I should have paid attention to the stars but the nail shop I normally go to was closed due to vacation and I was trying to go with convenience since I get my eyebrows done next door but didn’t. Customer service was not good I went for a get toe polish change today and sat and waited from the the front to then waiting in a pedicure chair for 45 mins seeing other people being taken and done with services before me then being told another 15 mins. Other people were offered drinks and with me waiting nothing was offered. I should have been told of the wait when I came through the door but wasn’t I’m guessing due to just trying to get money but I will stick with Angel Nails that is across the street may be not as nice appearance wise next to MS Nails but they do nice work and customer service is way better and great prices as well. What a 6 star rate needed establishment. Went for a pedicure and a lady told me about a MALE MANICURE. I am a plumber, My tired abused hands where rejovenated and brought back to life. All I could say is wow. Ladies BUY your husband or boyfriend's one. YOU WONT WANT TO LET HIS HANDS GO... They might hesitate but once done. They will love you even more. I live over an hour away from this Miss Nails. I started coming to this nail salon just to have some girl time with my mom. At first I really expected it to be just a like other spas that just gets you in and out. Horrible experience. I check in asking for a pedi and mani/full set with a friend. It took a hour and a half to have the pedicure done and my friend had to wait even longer. I let me friend go ahead of me to get her nails done. I asked for the dip colors while I waited and even talked about what I wanted as far as design wise with the guy. He seemed to forget about me letting several people go ahead. I had to remind them that I wanted a full set. When done my nails came out all uneven. I won't be back. Read Less

Asked for coffin shaped nails, told the technician that the nails were too fat but she assured me she would shape it later. After another 30 minutes nails still did not appear to be coffin. When I tried to explain this to the tech she argued me down, was rude, then picked up my card and swiped anyway. I only left because I realized I was dealing with a very ignorant and rude person who refused to listen to the customers opinion of what they wanted. In addition she laughed in my face when I told her I disagree with her. I would never ever ever come to this nail shop again! This was by far the worst experience at a nail shop that I have ever had. Please do not waste your time at this shop. To disrespect your customers over $5 is truly ridiculous! Read Less

Awesome place friendly service and the mood nails are wonderful. I got the basic pedicure the first time and I want to get a better one the next time. The gel nails is usually when I go with medium length rounded. That's already three people from my work that like going here so far so good I'll keep going. Read Less

I love getting my nails and toes done here. They can do anything I ask, coffin matte nails, No Problem! , unusual designs on Pinterest No Problem!, anything! They have the best pedicure prices around, if you want a good job that will last you more than a week, two weeks, three weeks, a month. My pedicure color normally lasts a month and a half or longer if I don't get in again before then! They are always nice, great hospitality, and always accommodating to their clients needs! I love coming here!  I used to live within walking distance,  but now live on the order side of town but still continue to drive there.  The service is consistent,  and I love the spa feel.  (They even serve complimentary drinks such as wine. )By far the best place I've been to in this area.  It's also close to the place I get my hair done,  so it's a win- win for a pamper me day. I love this nail salon! Clean and friendly service! They do get busy but they do tell you how long the wait is but it's worth the wait. You can go to anyone for any service and they all do an amazing job! I've been going to them for years! Came here because it was close to where I live. Everything was great until I started asking about prices. They don't have prices listed. The woman doing my nails said $27 for my nails. I didn't ask how much for my feet but when I was done she told me $70!! Said $35 for my feet and nails. I was asking her for a breakdown and it was very hard to understand her she could barely speak English, but she seemed irritated on her face as I was just trying to figure out why I was being charged so much. After I paid she just took my receipt and walked away not even saying thank you or have a nice day. I had a feeling I was being overcharged but I'm a nice person and I was also in a hurry to pick someone up. I read another post saying they overcharge and that's why they don't have prices listed. Wow makes sense. Well I will never be back so they lost out on a nice paying customer by their deceitful ways. I will be reading Yelp reviews to find my next nail salon and I will never be back to this place again.. This is my go to spot for Acrylic Gel Nails. I only go to Nina, she is very good at what she does. I have been going to this nail shop for over 6 months now and Nina has always done a great job on my nails. I've had all different shapes like almond, coffin and the common square round. Very disappointed! Such a beautiful nail spa but terrible service. Came here because Solar nail spa down the street was fully booked! Came in for a pedicure and a fill, the tech spent literally 15 minutes total on my feet including my polish. I'm not exaggerating, the women sitting next to me even agreed she didn't put any effort what so ever. I still have callus on my feet! Very disappointing when you work hard for your money and you just try to treat yourself to a nice pedicure every once in a while and this happens. Talked to the owner and she was nice enough to give me a $15 gift card to come back but I would of rather put it toward the pedicure cost and never return.  Didn't even let them do my fill, would rather just go somewhere else and put my money to good use. I went here for the 1st time today and I love it! I have not had a pedicure like this in a very long time. The girls here are very professional, the place is very clean and they have a huge nail polish selection.They serve drinks such as water, soda and wine.They also have 2 pedicure stations for little princesses, I'm sure my 6 year old will love this place as much as I did today. Made an appointment for a Friday morning for 2 mani pedis. They started mine on time but didn't start with the person that was with me until 20 min later. Guess they were short staffed. Took me 2 and a half hours to get a mani/pedi but they did a great job. Wouldn't suggest going here if you're in a rush cause they will take their time and pamper you! Read Less
