Terrible customer service. I had booked a manicure appointment which they changed the time on me twice. When I arrived for my appointment, they could not take me because they were too busy. I could hear the nail tech from where I was standing how she didn't want to be bothered, very rude. Bella Nail Salon & Spa contacted me to make things right. I stopped in today while my wife was getting her hair done across the street. I knew it was a long shot to get a walk in service so close to the holidays, but I took a shot. Glad I did! Lani (hope I spelled that right!) Told me to come back in 45 minutes. When I did, she took the things to ask what I wanted (full set, color.) She made a better suggestion and explained the benefits. She also made a color/ polish type suggestion, and I decided tho trust her expertise. Again, so glad I did! I originally choose a matte purple standard polish, but she chose a high gloss sparkle red gel. It's perfect. She took her time and was very friendly. Being new to a city it can sometimes be a challenge to find all your go to places for hair, nails, etc.  Thank goodness for Yelp to point me in the right direction!  I decided the try Bella nail salon based on the reviews and the prompt responses I received when requesting a same day appointment. The owner was even able to accommodate my last minute request to add a friend to my appointment. The salon is smaller with only two pedicure chairs, but my friend and I appreciated having the whole place to ourselves. It was apparent they take sanitization seriously which is crucial in this business. They use new tools for each client and even offer to allow you to keep the file afterwards if you would like. This is the only place I will ever go in El Paso to get my nails done! I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite and professional. They also went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They asked what we wanted to watch on television and gave me the remote to control it, and we got out choice of wine (red or Chardonnay), and water. The cost for services was very reasonable. I received a mani and pedi using shellac for both and it cost $60. (They were running a $10 off special for pedicures.) The best part of the service was that they were very sanitary. That is the primary reason why myself and my friend chose to go there. They opened new containers for the foot spa for each customer. You can even see the plastic that had been peeled off to show that it was new. Also, when they sand your nails they put new files on the device before filing your feet. Best...experience...ever! I really like this place. They use disposable tubs for the pedicures, which is one of the many ways they try to be extra-sanitary. Plus, the employees are always nice and helpful. The gel manicures have held up well, too. If you live in the area, it's definitely worth checking out. Read Less

Relatively new place. Went on a whim as me and my wife passed by and was not disappointed.  The girls there are super friendly. The service was phenomenal.  A very beautiful place with a very calm and relaxing environment.  I would definitely recommend to anyone.  We will be coming back. Read Less

The only place I go for my mani and pedis's. My nails look amazing, the salon is a relaxing retreat and the staff treats you like an old friend every time you walk in the door. By far my favorite nail spa I have ever been too!!! Read Less
