Love! I'm so happy auburn has a good nail salon finally! They're extra clean, have plastic liners for the pedicure tub that they switch out with every client, and they put all tools in sanitation after use unlike other salons I've been to. I went in for a few chipped nails that had chipped three days after my manicure and they not only fixed them all no questions asked, but added extra coats to all of my other nails. I will recommend them to everyone.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and they were just two thick straight lines. When I expressed that they had no shape, the man replied "you did not ask for shape." So I said yes I would like some shape ...
Went to get my eyebrows waxed and they were just two thick straight lines. When I expressed that they had no shape, the man replied "you did not ask for shape." So I said yes I would like some shape they're just straight. He offered to fix them and I said no it was ok because I was scared he was going to make them very thin. He assured me he wouldn't make them thin and they'd just have some shape. I let him "fix" them and they are now super thin! I was so upset I began to cry and instead of apologizing he began to yell at me and tell me about his 20 years of experience and how I was in the wrong. I'm a paying customer. He told me not to go back there which obviously I would never after such horrible service. He wasn't apologetic, nobody was but they were quick to accept my money. I'm not saying everything about this place is bad, but just be prepared if you don't like your services they won't care and will just yell at you.

I just tried miracle nails for the first time today and got the Spa Pedicure with the paraffin wax and massage. How amazing!!! Stella did a great job and being a cosmetologist I was very impressed by how clean and sanitary this place is and how friendly the staff are.

Finally that empty space looks great again.I saw this place somewhere posted on FB & thought I would check it out . once I saw a pic of a massage chair I was already interested. I arrived tonight hoping for a quick 20 min massage 😀Looking like they were all ready to close up for the night they accommodated me anyway. I had a 20 min chair massage and it was the best back massage to date & Ive had many & in different states too. You have to be able to handle some deep pressure to truly appreciate this massage. The atmosphere was perfect because I had the whole place to myself with relaxing spa music being played. The timer went off and I didn't want it to end but it was definitely closing time . This was an amazing massage and I can't wait to go again . Well worth it ! Thanks Steve!!

Hands down my favorite nail salon in all of Auburn/surrounding area. The place itself is bright and airy, everything's brand new and beautiful looking too. Where they don't do acrylic (only gel) it doesn't smell chemically strong like most nail salons. I've been going there since they opened and have always left happy.

I brought my out of town guest in and we both had the basic $25 pedicure. I paid an additional $5 for white tips which is standard. This was one of the best basic pedicures I've ever had. I still got a sugar scrub and massage on my legs while sitting in the brand new, wonderful massage chair. Then while I was sitting to let my polish dry, I got a quick minute massage of my shoulders. Three weeks later, my toes still look great. This will be my regular for when I treat myself.

The salon is big and clean. The chairs are all very nice. My friend and I were walk-in pedicures. There was no wait, which was nice. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it was the SHORTEST pedicure I've ever had. We just as soon say down and my friend was already getting polish. It was less than 15 minutes. I would have been the quick too, but the guy doing my pedi cut my big toenail about halfway down and had to have another guy cone over and repair it. Luckily I don't have much feeling in my toes, so it didn't hurt. All in all I wasn't very impressed. Definitely not for $25 ($30 with tip). Will not be returning.

I was a devoted customer to my precious nail salon for 10 years, until I went to your spa today and had a full set manicure. Your service was excellent, Jessica treated me with nothing but respect and kindness and she spent two hours making sure that my nails were absolutely perfect, then followed by a back massage?! You will have my business and loyalty from this point forward. Thank you so much! I have been bragging about your spa to my friends all day, I strongly recommend that everyone who loves to be pampered give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

I liked this place until i noticed every customer gets a different price. The first time i went i got prices on refill and full set. Refill is 15 and 30 for full set. The time i went to get full set the guy asked me what price she had given me, so i told him 30. He then asked her (in another language) and she then said 35. I was surprised because she had given me a different amount so i figured tip was included. After i was paying the guy charging was pushing me to give a tip. I wasnt satisfied with the sloppy job because she was rushing and left glue under several nails. So 1) u keep your word and 2) tips are earned and 3). Do not push the customer to tip when the tech doesnt deserve it. Not going to this nail place again.

I have been here a few times since I moved to the Valley, but think I need to find a different place now. Took granddaughter with me while she was here from Japan in August 2016 and we both got pedicures and I got eyebrow wax. Pedicure was very rushed although there were at least 6 employees but only one other client. Still had cuticle on ties (picture is from day after pedicure). The nice girl doing my granddaughters toes had to remove and re-polish twice but her polish held up for about 3 days. Eyebrow wax was okay but he was rushed to get back to card game they were playing. Other visits were better so I gave a 3, but quality seems to be declining since I moved here in January.

Got shellac nails with a nice lady that came out just fine. The pedicure the man, who never said his name, cut both of my big toes. I have never been cut before at a nail salon. He wasn't wearing gloves and his hands appeared dirty. He put alcohol on the cuts and had to wait until toes stopped bleeding to paint. Seemed like he rushed the paint job after that. My little toe had rubbed the other since I was moved immediately after painting but didn't notice until later but decided not to say anything since I didn't want him to keep touching my feet.

I stopped at this nail salon due to it's good reviews but sadly I cannot say I had the same experience. I had a gel French manicure done. I asked for the white to be wider so it would not grow out immediately and was told "it was good." As suspected within 2 days you could see my natural nail line. The tech also badly cut my finger and wiped the blood with his bare hands. For some reason the white tip on some of the nails had dimples similar to golf balls. It was not smooth. Will not be returning to this nail salon!

I love this place! My whole family, friends, and co-workers are a big fan of this family own business. Sometime, the wait for pedicure is kinda long but the wait is totally worth it! BELIEVE me, they do an awesome job. I have been to many nail salons before but they all rushed and get me out in 15mins. except for this one. Surprisingly but their English are a lot better than other nail tech here in the valley as well. We will never leave this place. They are like heaven on earth!

Love! I'm so happy auburn has a good nail salon finally! They're extra clean, have plastic liners for the pedicure tub that they switch out with every client, and they put all tools in sanitation after use unlike other salons I've been to. The salon is big and clean. The chairs are all very nice. My friend and I were walk-in pedicures. There was no wait, which was nice. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it was the SHORTEST pedicure I've ever had. We just as soon say down and my friend was already getting polish. It was less than 15 minutes. My little toe had rubbed the other since I was moved immediately after painting but didn't notice until later but decided not to say anything since I didn't want him to keep touching my feet.

I stopped at this nail salon due to it's good reviews but sadly I cannot say I had the same experience. I had a gel French manicure done. I asked for the white to be wider so it would not grow out immediately and was told "it was good." As suspected within 2 days you could see my natural nail line. The tech also badly cut my finger and wiped the blood with his bare hands. For some reason the white tip on some of the nails had dimples similar to golf balls. It was not smooth. Will not be returning to this nail salon!

I come here to take care of my feet. Sam is my favorite. Get a pedicure, taking care of your feet is important! Ask for Sam!

I have tried several nail salons and I always have terrible experiences. The nails never come out how I want them to or the person is too rough. So I started doing my own nails but I had really been wanting to get mine done professionally so I looked up nail salons on yelp and picked this one based off reviews. I absolutely love how my nails look. Very clean and professional but quick and cheap. This is my new nail salon

This place is usually busy so prepare to wait, but it's worth it. They take their time and very clean with the work. Everyone there is really nice, especially Mama Kim.

I love this place! My whole family, friends, and co-workers are a big fan of this family own business. Sometime, the wait for pedicure is kinda long but the wait is totally worth it! BELIEVE me, they do an awesome job. I have been to many nail salons before but they all rushed and get me out in 15mins. except for this one. Surprisingly but their English are a lot better than other nail tech here in the valley as well. We will never leave this place. They are like heaven on earth!

Excellent, family-owned business. Customers are treated with great courtesy and respect. Service is fast and efficient in a clean and comfortable environment. Technicians make every visit a pleasure and make you feel like one of the family. Probably the best nail salon I have ever visited.
