The tech who did my brows today left me with a quarter inch bald spot. Never had this happen before.... With the number of availabile salons I am striking this one off the list. They cannot offer enough "compensatory" coupons to make me come back. Attempted to come get my nails done. Called and asked if there was availability. They said yes. I got here and waited for 20 minutes and no one came to the table I was sat at. However, two older women that came after me were helped first. The tech even told them that I was there before them. They didn’t have an appointment. I felt completely disrespected, so I walked out. I went yesterday for the first time because my reg salon was busy and will NEVER go back. The coral color I picked out for my dip turned out hot pink. My toe nails did not match at all. Tam was the nail tech. I told her not to cut much off just shape them. She cut half of my nails off. These are my natural nails that have taken a while to get to this length and shape. Then I told her to round the edges for a natural look and she made them completely square! They are uneven, lumpy, and look horrible. When I told the manager, he offered a coupon for next time. I told him I would never be back. He took of $10 off my overpriced total. I will have to wait a week or 2 for them to grow out a bit and have then fixed. Then a group of techs were all laughing and mocking me. I was mortified. On top of that, she left dust all over my hands, and didn’t put any cuticle oil or lotion on. We had an appointment made for 10:45. Walked in and waited for 20 minutes. I was seated for a pedicure by someone and all the other nail technicians started speaking to each other and pointing at me. They had very rude looks on their faces and I still sat there for 15 minutes. Still nobody had walked up. Yep I got up and left. My wife booked 2 appointments for us.  We got there and we were seated together just as the planners paper stated. Well for whatever reason they came and started on my wife's feet. I waited for 10 mins- 15 mins- and finally at 30 mins my wife asked the lady was someone going to work on me. Her words were, "we will get to him shortly everyone is busy".  I got the keys from my wife and left. I refuse to pay for service that won't honor my appointment.  This is probably a one time thing. At least I hope it is. The owner said "sorry sir as I walked out".  I am a calm and respectful person know matter how I am treated. I can kill you with kindness. I'm visiting from out of town and needed a spot to get my nails done for my boyfriends high school reunion and this place was amazing! They had so many choices of colors, gels and dips. When I couldn't decide on a  color they tested them out so I could get the perfect fit. I got fake nails to make them longer and they were so attentive to my request to have them shorter so I could put in my contacts, they actually made the nail I used for contacts shorter than the rest but you can't even tell. This place is awesome! My sister and I came here for Manis and pedis.. Peter the owner was very nice and offered us drinks.. we got sat down right after.  Kevin did my nails and he was Soo nice and funny.. Lynn did my sisters nails and she absolutely  loved them! I have been a customer since the owner Lily who used to do my nails opened the shop which I think is the nicest in town. The only downside is that she and the other lady who did my nails no longer do pedicures. I would prefer not to have to keep changing. Read Less

I came to this salon after being unfairly treated at another salon. The same experience happened here. I was told to pick a color and to sit at a station. The "regular" customers were greeted, sat, and worked on immediately. I waited 25 minutes and not one worker acknowledged that I was even there. I would not recommend this salon to my worst of friends. Read Less

I recently moved into the area from WV and have been looking for a salon that had friendly staff, did a great quality job , for reasonable price. This one has it all & my nails look awesome. Great nail salon! Lily usually does my nails and they always look fantastic. I have small nails and other places usually nick me with the drill, but I never have that problem with Lily. I've had just about everyone for pedicures, and they always do a good job. If you go on the weekend you might have a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it! Read Less

I stopped in today to get a set of dipped nails. I typically get my nail services at another Euphoria location, and thought I would give this one a try since it is closer to home. The salon did not look clean and well kept. My nails were done by Kim, and she seemed to be in a hurry. She cut my cuticle three different times with the drill and once on the side of a nail with the file. The dipping powder was applied and filed unevenly, and all of my nails were not consistently shaped. Overall, I would rate the overall look of this set of nails as poor. When finished she sat me at the light table and told me in 5 minutes to apply oil to my cuticles and walked away. The salon employees were not friendly, and not customer service oriented. I would not recommend this Euphoria location, and I do not plan to use this salon in the future. Read Less

This was our first visit to Euphoria. We were kindly greeted and promptly seated to the comfy massage chairs. The salon is clean and very nicely decorated. O-M-G!!! I have finally found what I've been looking for in the small city of Forney! I am a Dallas girl and drive there for 90% of the services I need. One Saturday I didn't feel like the "hustle and bustle", so I called myself settling by staying in Forney to GET MY NAILS DID! PRETTY MUCH THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFEEEEEEE! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was pretty much seen immediately.  My nail tech, Ann, takes her time and is very meticulous about her work. When getting a pedi, I like to relax, nap, or read a book. It's my R&R so It worked out perfectly because Ann was quiet and worked diligently. I'm going to ask for her everytime yall!
