Nails Club is always clean and the staff is friendly. I've never had a long wait. You don't have to call ahead, but I recommend it. They have one of largest selection of gel colors I've ever seen at the salon. The pricing is fair and their pedicures are affordable and last well. I've had several different technicians and I've always had a good experience. They put a lot of time and attention into shaping the nails and trimming your cuticles. I have gone here before and the woman who does nice nails is jeanie i believe. THE man who did my " chrome nails " did not do a good job at all.. my nails are uneven, the chrome is splotchy, and the coffin shaped didn't come out coffin at all. Got shellac done here 4 days ago and it started peeling since day 2. I had them done for a special event and they didnt even last. Also had a pedicure done as well I paid 25 which comes with sugar scrub and warm towels and neither came with it. I paid too much for the shellac so that I could get this mess. I used to go to this place and most of the times they got it right. I went yesterday February 6th, 2018 to get ready for my trip to the beach and the girl was not very careful doing my pedicure and cut me really bad. I started bleeding right away and now I am taking antibiotics and using an ointment cream on my foot. My toe is really inflamed and in pain and my trip is in two days and I don't even know if I will be able to walk. Not recommended!!! Read Less

Very bad. The guy who did my toes cut my toenail all the way to the skin. Mind you there was no need to cut my toenails they were already short. And he cut them uneven, cut them so short that one bled and he tried to cover it up. I asked for the deluxe treatment, not o my did he use straight hot water for the process but he put scalding hot towels on my legs. I had to ask the woman next to him to give me a little cold water and ask him to make the towel a little cooler before putting straight on my skin. They said they offer complimentary drinks but nothing was offered. The guy who did my feet seemed like he was in a rush. My experience recently for my wedding: Do NOT get the guy who is younger and thicker than the owners. He is so rude and make you bleed, not only me but my mother and friends. He did French tip on my toes and hands but it was terrible. He didn't do edge to edge and the shellac cracked and broke by the next day. Luckily, I went right after work the next day a couple minutes after they closed and the owner believed me and said not to go to him, took my receipt and took pictures of my hands and fixed it free of charge. Now they look great! Only when a girl did it, but she was too careful to fix it-- I didn't need it extra fancy just better. She said always come back if soemthing happens and they fix it. I would've fixed it that same day but he finished the shellac in both hands and feet 30 minutes before I had to clock into work. The owners are really skinny, the husband a darker Vietnamese and the wife had a dye job of reddish color. The wife was very sweet and kind. The husband started complaining when I said I didn't like 5 of the nails that he did, he said they would just do all of them all over because I kept complaining. But they knew it was bad. I felt terrible :/ so I didn't mention my feet. They had a lot of people still coming in at like 9 though it was weird! Guess they'll take anyone. My sister did hers with the Chinese husband owner, they look great to (by regular color). They charge $5 extra for French tip. I'll post pics. I would give this place ZERO stars if that were possible. I came with the intent of having shellac taken off and new shellac put on. I was directed to sit with an older gentleman. First, he couldn't decide what to charge me. He wrote $20 on this little receipt book, then +5, then crossed it out and wrote $30. He removed the shellac without problem, and then proceeded to file my nails. I asked him to file them short and square. He spent maybe 5 minutes casually running the nail file over my nails. They were neither short nor square. I asked him to make them shorter and he twisted my hands around so the nails would face him and ran the nail file over my nails, back to front, not side to side. In doing this, he caused my nails to form a U shape. I pointed out they were not square and he said my nails were naturally crooked and he couldn't fix it. I said I had been able to get them square numerous times. He tossed the nail file at me and said, "Then you do it." Such disrespect and sloppy work from truly incompetent people. And all this was supposed to cost me $30, plus tip??? Take your business elsewhere, folks. Nothing but trash here. Read Less

Most painful pedicure I've ever had!! With two people waiting, he rushed though and was so rough with my feet! He put a salt scrub on my feet and half way up my calf and then literally used his fingernails to scratch it into my skin!!! My legs and feet are on fire! So much for relaxation. I was really looking forward to some pampering because I'm preggo.  He freaked when I asked if someone else could do my manicure. #sorrynotsorry I am not paying for torture. So disappointed. I had my nails done here a few times and was ok. The last time I got a new set, and when they cut my natural nail with the clipper they cut my skin also on 3 fingers. Then my skin was burned in 3 others with the file machine. I almost called a lawyer. Read Less

Did not like the experience at all!! I've been to many nail salons and definitely not coming back here! The guy who did my nails seemed like he hated his job. Okay, we've all been there but who throws your hand back at you? I mean, so much for relaxation. He cut around my nails like I had cuticles for days.. Wth? I was like.. Dude chill out, you're gonna cut me. And guess what, he cut me! Bleeding everywhere and then he decides he wants to put some antiseptic that's gonna make it burn. Ugh I was raging but I'm not one to make a scene. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I think he was in the wrong profession.
