I’ve been using this salon since they opened about 2 years ago and I’ve become familiar with many of the fantastic ladies who work here and also know me by name. Whenever I visit every 2-3 weeks, they always greet me by my first name and I feel like they’re happy to see me. I love watching them work and sharing stories and photos of manicures I’ve seen online to ask their opinions. These girls are genuinely so talented and I’ve been all over Dallas to find a salon that treats me the way they do. They explain the price very clearly and will tell me how my manicure is done when I ask for something more complex. I love them so much that I even send people to them who come see me at my job! I always get compliments on my manicures, even the 1-color styles! I avoid getting my nails done anywhere else, even if I’m out of town because no one else can do what they can for me. I can think of only 2 other places I trust in the Allen or Plano area, but Pamper Nails is the first place I will always name off. The price has always been fair for the quality and time they dedicate to each guest and they never make me feel like an inconvenience, even when they are packed wall to wall with other guests. We went here to get nails done for my daughter's 16th birthday, I made an appointment a few days ahead of time, we got there right at 9am and they were ready to go, the place was clean and the tools used for trimming were unwrapped (nice and sanitary) people were nice, worked quickly but still did good work. It was my first time here, and the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I was one of the last few customers to come in and they still took me, and did a wonderful job on my nails. I didn't get the lady's name who did my pedicure but she did a great job and Van did an amazing job on my ombré using the dipping powder. I went into this shop after reading the stellar reviews on here. I was thoroughly disappointed by my treatment here. They attempted to nickel and dime me out of $15 extra dollars for shape, tips AND length. The first person who was doing my nails got up in the middle of the service and stopped to tell me someone else would be finishing my service. The new technician came over, introduced herself and then told me $5 more for my nails. I told her I would not be paying anything else. I got through the service, frustrated and ready to get out of there. Everything else went fine until I went home and looked at my toes. The woman didn't even cover my full toenail with the top coat. First time visit and we dropped in. Clean, modern, good chairs. My gal was a bit particular about my leg being straight and my foot at a right angle but gave a great massage. Regular pedicure was $30 and had plenty pampering. (See what I did there). Read Less

I went to get my nails done a little over a month ago with pamper nails, and the reviews don't match up with what I got. I asked to get gel nails at first, but decided that nex gen would be better for getting chrome. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted or how long i wanted my nails. The end product was very bumpy and super thick. I went back the next day, and Van did fix the bumpiness and thickness of my nails and was very accommodating. After taking off my nails I ended up with some nail damage, and wouldn't recommend having anyone else but Van do your nails. Read Less

I wanted to like this place, I really did. Especially with all the 5 stars. It started off good.  I messaged on Facebook for an appointment and got an immediate response. They got me and my 2 girls the first appointments of the day. Off to a great start!  I got a mani/pedi while my girls got nails only. I will say my girls enjoyed their experience. The reasons I did not were because when the lady filed my nails, she did it so rough on the sides of my nail and for so long that it actually hurt.  I did tell her "ouch" after awhile and she apologized. It seemed everyone was in such a hurry. People were leaving due to the wait time. The person that did my pedicure, when she massaged my legs it was not relaxing at all. It was quick and rushed and no care was taken. It was just to hurry and move to the next person.  The other thing I didn't care for and this may have been why the filing hurt so much, is that they only dipped my nails in the Nexgen powder once. This left the nails thin.  The place I was going to in Plano would dip your nail 3 times at a minimum. It left your nails thick and overall looked much better. I will be going back to Plano. Took my daughter here tonight for father/daughter date night.  We both had pedicures.   The place is very clean, and everyone is very nice.  My wife and I get pedicures together from time to time.  It's a great way for us to relax and connect.  Since my daughter is 5 months pregnant she especially loved the pampering, and is a great way for us to hang and talk without all the normal distractions.  I was able to book our appointments the evening before through yelp.   Van was quick to respond.Van did my daughters pedicure and Tram did mine. This was probably my 6th or 7th pedicure, each in a different place around Collin county.   This was by far the best one I've had.  So this will be the place I take my wife next. Read Less

This is my new Go-To Nail place. Not a super huge place, but the customer service is impeccable. The sweet lady that did my pedicure was extremely thorough and would ask from time to time if anything hurt. Let me tell you, I have been through heck and back with some nail places and rarely leave without some sort of blood or cut or uncomfortableness...NOPE! Not here! PURE BLISS! My toes look and feel great!! Like I said, this is way out of the way for me but definitely my new place for any type of pampering/nail work! We came in with Starbucks, but I believe they do have drinks here for you to enjoy, everything is clean and sterile, and they have nice massage chairs. I keep comming back! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is very clean. I normally get van and her work is amazing! She listens to me and always figures out what I want. I constantly get compliments on my nails, often from complete strangers. I get nexgen overlay, i come every three weeks but have had the nails last well over six when I couldn't get in. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. I will say, everyone was very nice. My daughter and granddaughter both got tips with chrome nails. We were basically told they polish was guaranteed for 4 weeks. Both girls nails chipped within 2 days so they had to go back and get them fixed. Someone mentioned pricing. In my opinion, and experience with other nail salons, the prices are very high for what you get. And they don't tell you the prices until you decide what you want. And the guy kept saying that so we didn't know the full price until we were in the chairs and then it was an additional $5 for this or $5 for that. Why not have the prices available so I can decide on what I want. At my regular nail place (I came here because they were open on Sunday and it was last minute) I don't get charged for using more than one NexGen color. They charged me for shaping the girls nails (who does that?), the chrome polish (that's understandable), and the 2 different NexGen powders. $65 for chrome nails with tips is ridiculous and they chipped 48 hours later. If the prices included a paraffin wax for your hands or clipping the cuticles, it might have been acceptable. I won't go back. Nothing extraordinary. Just extremely high prices for average results. Sooo my mom and I have started coming to this place like a month or two ago... we used to frequent Nail Lounge on McDermott. I still like Nail Lounge and the people there but ended trying this little place out because Nail Lounge was booked, as always, and my mom and I needed some last minute mani-pedis. So this place is on the smaller side with only a few staff members, but they are wonnnnderfuuuul!!! It's always the same people working and they are very in tune with their clients. They are a little pricier than Nail Lounge, but worth the extra $10. Also or manis last forever-- they all stay on until we go back for our next visit. I had an AMAZING experience here. I made an appointment for myself, my mother and my sister. However, my mother did not know that my sister was flying in from across the country to surprise her and was meeting us for this appointment. I was able to communicate everything with the salon through Facebook - their response time is very fast even after hours - so that my mother did not hear me make the appointment over the phone. They even helped us with the logistics of keeping my sisters arrival a surprise when it turned out she was going to be late to the appointment (as in, they played along like it was only an appointment for 2 so that my mom wouldn't get suspicious).Their work was also incredible! Absolutely fantastic experience at Pamper Nails today. Friday I messaged them asking for a last minute appointment before flying out for my wedding. Sunday afternoon I was there and in the chair. I learned about gel nail polish for the first time--I had thought I wanted regular polish but they convinced me. So glad they did! Really really beautiful job. The polish feels like it will really last. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I was amazed how well they did on my brows from just looking at one picture of my wedding makeup look. I had had a bad experience getting my brows done when I was much younger, where I lost most of the eyebrows and was really upset. This is not what happened here! I now go out of my way to come here, and it's always worth it. Pamper Nails not only has these AMAZING chrome colors, but the dedication to make sure they last and are the best they can be is wonderful! I've been to see them handful of times now and not only do they not balk at my ideas, they do whatever they can to make sure it looks good.They don't over-dremel your nail, they make sure the shape of each nail is correct and matches the others, I never look like I have fake nails (ya know, that big thick bubbled looking fake nail, never had that problem here!). Jin and Katie (I'm bad with names, but I'm pretty sure I got that right) take pride in their processes and styles which gives them even more confidence in their abilities. They strive to make sure everything looks great!I live in Lewisville and my best friend is in Rockwall and we both refuse to go anywhere other than here! Worth the drive, worth the wait (even though they tend to be very accommodating, with a small wait if we show up unannounced). Very impressed with how responsive and welcoming they are!Katie was my nail tech and I was so glad to have her. Very professional, kind, and thorough. I discovered this nail salon mostly by incident of location - it's close to home. However, my good friend is a regular and drives from Frisco to come here only.I haven't gone anywhere else for over a year and don't plan on it. I've had gel/shellac, Nexgen, regular polish, pedicures & my eyebrows waxed. For starts, their store is always clean and well-kept -- a must. They have the sweetest staff and build relationships with their customers. They know and remember my name every time.They're honest folks, less concerned with making a quick dollar but, instead, value taking care of people. They promote nail HEALTH too, which I think is hard to come by in the industry. They take pride in their quality work and service and very much approach it as an art, not just a way to make a living. Also, I enjoy their start up story - someone working hard every day to live out their big dreams. :) This little place deserves all the business... and I am proud to be their customer.
