I've been to them multiple times, even though are far from my house, they have wonderful staff very nice and clean. I like that they offer other services such as things for lashes and eyebrows. I don't like that they don't do certain services for customers who prefer dipping powder over acrylic. I personally went there for a service and was kinda disappointed because I was told through their IG account that I would be able to get that service if I wanted it. So I was disappointed to have to settle for a color when I really wanted something else. But that is my grip. I always get compliments on my nails when I leave the shop and even when the nails are 3 weeks old. Updated 4/2/18 - Based on my previous experience I came in for a full mani/pedi. I have to say I am incredibly impressed with this nail salon. They take a lot of care and effort to keep the place clean and sanitary. An example of this is the fact that they use disposable liners for the foot tubs. I have NEVER been to a nail salon that does this. Another example of their attention to detail is the quality nail polishes they use on clients. Everything is on display and all tools used are sanitized. I also really love the fact that Luxury nails offers vegan nail polish. I would have given this place 3 stars if it wasn't for the incident that happened during check out. First time getting a service done here. Wanted to find something close to home instead of going down to Sunland like I usually do. I asked for dip powder manicure which is listed at $40 on the menu. This is only my second time getting powder and debated about getting gel, which I've been getting for over 10yrs. When I asked the male nail tech the difference between the two he said: it's the same thing-THIS IS THE FIRST RED FLAG. This place advertises themselves as a nail spa and having knowledge of nail care but I had to tell my nail tech TWICE to stop drilling off my already previously thinly drilled nails. I had to pull away so he would stop. SECOND RED FLAG. The nail tech working next to mine is a 19 year old girl, very nice and clearly artistic by the way she spoke to the client and how she provided her service, but this girl had no idea about the effects of UV light on the skin during a gel service. All she knew was what she's been scripted to say about the lotioned gloves they place on you during a gel treatment. THIRD RED FLAG. After over 1.5hrs to get a dip powder mani(this doesn't not include wait time) I didn't even get a hand massage. I didn't say anything because I honestly just wanted to carry on with my day. But then I get to the register and get charged $50! I asked my nail tech why the change in price and the initial guy who told me gel and powder are the same got up from doing a clients nails and yelled that a manicure is not part of the price. According to him Manicure is $17 and powder is $40 and they are separate services. If that's the case your pricing STILL doesn't make sense. I am from NYC, and have lived in three other cities around the country before coming to EP and this is the first time in my life that a manicure is not part of the service and comes with an additional cost. So I made sure they knew they are thieves. This man charged at me and got in my face demanding that I never call them thieves. He continued to yell in my face and I had to ask him three times to lower his voice. Looking back at the incident I realize how sexist this man is. He yelled at me like I was his wife speaking out of turn. I had to tell him that I am entitled to my opinion and he can't keep a client from expressing themselves. He continued to yell, at which point I advised him to stop because he was going to cost this coworker a tip. He threatened to call the cops on me and pointed to the camera, for what? I'm not sure. This man obviously doesn't take well to criticism or women speaking their mind. When he insisted about calling the cops after I paid for my service and I'm waiting for my receipt (obviously a way to get me out of his establishment) I identified myself as law enforcement and asked him to call police. His demeanor changed which shows that he had no grounds for calling police since he was the one who charged at me, waving his hand in my face and yelling in my face like we were at a bar. In summary, this place is trash. Their service is very average, you can see in my pics; nails are not clean around the cuticles. Their prices are misleading and their workers are uneducated and extremely unprofessional. They pride themselves in using all disposable products that come from Japan...but this doesn't make up for the lack of training and customer service. Nail salons at malls have done better work. Ladies if your looking for a nail salon, look no further. I just moved here in January and had tried three other nail salons before this one. And the other ones were not good at all, so I decided to give this one a shot, because of the reviews on here. This is probably the best nail shops in El Paso and I have been to quite a few. I have gotten my nails done there a few times now and every single times it is 100% quality. John is by far my favorite technician. Today I went in because a couple of my nails were lifting which has never happened so I went in and John did a completely new set for me with no questions asked, he just fixed them and sent me on my way! Anyway this is the place to go it is clean the technicians are polite, friendly and all around a wonderful place to relax and get your nails done! I recommend this nail shop 100%!!!! This newly established nail salon is phenomenal!!! I made an appointment for a Dip manicure and John was great. He took his time making sure the shape of my nails were correct. And he also explained every step he was making before he did anything. They care about the client, and it shows in their work and friendliness. So it's definitely the best nail salon in El Paso. Extremely clean, a little bit more than other salons but definitely worth it. My friend and I tried this place for our monthly pedicure to see for ourselves what all the hype was about since it has the best Yelp reviews.  We were accommodated with same day appointments which was nice and promptly offered a beverage of our choice upon arrival. The whole atmosphere is clean and modern. The pedicure technicians were friendly and engaging. Everything went well and lived up to the hype. I'm only deducting one star because their prices are higher than the competition. The basic pedicure is $30 and a set of gel nails will run you $50. They don't offer any specials or packages. Everything you want a nail place to be clean  very modern and friendly. Fresh towels and plastic liners. They tried to converse  with you not each other.Made an appointment same day for friend and IMany options on a pedicure the basic was sufficient and relaxing. Called for a last minute appointment on Christmas Eve. And got it! Arrived 15 min late, no problem. They still took the time to call me to make sure I was ok and still keeping the appointment. Asked for a full set and pedi.John was the technician for pedi, he was attentive, welcoming, and helped me relax from all the holiday hustle and bustle. While the water was filling in the tank, he offered me a variety of drinks, from water, tea, to wines, champagne, mimosas, and many other deliciousness. I got Merlot. He started the massage chair. Instant bliss. He was thorough with his work, explaining each pedicure style and pricing, which products were used, what the establishment mission is, and he truly kept it. He removed 2 ingrown nails I didn't know I had. Helped with some dry patches on my leg and massaged the bottom of my feet reflexology style. Informing me of his findings by the knots he felt in my feet.  Telling you, he was thorough and impressive.Before finishing up, he kindly poured me a second glass. While he was working on me, Brian started my full nails. He assessed each finger and nail bed. Recommended upgrading to Sculptured Nail set instead of regular tip attached style full set. Only $15 more than full set. He fully explained the difference between the two and why it's better to sculpt. And yes, it was worth it. Brian took his time, paid full attention to the nails, and sculpted them just how I asked. Another customer came in asking for his services. He never rushed his work on me. I am so impressed. Out of every nail place that I've tried in El Paso this place killed the stiletto shape! I feel like I could claw a bitch's throat out if I needed to bc that's how sharp and on point they are! The customer service was also super great! They were super friendly and helpful. They offered me drinks and help with the color of my nails. The only little issue I had was they didn't let me know that the soak was $10 so I ran a little short on payment.  I totally recommend this treatment though! After a friend suggested this salon I brought my grandma for a manicure for her and a fill for myself. My stylist was Brian and my grandma had Megan. They were both AMAZING. They both paid complete attention to detail and explained the products they offer and made sure we liked the way our nails looked as they went along. I am obsessed with this place. They are polite and friendly and SOOOOO CLEAN; almost everything is disposable to avoid cross contamination. They have a special kind of shellac from Europe and it's so much better than anything I've used. Their color selection for dip and shellac is top notch. The cleanest nails spa that I've been to. I was visiting El Paso and decided to try out this new place on my way to Whole food. It looks really modern and green. The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. They really know what they're doing. They offer a lot of designs and up-to-date nails trend. Their products are earth friendly as well. Definitely beat all the salons in Texas in term of cleanliness, skills and customer service. One more thing, check out their bathroom. They have one of those robotic/automatic toilets.
