've ever seen. It's so clean!! I'm kinda paranoid about getting fungus on my toenails so I only go to salons where they use those plastic liners and the tools are in the autoclaved bags, so I ask that before I go. It's hard to find! Well, they do that and more here! They said they have fancy drains that suck the water out or some such thing, and it's designed to reduce the chance of nasties hanging around in the drain. No nasties AND a mimosa?
