I honestly and totally do NOT recommend this place!!! I got my nails done (white tips) 4 days ago and they're starting to come off already. She was so rough doing them and it hurt so much. I'm so upset, definately NOT worth $35!!! Never going there again!!!

Well I've read the posts and went here because someone bought me a gift card. Let me tell you o was extremely hesitant. I got Kim. She did my full set and pedi. Pedicure went great, get to the full set. I showed a pic from Instagram with s&s nails. I could tell instantly she was out of her comfort zone. She kept referring to gel but I made it clear what i wanted and chose an easier pic on pinterest. Did I get picture perfect no, did she try even though it wasn't her norm? Yes. Problem is places in small towns quit evolving. They seemed to want to stay with the basic. I will post the pinterest pic and what I got. It wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad for someone who isn't use to what I asked for. The three stars is because we couldn't communicate well due to language barrier and because she coughed several times without covering her mouth.

Terrible service. TERRIBLE. My sister and I went in for pedicures, they got her started and I waited for one of the ladies to be available. An hour and a half had passed & no one acknowledged me. After she was done with her, she took a customer that came in after me and got her started right away. That’s not even the worst part.. while finishing my sister’s pedicure, she walked over to a box of the disposable flip flops (used) and put those on her feet. Which is DISGUSTING. I won’t be coming back ever again. It’s worth the money or the disgusting foot fungus or infection you can get.

The lady named Tina (or her name may have been Lisa) did my nails last week and she did a HORRIBLE job. She put way too much acrylic on my nails and even ended up chemically burning my ring finger under my nail. She got the acrylic on every single cuticle on my fingers, they look terrible now. It was the most painful nail experience I've ever had, every nail she filed was burning from her machine. When she put the color in my nails she also failed at doing that correctly, when she was done my nails looked awful and the other lady there had to correct them, which ended up in my nails being shorter and say worse looking than when I walked in. I regret ever going to this joke of a nail salon. Nothing was cleaned, I'm surprised I didn't get some kind of infection in my fingers. The second lady that did my nails (to try and correct them) hurt nearly every finger on my hands too. She ran her machine over half of my fingers ON MY CUTICLES. My fingers hurt for DAYS after I had my nails done. I hope no one else goes to this pathetic excuse for a nail salon. If I could give no stars to this review I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LIKE I DID!!

The lady named Tina (or her name may have been Lisa) did my nails last week and she did a HORRIBLE job. She put way too much acrylic on my nails and even ended up chemically burning my ring finger under my nail. She got the acrylic on every single cuticle on my fingers, they look terrible now. It was the most painful nail experience I've ever had, every nail she filed was burning from her machine. When she put the color in my nails she also failed at doing that correctly, when she was done my nails looked awful and the other lady there had to correct them, which ended up in my nails being shorter and say worse looking than when I walked in. I regret ever going to this joke of a nail salon. Nothing was cleaned, I'm surprised I didn't get some kind of infection in my fingers. It was a very negative vibe as soon as I walked in.Water was extremely hot for my toes.
Used tissue paper instead of the toe seperators when she did the color change on my toes.
I can't remember her name but I know she's the owner. I wouldn't recommend going to Pro Nails try H Nails or the new one by Walmart they're much better! Also I was over charged for a color change for both my toes and nails... 40 BUCKS! I guess it was a bad day for them today but like I said I wouldn't recommend them.

I went here because the place I normally go in Bastrop was closed. They did not listen to how I wanted my nails shaped and then cut them super short. I got the gel and she did a terrible job. It started to peel and chip after only a few days. Would not recommend to anyone. Already have to get my nails done again after less then a week. Very disappointed. Also they don't sanitize anything.

Well I've read the posts and went here because someone bought me a gift card. Let me tell you o was extremely hesitant. I got Kim. She did my full set and pedi. After she was done with her, she took a customer that came in after me and got her started right away. I can't remember her name but I know she's the owner. I wouldn't recommend going to Pro Nails try H Nails or the new one by Walmart they're much better!
