I have been coming here since 2007 and Bong is the only kind and professional....he may not say much but his customer service is great...the other women are always angry about whether or not they will do your service or not...one new worker who has been there a less than a year....seems to be the one doing all the talking...Hannah who use to talk or speak to me when I come in now she has stopped...they all do great nails. However, their customer service seems to not be professional... they need to be trained...they only want to do people's service if they like you...and don't speak the truth..that is another story....this is America...I give great tips and this how I am treated...I'm friendly and started making appointments...after which an incident happened and I reported via email and everything changed....my money should be respected more than this...after 11 years... Worst nail salon EVER!!! I came in for a pedicure and I had 1 broken toe nail. I told the lady multiple times that toe would need a tip on it to make it look like the rest of my feet!!! She said, no! No! No! I can fix it to make it look the same as the rest without the tip! She did NOT! Then gets mad at me cause I was unhappy with the HORRIBLE job she Did! So, after 2 hours and $37 later. They still clearly are not understanding my issue, my feet look worse now then when I came in!!! Never again!!!!!! EVER!!!! If I could give a ZERO! I most absolutly would. Read Less
