We strive to be the best if not one of the best Nails Salon and Spa here in Flower Mound Texas. When it comes to nails we always offer top products and best services at competitive price. Our staff members are state board licensed-certified and have many years of experience. Helen as taken over the business a couple of years ago (formerly known as Hawaiian Nails) and has brought the place up to date as well as the new NuSkin products. We specialize in Solar Nails, Acrylic Nails, Nexgen dipping power nails, Gell Shellac nails, Manicures and Pedicures. We offer the new Jelly bath for pedicures and we also have kids chairs with built in DVD players. We also do full facials and eyelash extensions and dying as well as full body waxing. Appointment is recommended for better service but we also take walk-ins. Wifi is available. Please come and try us out. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS NAIL SALON. I took my fiancé for his first ever pedicure (Lord, did he need it). Elated that he was open to the idea, we made an appointment and came on in. It looked clean and everything went great until they overflowed his foot spa and splashed water all over my purse and shoes. Yeah... No offer of a discount or anything to aide the situation. Coming home with soggy shoes and a lighter wallet, I am not happy. Avoid at all costs. Customer service sucks here.Oh. Bonus: when I pointed out that my nail was not painted entirely (an entire chunk missing), she told me it was my nail, not them. Yeah, okay.

Nathan does a great job, just like the other reviewers said. They seem to be quiet enough that I've been able to get it pretty last minute, which is the only way I can do it, so I appreciate that:)

I visited here as my monthly pedi appt. and this tome my daughter joined me for gel nails before christmas and we were never even offered a beverage this time. I felt very awkward, when he kept asking...
I visited here as my monthly pedi appt. and this tome my daughter joined me for gel nails before christmas and we were never even offered a beverage this time. I felt very awkward, when he kept asking another client seated next to me. Its not like my first time here that they don't know us.very disappointed with biased customer service.

I made a reservation for my wife earlier this week for Saturday after struggling to communicate with the young lady on the phone she finally confirmed the appointment. My wife shows up for her appoin...
I made a reservation for my wife earlier this week for Saturday after struggling to communicate with the young lady on the phone she finally confirmed the appointment. My wife shows up for her appointment and there is no record of an appointment made for her. The manager/ owner Thomas turns her away because there is no logged appointment and even shows her the book. My wife is now embarrassed and frustrated with both the shop and me calls me to let me know what happened. I call the shop and Thomas tells me he was not at the shop on the day I called... So I ask him how are you going to make this right... He tells me to send my wife back in. So I tell him why did I have to call to get her in why didn't you just take care of it then, No answer... Never again...
