My mom and I had great service for both manis and pedis. Staff were friendly and explained all the options. We both loved the powder option for nails on hands and we recommend you try it! Totally amaz...
My mom and I had great service for both manis and pedis. Staff were friendly and explained all the options. We both loved the powder option for nails on hands and we recommend you try it! Totally amazed with the shine! I got #236 (super fun!) and she got Java (forgot the # but def chic for fall).

ZERO rating.. felt overcharged. went there just to change nail polish to shellac, previous regular nail polish only lasted 3 days, already chipped. Anyway, was charged $20 just for nail polish change ...

Anyway, was charged $20 just for nail polish change to Shellac, meaning $2/nail??? no cleaning or anything since i was just there 3 days ago..nail polish looks dull too. learned my lesson, would never go backto this place!!!!

My husband and i went to get a pedicure,and i asked for prices before getting the service. Once we sat down the person wanted for us to get something else done. I told him no then he raised the price...

I told him no then he raised the price on us. Like he wanted for us to spend more. I was so disappointed. Who does this?? Im not going there again.

The one star is only because the employees were nice. The pedicure that I got done there was the worst. There is literally a piece of skin missing that was cut off close to the cuticle area. Four other toes were cut as well. The way the nails were cut was just done poorly. They also use a tool that is for scraping the feet which is illegal to use and they left my heels feeling terrible. I hope they follow the disinfecting and sterilization process because I am very concerned.

When i first went in, the man in front was very polite. Wonderful scent of incense to greet you. As usual the first language of most people working there did not seem to be English, so it's a little difficult, but very polite employees. They opened tools from sealed packaging and have plastic liners in water basins, so everything is clean and hygenic. Very important for me as I don't want to just go get a pedicure and end up with fungus or an infection. My pedicure and manicure both turned out beautifully, and the price is average to everywhere else around.
I was very pleased and will definitely return!

This is literally the worst place to get a manicure. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. He rushed everything and to top it off did not clean the edges so my white coated nails look so dirty....

I felt ripped off after my last visit. They don't communicate their pricing very well until it's time to pay. Shellac didn't last very long either. Worst nail experience.

I've been to a few other nail salons and Katherine's nails is by far the best! Very fun, friendly salon! Kat is amazing at what she does! I highly recommend going to this salon!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The girls are so welcoming and down to Earth. Nicole paid special attention to every detail and ensured we left completely satisfied. I have never felt "pampered" at any other Salon in the past, you're usually treated as a "piece" in an assembly line. I would def recommend that all of my friends go check them out! The prices are very reasonable & they have a huge selection of product.

As usual the first language of most people working there did not seem to be English, so it's a little difficult, but very polite employees.
