I have been coming here since I moved to Forney last year and this is the first time I have left here unhappy and debating if I will ever come back. The new owner was not there this morning when I arrived so you can tell the atmosphere was not there.. I requested a certain person but they said she was out so I ended up with Cindy not a good experience at all. I feel as if she rushed the entire process. I told her I wanted my nails square round because I don't like the boxy. I only get the dip easy right but nope I left there with my thumb and index finger on my right hand crooked and I told her she attempted to fix it but made it worse. I'm upset and the fact she was looking for a tip, not today ma'am I usually tip good bc I really liked what I received. Read Less

My nails were fairly long. They cut them so short they were sore for several days. Made my nail bed bleed on my thumb. After the pedicure my heels were still rough. Even though the were not busy, they rushed us out. My nails were not dry so got messed up trying to get out my credit card to pay. Will not return. Read Less

The one who did my nex-gen on my fingernails asked if I wanted them trimmed and I told her no I want to keep the length.... when she finished she had red nail polish underneath my fingernails that was not cleaned off a lot of residue from the filing plus they were shorter than when I walked in . She is the one who checked me out any immediately asked for a tip first .... I told her I was paying and I would be the one to discretion if a tip was given .... I gave a good tip to the one who did my pedicure she did a great job . It was Sunday at 5pm and my usual place is open until 7pm but it must have slow because they didn't have anyone to do my powder dipped nails and pedi. They could only do pedi. So I left, Googled and found Empire and were already closed 30 mins but thankfully didn't turn me away, had me picking a color and in a chair in no time. They were awesome, super professional!! My favorite place in Forney. The customer service is great. The manager is very attentive and cares for your needs. I came in with my 3 other sisters without an appointment and were immediately seated and helped. Lastly, the quality of their work is amazing. It is one of the best manicures I have gotten. If you want to be pampered and treated like a VIP, this is the place to go! Friendly and skilled staff. They're very accommodating and offer a wide variety of treatment packages. I go there when I visit Texas and treat myself to one of the more decadent pedicure packages. The 25 minute leg and foot massage makes these higher end packages worth every penny! To be fair, I've had my nails done here (mani/pedi) on 3 separate occasions. Convenient if you live in Forney. I would say this is more of an emergency, need to get your nails done for a meeting tomorrow, kind of place. It won't be my go-to for a relaxing pedicure, and here's why:- The woman who was asked to do my manicure, rolled her eyes and scuffed her feet as she reluctantly walked toward me.- The pedicures are always rushed- I saw employees put the pumice stones back in their box for the next guest (without sanitizing it prior)- It is very loud, between the music, tv, children - not relaxing at allI don't mean to sound critical - but I have given this location a fair chance and 3/3 times I was not satisfied with the services. Went in to get "dip" removed from another nail spa. They were very friendly. Wasn't too busy at 11am. Offered something to drink was a different experience. Very beautiful set up and comfortable chairs. Wouldve given it 5 stars but thought it a little pricey. $35 just for gel and $5 for removal of prior nail. Also when cutting cuticles she nicked me and made me bleed. Nothing major but looked like she could use a little more training. Read Less

Do not go to Collin! He's rude and rough. He was on the phone the entire time I was there. The quality of his work is pretty crappy too, to say the least. He never once asked me about anything. Even his coworker said he never pays attention to his clients and is always on the phone. Not sure why he's still working there if his coworkers complain about him too. Read Less

This by far is my favorite nail salon, from East Texas to Forney this place has exceeded my expectations by far! I love the owner, he is a hoot and all the employees are very personable and make you feel right at home! Always great service. Today I saw Moon and she's awesome. I went in a little late, 6:22, they close at 7. I felt bad but they said it was ok. Tyler (the owner) was out sick so his brother was running the show today. She didn't finish until 7:25. She did a powder dip color change for me in under an hour and for less than I expected. Collin was absolutely wonderful today.  He did my Nexgen set to perfection. I also wanted a pedicure and because it was packed, he did my pedicure so I wouldn't have to wait. I LOVE this salon!! I haven't had my nails done anywhere else since they opened a couple years ago. The owner is incredibly nice and personable, always walking around and chatting with each guest. The prices are average but the service and quality is stellar! Read Less

I walked in on a busy sunday and i was quickly attended, i gave then a 4 because i believe they are a bit over priced for their work. I have gotten better massages while getting a mani and pedi and i also felt a little rushed. But the lady did a good job on my nail polish . I am new to forney so im will keep them in mind again. This place has a good and relaxing vibe.  I keep going back and enjoy each time.  I am most impressed with how well the gentleman who runs the day to day in and outs is so hospitable each and every time.  I am offered a drink of choice each time without having to ask and have never had to wait to be helped.  Nice work! I went here because of the great reviews but was disappointed! First of all, they do not offer mani pedi combos which was really what I was looking for. I was not offered a drink at all, water, soda, wine...nothing! To top it off, there is polish all over my toes and and it's definitely not a very good paint job. Will not be returning. Read Less

Talk about pampering!  My feet (which suffer from nerve deadness due to diabetes) now have feeling in them!  My insurance should pay for this.  My feet haven't felt this good in a long, long time.The basic foot package is called the "Classic"; after a bit of an upsell, I got the next higher package which included hot stones and some kind of cellular debridement.  Afterwards, I was glad that I got that option, after all.Your choice of frozen margarita, red or white wine, soft drinks or water while you are in the chair.  Well done.  I'll be back!!
