I went to this nail salon because it was close to the house. I was suppose to see the manager Tina for a fill pink and white but found out after I got there she don't do that. She referred me to a lady named Angel who was very nice and good at what she does. This place is already pricey I was advised the price was $35 for a fill even though I had the tech make the nails wide. The tech never told me it was $5 extra until I got to the register to pay then said it's $40 I forgot to tell you because your tips were wide instead of narrow. I was offended because the tech should have just apologized and said I will only charge you $35 like I said I would since I forgot to let you know it was extra. To the manager you need to advise your employees if they forget to advise customers something is extra that the customer is not responsible to pay the difference. I feel like that's bad customer service well I won't be back that was a deal breaker for me. Read Less

Went new years eve at 4 pm and by the time I got home every nail was lifting. They were closed new years so today I called and was informed owner was not in and I told them I would call bsck to have this resolved. I have now called 8 times and they have not answered. I spent $45, the solar over lay is very thin, the color is not even and and every nail has lifted. This is horrible for the money i spent because now I have to go pay someone else to fix their mistakes since they will not answer. Read Less

I like it here because they are always staffed even on Sunday's which makes service very prompt even on busy days.  If your looking for a spa experience your not going to get that here with extended hand and feet massages...it's a nail salon. Read Less

Absolutely disgusted with the service we got....PAID for a pedicure which came with a salt scrub and foot scrub, GOT NEITHER. I went to this salon on Saturday to get a full set with the dip powder, by the next day Sunday two nails already broke so I called and they said I can come in and they would fix. Well I did that and here it is Monday and I now have 4 nails already broken. I don’t understand, I paid over $50 for my full set and they are clearly so cheap they keep breaking. Terrible service!!! The guy not only messed upy nails but then complained about having to fix them! To top it off when he was fixing them he became really rough taking the ones off he messsed up!! I got my nails done Saturday morning the lady that did my nails was horrible and rough. She didn't cut my nails to put the fake nail she glued them half way my nail, and when she glued them nail was going up, and I told her I didn't like it and she said she would fix it when she puts the acrylic, and guess what it looked the same my nails looked like they were about to fly away. Do not go here. Staff very rude. Will not go back. In short, I was there with a family member and her 2 month old. She was nursing her baby and they had just finished her pedicure. The staff stood in front of her and stared at her until she got up and moved because they wanted the chair for 2 other ladies to be able to sit together. I understand business but when there are 4 open chairs beside each other you could simply put the 2 other ladies on the other side and not make a nursing mom with her 2 month old rush out and leave. Don't waste your time or money here! I came the first time for a gel manicure and it took the lady a long time and was chipping within a couple days. Went back a week later for a pedi because I thought, it's only a pedicure how can someone screw that up!? Wow was I wrong!! Everything was fine until the lady started polishing them. She used the drill to apparently file down a ridge that was by my cuticle on my big toe. To me the ridge was not noticeable enough to warrant using a drill. She ended up filing it down so much that it was too thin. As weeks progressed and it started to grow out the nail split in 2 and I ultimately ended up losing my nail! I will never step foot back in this salon ever again. They clearly have people that don't know what they are doing working in there. Read Less

Will they give you a pedicure or manicure? Sure thing. I can go to multiple places in DFW and get a pedi and a hot stone massage that lasts twenty minutes for the same price as I get a rushed pedicure (with multiple employees standing around waiting) and a 5 minute hot stone massage here. Bad service, no offer of even water and inconsistent services from one tech to another. Get the basic pedi and skip any extras. Read Less

I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. The nexgen dip was a little more then I was used to paying but I had a sitter and it was convenient. The girl was very nice but when I left, I felt like my nails weren't as good as normal. I couldn't pinpoint any issues, they just seemed off. Very soon after, my hair kept getting caught under my nail because they were raising up close to the cuticle. Finally, one nail popped off and I could see where this was going. I called ...and they said they they would fix them. I went back and she buffed my nails, and reapplied the topcoat. Not only does that take away "growth room" but it didn't fix the problem! I had a bad set. I said that and she buffed two of my nails more, added a couple of lawyers of dip and was done. While that probably fixed the problem for those two nails, they were not approximately 10 inches taller than my other nails. Needless to say, a day later, another nail popped off. I love to get my nails done at Oasis, they do a fabulous job. I get my nails done here since they open. My friends and my family come here for their nails. We love Oasis Nails. I have tried all of the nail places in forney and this place wins hands down..They have a lady who will thread your eyebrows, deluxe pedicures, regular spa pedicures (which i usually get because they are sooo good!) and of course manicures and "fake" nails. They offer wine and they are very friendly!! Read Less

They even gave a lady who threads eyebrows which is great cause I used to have to go to the mall to get it done so it wouldn't get done regularly because what a pain to just want to get your eyebrows threaded to have to walk the whole mall!
