They don’t even deserve 1 star. The establishment is mediocre it is not even close to “spa” like, they have cheap nail polish with a few Opi options, they have terrible service as they are unfriendly and very rude, they seem cheap but up charge for every little thing. The worst service I have ever received. They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Very unfriendly and they do not follow State Board rules. The man who sat on the chair/station 1 clearly has anger issues. I came into town and wanted to treat my self & family to a mani/pedi but the experience was astonishing. I asked for WiFi & one lady mumbled something & pointed at another who was doing acrylics. A customer next to me said, “they do have it but won’t give it.” Alright, no biggie. But when I finally got attended to by this ‘gentleman,’ I said “hello” & asked him his name but he ignored me. At no moment did they place the disposable plastic on the tub (nor disinfect the tub after the service), he never asked what kind of pedicure, nor what kind of polish I preferred, but ‘ok’. When he started doing my pedi he started to get aggressive after I asked him to cut my toenails down a bit, he mumbled ‘no’ & filed them burning two of my toes; as I moved he made a face of annoyance but kept going. Once he started to use the cheese grater I apologized and told him ahead of time that I was ticklish yet he ignored me. Mind you, at no point did he EVER make eye contact; very passive aggressive, & kept pulling my foot, until I said, “it’s ok, you don’t have to use that.” Usually the technicians empathize and try to be more proactive (not aggressive) offering an alternative...so In the end, the pedi was just ‘ok’ the “massage” was just him rubbing lotion and taking it off with a towel. Once we got to the manicure, I advised him that I had residue of gel/shellac from 2 mnths ago and he ignored me & began to drill my nails! I have never been taken gel polish off with a drill. In fact, everywhere else I’ve been to in the state of TX, they have always placed a cotton ball soaked in acetone on top of the gel then pushed off with the metal pusher as to not damage the nail. The ‘nail tech’, however, drilled my entire nails with a rough attachment as if I had gotten acrylics and when I asked if he could avoid using the drill and cut my nails down a bit he got angry and started using a heavy rough nail file (again, used on acrylic nails), to shorten my nails. Clearly he was trying to take short cuts and I finally had enough and told him I wasn’t happy and no longer wanted the manicure. He got up abruptly and wanted to charge me over $40 for the pedicure and the filing/damaging of my fingernails. Until then it was when he had the nerve to look at me in the face to say, “you WILL pay for the manicure whether you wanted it or not !” I told him I would only pay for the pedicure but he did not give me a manicure yet he only damaged my nails by heavily filing as he did, which is why I stopped him & was highly dissatisfied. He got even more angry, raising his voice, & threatening that they had cameras & that I was refusing to pay lol! I said, I am not refusing to pay for the service you did provide (pedicure) but I will not pay for a service I did not receive! *Note, all of this happened while I had my baby in my arms except when my sister held the baby while I was getting my nails drilled off AND my baby was pretty calm. Simply not family friendly and shameless individuals!! In the end, another lady came up to the register and charged me only for the pedi and $3 for the drilling of the nails, “to take off the gel.” Customers BEWARE!!!!!! They are angry, unprofessional, & up charge to damage your nails! The ‘gentleman’ has serious anger issues and should not be working with the public. Went with my sister to get mani-pedi. I liked my nail tech and she did a pretty good job. My sister no so much with her nail tech.  I would recommend finding that one nail tech you like and don't change. Read Less

Cute nails for a great price! I got my nails done with white tips and one glitter nail. They did a really good job because all of my nails were uneven. The end product was very cute and looked very professional. I also got my eyebrows done, and they came out nice. They waxed them and plucked them. My end price for both of these items was 30$! This establishment has really poor customer service overall. The male attendant was very sarcastic during our experience there. The male appeared bothered, frustrated and not too enthused about wanting to work on nails. In my opinion, experiencing a pedi/mani should be relaxing. Getting the pedicure was enough, I opted not to get the manicure afterall. I will never return to this business. Please train your staff to treat people with manners and kindness. Best pedicure ever!! Everywhere I go they always seem to hurt me but not once did I flinch here! Super gentle! They took their time and made sure everything came out perfect. Kept making sure I was doing okay and that nothing was too hot for me. Such great service, everyone was happy and talkative. Definitely making this my go to place! Read Less

Horrible experience this place was absolutely disgusting, they did not sanitize their equipment, there was a streak of poo on the floor that their kids rolled out on a rolling chair (which having their children playing and bothering their patrons was not at all relaxing or professional!). My nails are absolute trash, they are crooked, uneven, and very poorly done. The man who did my nails obviously didn't know how to do arcrylic nails and should have informed me, and not done them, or gotten someone who knew how to do them. The woman who did my mothers nails was rude and did a rushed job because she kept loudly complaining that her appointment would be there soon. She was actually supposed to do my nails originally but refused by loudly complaining in her native language until the guy had my mother and I switch. That woman even made us remove our own nail polish! My mom got a gel manicure and today is the 2nd day and they have already chipped! The only redeeming thing about this place is that Peter, the guy who greeted us (and ended up doing my nails) was extremely friendly. To sum up, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A SANITARY NAIL SALON!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO SIT IN THE CHAIRS! The cashier was sneezing all over everything! Their nail files weren't new! The cuticle cutters were full of someone else's cuticles, the woman used a dirty towel on my mothers hands! The only reason we stayed was because it was late and my mom had a job interview the next morning, and it was right next to Diva's where she had gotten her hair done. Niki Nail Spa is the only place I go to for my manicures and pedicures. They have always been very professional and I never have to wait long before getting my fabulous pedicure. They never rush and they take their time to leave every customer satisfied. They will even set aside your own tools when you are one of their regulars like I am. I love this place. Don't let the competitor's phony posts fool you. This is an honest, hard-working family that has earned my business and that of many of my friends. Go in and try for yourself. I was iffy about trying a new place especially after limited reviews and one bad review. But it was really close to home. Upon walking in I was welcomed and was able to sit down quickly to have my manicure done. I got a water upon sitting down without even having to ask. The guy who did mine (older gentleman) was very gentle, very fast, and did a great job! I was also surprised that the price was over $10 cheaper than the place I am a regular at AND upon checkout, I got a free lotion and a rewards card that's easier to get discounts with than the place I used to go to.
