Only decided to go here because they are open until 8 on Saturdays. My pedicure looks ok, but the experience was terrible. I went with my mom and we decided to upgrade to the spa pedicures. They immediately started on her service and left my feet in cold water without anyone explaining anything. When the lady was about to start on my nexgen, another customer walks in and she decided to take care of her instead of work on me. They are extremely overpriced for the experience, I paid almost $90 to be even more stressed. I won’t be returning back.

I was at this location this week and will never return. I am Hispanic, but witnessed two African American ladies come in for service and were turned away because they were two busy. Within 15 minutes a Caucasian lady came in, and was welcomed to have a seat and proceed with a pedicure. I don't want to see this!

I've been going to Fairview Nails Spa for 4 years. The owners Jacky & Michelle are so phenomenal. First- the nail salon is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean & staff is beyond friendly. They're constantly wanting to take care of their clients. I get my nails & feet done. The 2 individuals- Tee & Amie are fabulous. I'm very ill- they always ask "How are you feeling", "What can we do to make you feel great"!. They're constantly making me feel like a "Queen"- I leave feeling so refreshed & "special". At times, you don't receive that type of treatment in other places. The actual pedicure & getting my nails done is so relaxing. Fairview Nail Spa has many various types of services. Not only do I get my hands/feet done- I also get my eyebrows/face/legs waxed. I never have any issues afterwards- as well no "pain". Lol- some other places I've gone to -getting waxed- can be extremely painful. I'll never go to any other place. Trust me- I'm extremely picky. Fairview Nail Spa is "Hands Down" the best place to go- you'll NEVER regret it. It's luxurious!!!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. First off the first time I got my nails done here, they broke within 2 days, but I'm a server so I thought maybe I'm just to rough on them so the next time I did try them out, I had no problems the guy was very nice when I told him the problem with my nails and did a really good job, just very aggressive. Well my nail broke that night from me barely pressing on it. So I went in the next day, same guy (Jacky) offered to fix it, I was like cool thank you and he literally rushed the whole thing. My nail was a completely different shape and just looked like he dipped my finger and threw a top coat on. So when I asked him to fix it again he got an attitude with me and than walked to his station like it was an inconvenience to fix what he messed up. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here.

they were completely understaffed today. Instead of telling people who were walking in that it would take over an hour before they could start a pedicure, they had you pick a seat, start the water, and then you sat there for an hour before someone came over to work on your feet. They spent very little time on my daughters pedicure. They moved me out of my chair so quickly, my nails had no time to dry.

Consistent poor quality and service.. my gel nails chips after four days AND the dude used a bit filer and made my nails so paper thin they were bending backwards and ALL eventually tore (not broke.. TORE) off... no more... not worth it.. service hasn't improved after years...

Mrs Amy is wonderful. She is doing amazing job. I'm so picky person the only person could make me satisfied it's her.she has worked on my nails for two years. I Love her job. Strongly recommend her.

Only decided to go here because they are open until 8 on Saturdays. My pedicure looks ok, but the experience was terrible. I went with my mom and we decided to upgrade to the spa pedicures. They immediately started on her service and left my feet in cold water without anyone explaining anything. When the lady was about to start on my nexgen, another customer walks in and she decided to take care of her instead of work on me. They are extremely overpriced for the experience, I paid almost $90 to be even more stressed. I won’t be returning back.

I was at this location this week and will never return. I am Hispanic, but witnessed two African American ladies come in for service and were turned away because they were two busy. Within 15 minutes a Caucasian lady came in, and was welcomed to have a seat and proceed with a pedicure. I don't want to see this!

I've been going to Fairview Nails Spa for 4 years. The owners Jacky & Michelle are so phenomenal. First- the nail salon is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean & staff is beyond friendly. They're constantly wanting to take care of their clients. I get my nails & feet done. The 2 individuals- Tee & Amie are fabulous. I'm very ill- they always ask "How are you feeling", "What can we do to make you feel great"!. They're constantly making me feel like a "Queen"- I leave feeling so refreshed & "special". If i could give this place 0 stars I would. First off the first time I got my nails done here, they broke within 2 days, but I'm a server so I thought maybe I'm just to rough on them so the next time I did try them out, I had no problems the guy was very nice when I told him the problem with my nails and did a really good job, just very aggressive. Well my nail broke that night from me barely pressing on it. So I went in the next day, same guy (Jacky) offered to fix it, I was like cool thank you and he literally rushed the whole thing. My nail was a completely different shape and just looked like he dipped my finger and threw a top coat on. So when I asked him to fix it again he got an attitude with me and than walked to his station like it was an inconvenience to fix what he messed up. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here.

they were completely understaffed today. Instead of telling people who were walking in that it would take over an hour before they could start a pedicure, they had you pick a seat, start the water, and then you sat there for an hour before someone came over to work on your feet. They spent very little time on my daughters pedicure. They moved me out of my chair so quickly, my nails had no time to dry.
