Sam did my nails and a young lady (still in high school) did my pedicure. Pedicure was first, she was kind and did every step in pedicure procedure, I didn't feel rushed. Waited a few minutes to get my nails done, sat down with Sam and told him I had a picture to show of how I wanted my nails, he said okay and got to work. My phone died right after I showed him the picture and when I said it out loud, he gave me a charging cable to charge my phone. It was so sweet. Anyway, he did my nails exactly like the picture. He kept asking if I liked them. He made sure every nail was straight. He said if I had any problems, I could come back and he would fix it. Truly a great experience. I will be coming back for sure. So I just recently went there on Friday and I was so disappointed... I went there one time a couple of months ago and they did an amazing job! I loved my nails and the vibe was very peaceful. This recent time I went I waited for two and half hours before someone did my nails, once Nancy started them, she passed me over to someone else to finish my nails. So instead of taking care of me she decided she would help someone who has been there for 20 minutes over someone who was there for two and a half hours ! She was rushing and I understand that they were closed by the time my nails were even beginning to be started but that’s not my fault when I was there way earlier. So I didn’t really mind I just wanted to get my nails done and leave. So the lady who painted my nails was really friendly. Two days later my gel started to peel and my nails looked like I didn’t even get them done two days prior. I probably will never come here again. Read Less

Nancy Didn't do such a great job for an overlay, left nails super sharp, and didn't clean off cuticles. Was rude to the employee that did my toes, trowing things around, I took my mom with me and her nails looked like they had been painted by a little kid, when I asked Nancy to fix them she was rude to my mom about it and didn't do much in fixing them. Very disappointed. I think ppl do the good reviews because she offers u a discount for reviewing online, but nothing is worth the poor job done. Read Less

Be careful! Definitely make sure you know the prices. Their "menu" its tricky and very confusing. I went for a gel mani/ pedi the day before our week long vacation. When you glance and the menu it appears they offer and mani/pedi combo, when in reality it's the pricing for each service listed together. Also to get a gel pedi they charge an extra $5(?). Which I believe is outrageous, but I won't get gel again. My mani barely lasted the week and started to peel back from the cuticles, which was very disappointing considering the amount I paid. The gal that did my pedi did an amazing job though! I do love that they have my favorite brand dnd as well. Next time I would ask for total price before allowing them to start anything. I'd also only go back for a Pedi though, because my gel mani barely lasted a week. Read Less

Overall good nail salon. The wait is never absurdly long, although I recommend calling ahead for peak times like Friday afternoon and Saturday. My nails are always done professionally and you don't get the hard sales pitch to buy whatever is more expensive (I get simple gel nails and pedicures). Like my fellow Yelper Yolanda B, I also returned from a nine month deployment and was in dire need of TLC for the hands and feet.  Nine months of roaming the sand in combat boots and extremely dry weather created the perfect recipe for dry skin.  Our friend recommended we try Heaven Nails & Spa to remove those nine months of torture on our feet. Ms.Helen dubbed by me (aka Ms. Heavenly hands) listed the numerous options we could use to pamper ourselves. I requested the Lavender spa treatment ($50) I believe and leaned back in my massage chair for service.  Helen was amazing and the water temperature was exactly what I needed after nine long months. Her hands were soft and she began to work those feet and begin the transformation. The spa treatment included hot massage stones, a paraffin dip and a gel packet that turned the water into a Lavender infused gelatinous liquid.  As I wiggled my toes in the now jelly-like substance, my senses became alert as the lavender smell reached my nose.  Once she started massaging my feet I believe I passed out because when I opened my eyes again she was already applying my nail color.  My friend asked me how I liked my hot stone massage and I said, " I think I slept through the entire process". (The girl is Goooooddddd)  All in all Helen gets 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot give the same rating on my manicure.After Helen's pedicure, I decided to opt for the Gel manicure and thought the gentleman applying my gel was rushed and a bit sloppy.  There seemed to be a slight line and I hate that I suffered as the care I received from Helen was not provided with him.  He completed the manicure and Yolanda B and I sat up front  waiting for our friend while a vendor supplied sweet drinks to other customers.  While pleased at the moment, I must say the $90 tab was a bit much and that did not include the tip.  The salon's floor was not clean and I also agree with Yolanda.. it definitely took away from the décor.  I am glad I waited to post my review because within 3 days my gel nails were already lifting (pics posted).  If I was still in the El Paso area I would have definitely gone back to get them fixed.  The sloppy manicure combined with the uncleanliness moved this rating to a 3 but I repeat Helen received a "5".I recommend Helen without a Doubt. Definitely needed a pedi/mani and I decided on Heaven Nails and Spa after reading all the great reviews. I called in first to see how long the wait was, and the friendly lady on the phone told me there was no wait to come on in. I arrived at 4pm and she already knew I was the one who called. She told me to sit for a bit while she finished up on the customer she was working on. I wait maybe three minutes or so and she calls me over. She did a great job on my gel manicure which took about 25 minutes. I then proceed to the pedicure chair and sit and wait. And wait. And wait. I waited about 20 minutes until finally I got my pedi started. I got the "regular" pedicure which is the basic one for $26. The employee doing my pedi was also friendly and everyone on the pedi chairs were offered mini water bottles by a different employee. It was 6pm by the time I was done. The place was very clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The decor is cute. I paid $30 for my gel mani which I though was overpriced since back home i pay $18 for the same thing. Took too long for pedicure and fills I was there for over two hours to leave not satisfied with my nails! My nails look sloppy like a child painted them! After a none month deployment, this was the perfect place to come to clean up the mess that had become my nails. I requested the lavender pedicure treatment and it was absolutely fabulous. It's a gel substance that they massage your feet with and it feels amazing. It's a bit pricey but certainly worth it. The treatment comes with a lavender massage, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and more... All while you are reclined almost 90 degrees. Helen was the best! She did my manicure and it looks fantastic! She also helped with my pedicure. I actually took a pretty serious nap while in the chair. It was that relaxing! I'd highly recommend this spa! The only con was that the floor needs to be cleaned. Iv been to a few nails salons that fell below expectation I e en paid good money for my nails in vegas and they didn't come out that great but this place Was fast and good and did mine and my friends nails in a good amount of time and we had 2 babies under 2 with us and they helped acquaint us. I was early for my appointment and they gave me a cup of tea and got me soaking early. Super nice, very professional, obviously cared about me as a customer, communicated clearly and easily at all times, very decent price and didn't try to up sell. Cute decor. They got my dry cracked and peeling feet with a corn and ingrown toe nail back up and running! ;) Would definitely recommend and come back. Come in and check it out! Read Less

The Nail Spa is a fun relaxing place to go. Kristy, Luann, Jamie and the rest of the girls are awesome. When you are there, even if busy, you feel special because they make you feel that way. I am just sorry I am leaving the area. I will never find a place like the Nail Spa. Try it out. You will not be dissapointed. Read Less
