I asked for my first appt last minute and they accommodated me and gave me an appt for the same day. Which was very nice bc I am working and going out of the country. I went with just a half set but knew I wanted my lashes fuller and so I immediately made an appt for 4pm. I confirmed with Jessica 2 times because she kept saying 2 pm and I would reiterate 4pm correct? Well... when I get my confirmation text it says 2 pm. So I give them a call and the gal (Susie?) was very nice and said she would talk to Jessica and give me a call back. Jessica told her that she knew that we had decided on 2 pm and that I was incorrect. Ridiculous. I said 4 multiple times and to be told I was mistaken was frustrating... shouldn't they have owned up to the mistake? That I would have understood. I won't be going there again and am disappointed that Jessica's mistake was blamed on me.

I was super excited about getting my first lash lift and tint, but when I arrived on the scheduled date and time my appointment time had been canceled through no fault of my own . I had waited almost a month to get in to have my lashes done and I only have Saturdays available for appointments, so I was a tad upset that I might not be able to get the service done. Jessica was able to fit me in, albeit in the less comfortable sitting position since the resting tables were occu...pied. The appointment cancellation and less comfortable seating during the service are my main reason for the lower rating, I do believe the service would have been top notch if my appointment had actually remained in my name. At the end of the day my lashes do look amazing and I appreciate being taken care of on that particular day and time since rescheduling wouldn't have made me happy at all. See More

Well, my initial appointment was good. $89 was pretty steep for 40-50 lashes per eye in comparison to many venues here in El Paso, but the effect was pretty, even and lasted 2 weeks. I went in today for fills, and a girl in training (apprentice) took care of me. It took her 4 hours to do ONE eye and my eyelashes ended up glued together. I literally could not open my eye. The manager Jessica ended up having to fix it, comb through the glue, and try and even it out. She ...rushed to finish my other eye because she had another appointment. My glue wasn't even dry...and kept sticking together when I left. My lashes are obviously different, look okay at best after Jessica rushingly attempting to fix my lashes. The worst part is they didn't offer anything, and charged me $90 for fills even though the apprentice/trainee did the job ( and ripped a few of my bottom lashes off in the process). The staff was very rude to me when I was apprehensive and said I would call if I wanted to book another appointment. To top it off it took 5 hours for fills. Completely unprofessional... I called and attempted to see if I could work the issue out, but the owner stated " time and supplies were spent", she was rude and I quote " that's a risk you're taking letting an apprentice do your fills"- really? I lost nearly 6 hours of my own time and a few lashes that may not grow back. Not good business practice, if you make a mistake, make it right! She does the single installments and she offers three different hair qualities to fit your liking.True lash extensions can be pricey so first timers don't be surprised. I've been getting lashes (all types) for years. These are by far my favorite. After the application I can't feel the lashes on my face. They are the lightest lashes I've worn to date. They truly have a natural feel to them.The owner takes pride in her work and will do a consultation with you prior to booking an appointment, so call ahead.

The place is clean and has a calm to it. And the service is top notch. Jessica will touch up your eyebrows and redo the tint if necessary. She leaves your brows just right. My tint lasted two weeks solid and now is barely beginning to fade. After having been through BAD eyebrow shaping experiences, this shaping and tint session has restored my faith in my brows and the brow process.

I got my lashes done here on a trip passing through El Paso. The owner Jessica explained in detail all the types of lashes and style options. I got a natural looking set of individual lashes with no pain or irritation in about 90 minutes. The prices were reasonable and my lashes look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place.

I asked for my first appt last minute and they accommodated me and gave me an appt for the same day. Which was very nice bc I am working and going out of the country. I went with just a half set but knew I wanted my lashes fuller and so I immediately made an appt for 4pm. I went in today for fills, and a girl in training (apprentice) took care of me. It took her 4 hours to do ONE eye and my eyelashes ended up glued together. I literally could not open my eye. My tint lasted two weeks solid and now is barely beginning to fade. After having been through BAD eyebrow shaping experiences, this shaping and tint session has restored my faith in my brows and the brow process.

I got a natural looking set of individual lashes with no pain or irritation in about 90 minutes. The prices were reasonable and my lashes look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place.
