I love going there, the ladies and gentlemen who work there are very polite, kind, thoughtful and very respectful of what you want and are willing to accommodate in anyway they can. Linda is the best nail technician I've ever worked with. She is friendly and easy to talk to and remembers things about my family and I from one appointment to the next. I work with my hands and where previously I'd have nails pop off at work, Linda's gel applications hold perfectly. She inspects each nail multiple times throughout the service to make sure the shape is perfect, the polish covers the entire nail, and the lengths are even. I've never had a NT be as meticulous or take as much pride in their work as she does. The facility itself is clean, well decorated, and relaxing and the prices are more than fair. Linda squeezes me in on short notice because my schedule with work is constantly changing. I couldn't be happier and I will continue to be a customer at Zen's for as long as she is there! Read Less

I have had a few pedis here with no problem. I made an appt for two gel manis (for me & my mom) for 5:30 today. We arrived & were told we couldn't be seen at the same time as planned. The manis were super rushed & the job was sloppy. I had my polish changed on my toes to match with a design & showed a picture. My tech said she could do that design. Not only does it not look like the picture but it looks totally different from one toe to the next. Their closing time is 7pm & I felt rushed out at 6:20 with all the techs packing up with their bags ready to go. Very disappointed. Definitely will not be backRead Less

I love this place! I drive 30 mins to get there and I have been coming for about 2 years now. I have yet to leave unhappy with my services. My nail girl has always taken her time with me nails and im always greeted with a friendly staff. I've been a customer of Zen's Nails & Spa for years! I travel an hour just to have my nails done by the best, Lan every month!!! She is the most talented nail person you will ever find. The shop manager Linda always makes sure the shop is running with the most friendly and diligent workers. The shop is clean and the workers are beyond friendly and talented! Moved to the area and looking for a good nail and spa. My experience was not pleasant, the cashier had to yell out several times that I was here for my mani and pedi appointment. Another woman Who was on her computer was very rude and not friendly at all. They were not busy at all and while I was getting my pedi another woman was doing my mani, which is fine, but not only were they rushing but they did a terrible job. It's suppose to be a spa like setting and it was not relaxing one bit. Not only did they speak Vietnamese and chatted the entire time, they didn't realize I was Vietnamese myself and understood everything they were saying. Not happy that they think I didn't have a clue as to what they were saying. Tools didn't seems to be sterile it was all in a basket. Over all I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. Read Less

I never switch nail salons but the girl I usually go to was booked, and I have heard good reviews about this place so I tried them. I paid 43$ for a full set of gel which is typically much faster and stronger than acrylic.It had already taken an hour so I didn't even get a color! Hadn't even been 24 hours and one of the nails broke off! Went back the next day and had what seemed like the newest employee fix that one nail and that alone took 30 minutes. The next day left for vacation for 5 days and 4 more nails had broken off. Mind you I did nothing but relax on vacation. I was very upset especially after paying 43$ plus tip. I have never had my nails pop off, usually my nails last me 3 weeks! On a positive note the people were nice but unfortunately I will not be going back! Read Less
