I'm so glad I waited for a spot to open up @ Z Luxury Nails. It was well worth the wait! Great vibe when I arrived. I love the fact and they are very clean and sanitary. I was appauled!!! If I could give a negative, I would. I paid for a pedicure service for my five year old daughter. The owner didn't provide the flip flops for my child like I was trying to adk her. I was very upset that she made my daughter walk barefoot on the floor. The owner proceeded to raise her voice at me, threaten me that she could refuse service. I can't believe it. All I wanted was for my daughter not to walk barefoot on the floor. She is so angry that she doesn't let me speak and uses faul language in front of my five year old. I will NEVER RETURN. I was very unhappy with their customer service!!! I booked a large spa party with them z luxury. The owner gave me several different prices on the spa party!!! When I attempted to confirm she never answered the phone, when I finally got them she told me she would call me back, but she didn't!!! I called several times and left messages to confirm, (I was told they are busy and sometimes don't answer right away). She made a decision to cancel the party but never told me!!!!...The day before my event I had to ask my friend to call her personally to confirm.., at this time she told my friend she was closing for the weekend. She never told me, never apologize, never made any effort to reconcile!!! Busy or not!!! You should never be to busy to show respect to your clients, one of those 12 guest you left hanging, could have potentially been one of your loyal customers and a few were!!! Today was my first time here and I got a mani-pedi by Kendra and I have to say it was fabulous!! She was very professional and so kinda and thoughtful. The salon is very clean and pretty. She opened up brand new pumice stone for my feet and explained to me the importance of using new ones with every client and she even gave it to me to take home.
