Cindy, is probably the best lady that does pedicures and wax eyebrows. She is gentle and she has a conversation with you. My mom and I used to go to this salon all the time to get our nails done together. We stopped going because of rude service, being rough with my nails and I would constantly get cut every time I went I’d walk out with bleeding fingers. There was no care given and there was always an excuse as to why I would get cut. Of course I’d understand if I’d moved or something but nothing like that ever happened. The nails were always done poorly and would break easily so we stopped going. However recently my mother went back to the salon because she’d forgotten all of these transgressions and past experiences from this business. She received yet again, poor quality nails! Within two weeks after getting her nails done, one of her nails broke down to the quick! My mom has been getting her nails done for many years and she had told the tech that her nails were too thin before even leaving the salon. Either she didn’t understand, didn’t care, or didn’t think they were or a combination of all these things but her nail broke none-the-less. Also mind you, she doesn’t do manual labor or anything hard on the nails themselves so there simply was no excuse for them to break other than the acrylic being too thin. Read Less

Not happy with my visit today. I brought my step-daughters in to have our nails done and the lady that was doing my 9 yr old step-daughter’s pedicure and manicure was very rude for no apparent reason. She rolled her eyes when I asked for her to have her nails done after her pedicure, and I was so confused as to why we were being treated as if we were a burden. I should have stopped and said never mind right then, but she quickly whisked her away to do her nails. After we left she told me that the lady was very rude and extremely rough to the point that it was painful for her! I was very upset to hear that. We are all very kind and respectful to others, and for us to be treated that way when we just wanted to have a nice “girl’s day” AND paid a lot for these services, really shocks and angers me. I love love love this place. The manager is always so kind and everyone is super sweet. They engage in conversation with you and talk with you like a person and not a random customer. My mom and I go here anytime we can get. Prices are really good and everything is very clean. New supplies are used each time and if they drop a file on the floor or something they get a whole new sterilized package. I'm super picky about how I get my nails done any they're very cooperative. I wish I could give more stars. I highly recommend. If only I could take the store up to Huntsville with me when I go home lol. Read Less

Went last minute with my daughter yesterday. They took both of us with no problem. The lady was extremely nice to my daughter who's only had her toes done once before. Best nail salon ever in my opinion. Service is top notch and the place is very nice and relaxing. Most of all, they are very CLEAN here and don't reuse anything like tools, buff brushes, files. That to me is extremely important and it dramatically decreases the risk of getting nail fungus or infections. My nail tech Lisa is freaking amazing and she is extremely thorough and gives a great leg/foot massage. This place is very busy which I think speaks volumes about how great it is. I've been going to the salon for about 2 years now. One of my old neighbors recommended it to me. I love the treatment and service. The prices are right in line with what everybody else charges. They have your mimosas or your soda or your water to drink while you're having your services done. I use Ruby and she is wonderful. Very sweet. Every time I come, this place is worse and worse. This will be the last. AND they just changed all their pricing and services...the basic pedicure went up in pricing but no longer includes a massage. Today I had the most painful pedicure I've ever had in my life. But I was prepared for it, I knew I hadn't tended to my feet in a WHILE, however, my technician was not prepared, and for that I feel shes owed some kudos. She started on my right foot, I told her I was in pain and so she assessed immediately. As soon as she started clipping the sides pain shot through my leg and was suffocating. She looked at me scared and asked if I was OK and I told her "I'm fine honey, just k...eep going. It's not you it's me" which was true! She understood and kept on, trying to keep a steady hand because she could see my pain. She was so proactive, she had someone come translate for her to tell me that I had old injury from the previous person who did my pedicure (at a different salon) and that the new nail was pressing into old nail and damaging the skin! I was shocked but told the ladies OK and thank you for letting me know! So she moved on. My second toe..... She clipped into it and pus came out!!!! Omg she flipped and got up from her chair.... I was hoping she wasn't too scared to come back.... But she did! She brought another technician to translate in which she says "you have pus in your toe, she's going to squeeze it out so it doesn't get infected" wow! I was shocked!!! This woman had some guts!!!! So she did it, asked me how I was feeling.... Of course my feet are sore, but mostly painless now. As I was sitting to dry my nails, I asked her name, it was TRACY and said I would be back with better feet next time but the technician said she might quit!!!!! Lol well I hope that's not the case because Tracy, you saved me from so much pain and you did it so sweetly and gracefully. I could have mistaken the salon for a doctors office with the skill and great technique she had. I will always come back here and I will be back more often. Thank you Tracy for saving my toes!!!! I went in today to get a solar set of nails. I have been wearing nails for 3 years. I told the male nail tech the length and shape of nails I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing and would shape them later. When I asked him about the shape being short and round, he argued and told me it was "miscommunication". He then argued and told me how I could correct this from happening in the future. When he was finished he said he thought they looked good and natural. Not what I asked for and I will not be back. I went to VIP to get a new set of nails and a pedicure. Eric is very professional and takes his time with a beautiful outcome. I went there two weeks before but the nails were too thin and were falling off with a different tech. Went back to give it another shot with a more experienced technician. I am well pleased with Eric. He is also kind and respectful. I just changed nail shops after 11 years. Not a good experience at the former shop. I was extremely overcharged for their services among other things that were consistently occurring. Not good! Eric is your guy so give him a try!!! I must say I have beautiful nails!!!! Read Less

Went and had a pedicure which was awesome. Week later went for the worst manicure of my life. Nails are crooked and uneven, not smooth, hole in one nail, pink all the way to the top, still digging acrylic out front underneath my nails and it has been 3 days. I just want to hide my hands. Will probably find some better place to remove them and start over. Read Less
