The lady rushed on my nails and pedicure. I feel like she just really didn’t want to do them I have spots of nail polish missing from my toes and she was in so much of a rush she told me I would be fine with out a clear coat. She got an attitude every time I asked her a question or asked her to fix something. She was extremely rude.Even as I stood in line (it was 2 people ahead of me) she asked me for my form of payment and gave it to the lady as to insure I paid. I recently had a regular pedicure done here and they did a very good job and it was very fast. The reasons I don't give it 5 stars is because the massage lasted about 5 seconds and is one of the things that is offered and that I look forward to when I get a pedicure. Also, the place reeks of acetone. I know to expect some acetone smell from a nail salon but it was definitely over powering and better ventilation should be in place. Read Less

Love this place!This is my new favorite spot to get my nails done and maybe in the future get my lashes done! We were greated by we assume (my sister and I) by Lily herself and she's a very short happy woman haha she's just smiling the whole time She understand completely what we wanted She sat us down and my sister and I talked for a while and then I got sat down with a girl named Rene and she is SO AWESOME! I was still upset inside from the bad experience I had earlier from another nail salon but then immediately coming here to Lily's nail and spa my feelings of disappointment went away when Rene was doing my nails! She can talk and you get so engaged in the conversation with her that you realized your nails looks amazing and that you're already 3min away from being done! She did an awesome job I love my shellac nails and I will be back in a couple weeks so Rene can fix up my nails again! I walked in and asked for a fill and to have a nail replaced, I walked out with no white or pink fill but a clear fill and my nails unevenly filed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and am EXTREMELY pissed off. I wish I took my business elsewhere. I paid $25 for NOTHING to be done. Read Less

This was the first and last time I will ever be visiting this nail salon. The nail tech was very rude and and was rough with my hands and feet. He acted as if I had offended him by simply showing up for a mani/pedi. If he did not want to do my mani/pedi then he should have let someone else take his place...I gladly would have waited for someone else! Read Less

I went to get my nails done for my baby shower & I showed the lady a picture from Pinterest and she did exactly what I wanted! I later went in for a pedicure and they did such an amazing job!! They are very sanitary and clean! This is my new favorite place to get my nails & pedi done! :) Definitely recommend! Read Less
