My nails at #1 Nails came out a little wide towards the tip, appearing thick, but I like the design and the gentleness of taking the old set off was completely painless. From day one she’s listened to how I want my nails and every time I return she has something better and better! Got nude/marble nails with gems and I’m in love! I picked a shade at first and I asked if she had any other colors that would be better and of course she did. She tried two different ways for the marble polish which I liked bc she gave me more than one style to choose from. Hands down the best place to get your nails done. I get my nails done here and they honestly always look amazing. They do a very good job on pedicures too. The best part is they last a long time and my nails aren't lifting right away. Read Less

Worst place. I will never return. Visited more than once due to the location and easy access however, every time was an epic fail. I prefer to not leave reviews however this has to be one of the worst places in El Paso. I asked for the cost of a pedicure up front and they added an extra fee for using two colors. Super rough on feet and pulled skin off both times i visited. They did not advise on up charge till my card had been swiped and charged. I do not recommend this place. Read Less

The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because my nail tech was nice and I feel bad leaving less cause she seemed to take her time and very sweet. I'm not pleased with my nails unfortunately. I wanted to like it. I'm not from the area so I rely on reviews and this had great ones. I guess I didn't get the right nail tech. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Where I'm from they generally have the matching gel and regular polishes but maybe that's not standard. My toes and fing...ers do not match but that's not the lady's fault. I like both of the colors, they just don't match at all. Unfortunately I am not satisfied for what I paid $50 for. The gel polish is just not that great, it's not the worst I just expected but from the reviews. My toes aren't horrible either. I'm currently on a work assignment here in town so as someone who has been going to the same nail salon back home for over 10 years I guess you could say I'm a little picky when it comes to whom I let touch my hands... that being said if I could give 10 stars I totally would! From the time I walked in it felt like a home away from home everyone was super nice and super happy and generally look like they enjoy their jobs. This place was totally awesome and did amazing work! Now as for my nail tech this guy was so amazing and I will totally only go to him as long as I'm here. The care and detail he puts into your nails is just awesome. I get the coffin shape so he literally sat there and measured to make sure that each nail was the exact same width,angle and length. I barely went yesterday and already I have gotten so many compliments! They have definitely earned a loyal customer and I look forward to going for future services😊 Read Less

I love this place Cindy is my nail tech she is awesome she is the only one that never hurts my fingers or make them bleed. Been coming here for 4 years off and on due to moving but I'm back and I'm back love her love this place the atmosphere is great all employees are awesome treat everyone great.
