I sent my wife here because of good reviews I read on Google. All she wanted was nails done. Nothing fancy just solid color and some glitter like medium in length. She made the appointment and I dropped her off. Unfortunately I had to pick her up within minutes because the staff member was unable to do nails like that. My wife explained to me that the place was nice but wish we would have known this when she called so we wouldn't have wasted the trip. The staff member did call us back and I spoke with her and was very apologetic, but told my wife another staff member could help her but would take another hour. But I just wanted to let others know to ask before you go what they can and cannot do. My wife can't say anything else about the about the salon because she didn't get to experience what else they offer. But unfortunately they lost a first time customer. It may not seem like a lot to an employee but to a business that's revenue over time because I assure you my wife would have been a repeat customer. Fortunately she found another nail salon and paid $30 for her nails exactly as she wanted. We would have paid the prices at the salon anyways because we would expect better service for a higher price. I'm sure the salon offers a great experience but just make sure you let them know exactly what you need before you show up. I rated 2 stars because my wife said the salon was very nice and comfortable to be in. No offense to the staff member but maybe management should add to their online menu that only certain staff can do certain nails so to lesson the confusion. Again this is our review of this salon. I went in for a color appointment. I showed them a picture of what I wanted which was really blonde hair with a hint of light silver added. I left there with green/blue/purple hair! Not worth the money or the time I spent there! They messed up last time too when I told them I didn't want yellow blonde that's what they gave me even after I showed them a picture. I like the salon but the main issue is when you make an appointment but you are not the only client with the stylist so you are there several hours waiting to get your hair finished because there are other clients being waited on when you had your appointment scheduled for that time slot 2 months in advance!! A friend recommended Samantha S. to me she made some arrangements and was able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday. The place was clean, immediately greeted, offered water or tea, and staff was very friendly. Both hair and make up lasted over 12 hours well into the night and held up nicely with all the dancing going on. Michelle did a wonderful job with my long hair. She took my unruly, damaged copper mane and cut and styled it wonderfully. I am very pleased with how skillfully she layered my hair and kept as much length as she could while removing the dead ends. I wear my hair up all the time for work, often with gel or other products that can leave unhealthy build up, so she recommended a product that I can use to clarify my hair at home. So far, the product she gave me gently removed the build up in my hair and it brought out the luster and vibrance of my natural red hair---so when I DO get to wear it down it looks healthy and strong. Mercedezis a unique kind hearted stylist whom helps you set realistic hair goals, and does everything to prevent from damaging your hair. Always using some of the best products in the salon. In just two sessions I went from jet black hair to Ashy Grey With no damage to my hair! I was so pleased beyon...d what words can describe! Mariah was helping Mercedez with my loads of hair since we had a lot to cover not to mention it was her day off.
