Normally I get amazing service 5 star rating, however, yesterday i went and i asked for the deluxe pedicure. They pumaced my feet but only enough to where they made ur rougher and uncomfortable, they didnt do the mask which is what i think makes the deluxe pedi delux, when they didnt wash the scrub completely off and put my shoes on while they used oil and painted my toes causing my shoes to be very slick amd at 6 months pregnant it startled me i almost fell twice till my mom... switched shoes with me. My toe nails were cut at weird angles and the polish didnt reach the tip on my big toes. For mom they didnt do the mask either then when they painted her toes they made a first layer in the middle of the nail and then a top coat making it look like they painted over an old layer of polish. I love this salon. I have been a customer since moving to Rochester for school 3 years ago. And today made me 100% a loyal customer. I got a french manicure at a salon in Pittsford and within 24 hours, they cracked and chipped. I was so upset and called South Town Nails to see if they could fix it. They said for the two nails chipped, they could fix it for $5. NOT ONLY did they fix my two nails, but seeing the poor quality of the manicure, they offered to re-paint every single one no charge. The woman cut my nails way too short, they look all stubby now..she showed me length and then just kept cutting and filing down. ..the gel polish was put on like an amateur. .she corrected one of them but I had to show her twice after she said no, they were fine. Very friendly and clean! They are always accommodating whether you have an appointment or are just walking in. Their prices are the same if not better than most places in Rochester BUT the quality of their manicures far exceed any of their competitor's. Highly recommend!! Read Less
