Went here and had a very thick BAD set of gel nails on from another salon and Kim took a long time taking them off and giving me the best French set of gel nails I have ever had (no extra charge by the way). My pedicure was great also. Very CLEAN and she throws everything away no re using form what I observed and I am very very picky about cleanliness and sanitization it is a MUST! Went under new management and is so amazing! My friends & I all got acrylics by Kim and are by far impressed. Beautiful, beautiful nails. If i could attach a photo i would! Very friendly and nice environment. You forget you're inside of Walmart! Can't wait to come back!! Read Less

I went in for a pedicure and manicure but only left with a pedicure being done. I went in on a Sunday and asked for a spa pedicure and manicure but they ended up getting busy while I was there and left me drying my toes and moved on to the next customers never doing my manicure. After waiting an hour I just paid and left. They don't have enough workers for when they are busy. Two people on a Sunday is not enough and you end up not getting taken care of or waiting a very long time. I would rather go some where else where I know they have more employees and I won't be rushed or not taken care of. They lost money from me and now my busy. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place is awful. My nails were cut right at my finger tip and I was told any longer than that they charge additional. My nails look terrible, they don't curve down like a natural nail would they point up. I was told it's because of the way my natural nail grows, my nails have always had acrylic overlay, and have NEVER looked like this. When I called the manager he hung up on me. Avoid this place. They do awful work and don't take responsibility when something was done wrong. I'll pay double somewhere else now before I go back to this place. Read Less

Horrible! I had my lip waxed and the girl didnt not check the wax temp or even try to cool it down! My lip was on fire and she didn't give me a mirror to look at it. When I got home I could see where the two strips had ripped my skin off. I called the shop and a woman told me to put neosporin on it and that it was my skin not her wax. I had been there before and never had a reaction to their wax or anyone elses. They were careless! They didn't even offer to give my money back or try to at least take responsibility and say sorry. I will NEVER go back. I am going to my doctor today to prove to the woman that it is a bad burn and not an allergic reaction to her wax. More money down the drain just to get these people to cool down the wax before they skin someone elses face!! Read Less
