We came to this nail salon after others told us they were full.  There were 4 of us who desperately needed to get mani pedis for a wedding the same day.  Not only did they accommodate our needs, they also got us ALL in and out in an hour.  We just knew we would be here all day.  Very clean, professional and quick service. I made the trip at Diva Nails & Spa last week. Beautiful place!!! The salon was crowded but I wasn't to wait long time. They treated to me extremely warmly. They did an impecable job all time!The tools are sanitized and new. I appreciate a lot. Can't wait to return soon. Read Less

Made an appointment for 3:30 for my mom and I have to have nails and toes done at the same time together.Got here to sit here for 25 min to have no one even start on us. People have walked in for there 4:00 appointments and are leaving. Not very impressed at all and we have been coming here for a while now. Stopped in with my daughter at 11:30a today (Thursday).  The receptionist didn't know the prices... Had to flip through the flyer.  That should have clued me in to say thank you and leave.But, we're new to town and this shop is literally a mile from our new house.   Immediately behind us walks in a grandma and her two little ones.  The girl took us all to the pedi chairs.  My daughter wanted a mani only so they sat her in a chair.  20 minutes is what my very average & kinda sad pedi took.  Zero pleasantries or pampering.  My daughter sat there with nothing.  The two little girls got pedis and the grandma also sat with no notice.  There were maybe 4-5 other customers.  Not cool.I asked when my daughter and I would be getting our manis and the lady just half smiled back.  The grandma and I exchanged withered looks and I knew I was done!So I paid ($30!) for a really ho-hum pedi and a super bummed tween to get nothing.Waste of time. Went for a relaxing manicure, EXTREMELY disappointed. Short wait to be sat down and started, but every 2 minutes Lynn got up to answer the phone or help another guest. Not sure if the receptionist took the day off or if they are too cheap to get one. I had asked for a deluxe, which is supposed to come with a neck and shoulder massage, but she must have just decided she didn't have time for that because I never got one. Left with OK looking nails, not really that impressive. Not to mention I had to file some snags off the edges myself when I got home. Read Less

Great place. Nice atmosphere. I got a pedicure with an extended massage but basically she just rubbed my legs a lot to the point that they felt raw. I don't know which girl it was because she was the only one not wearing a name tag. My mom came with me and had An Le. She did a better job massaging.l. They did wax, hot towels, lavender and hot stones. Nice job, clean place, but I think my girl may have been in a hurry. We came on a Saturday morning around 9:30am. Been here quite a few times. Frequently buy gift certificates for family members. Herded through like cattle through a chute today. About half the normal time was spent on me. Complaint fell on deaf ears. Never again for any of my family on my dime. Back to Highland Village where they want our business. Read Less

I am here now being seen by Sandy, she has about 30 years of experience under her belt and is doing a great Job. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, and was able to be seen immediately. I do not come to these nail salons often be I do when I had a stressful day and in this case a really hard week. But it all seemed worth it when Sandy  begin to work on me. Not happy with my eyebrows at all. I went in to get them waxed and was almost immediately worked on, which was nice. The women that did them, not sure of her name, waxed them too short and too thin. I went up to the counter and expected it to be about $7 or $8 like other nail salons around, but it was $10 without a tip. All I had was a $10 bill so I couldn't tip even if I wanted to. Not good enough quality and wax job for the amount that I paid. Very disappointed, but it's the closest and most convenient nail salon near me. Read Less

I am from addison, but my parents live down the road from Diva nails. I am currently house sitting for them and needed my eyebrows waxed bad!!! The facility is very nice and clean, I was greeted quickly but the (maybe owner) front desk clerk was not very friendly, my only complaint. The lady that did my eyebrows was GREAT!  She listened and did exactly what I wanted! Definitely will be going back! Read Less

I am sad to say that I have gotten a fungal infection from this salon. Kim advised me to let their salon "file" it away each time I come in and that its not a fungal infection. I went to the doctor today who said yes it is definitely a fungal infection. I have only had my pedicures at this salon and worry that they will keep "filing", really?, and spread to all the customers. So sad about this, I really liked this salon before this. Read Less

Excellent service. It was my first time today. Kelly did a wonderful job on my pedicure... Wasn't able to catch the lady who did my solar nails name but she was amazing as well and did it exactly how I described. The organic pedicure is well worth the $60 you get about 3-4 massages with lotions, oils, hot rocks, and scrub. I'll be back for sure!! Read Less
