I took my daughter to get her nails done and the whole time she looked in pain. After they were done I saw that she had cuts all around every nail and I was pissed off. The guy who did her nails name was Kane and he had a vodka glass in his hand when he left her not saying anything to anyone. Someone else had to finish her nails for her. The nails look beautiful but the cuts are very deep and not worth it.

"Let the consumer BEWARE"..Meaning..In all my years of getting professional manicures, pedi's I have never felt so sorry and disappointed. Evidently they must be hurting and feel that they must go to any lengths to take in money. NOTE PLEASE...that It was NOT the manicurist but the hostess. From the start.. they appeared very short staffed. I was behind one customer who had waited before me and finally left. I sat there waiting for at least 20 minutes before I finally managed to get the attention of the hostess. She then proceeds to come over( and finally) and offers to begin the process by removing the nail polish. THIS is where sly behavior began. Eventually a nice manicurist came and actually did a really great job. Thus I told myself "well, maybe they got off to a rough day, but I will come again, as the pedicure was good!" ..BUT when I went up to pay I found out that they were slick and tried to put something over on me! Here it is 1) their sign advertised 20% off all services. So I expected my bill to read that amount. 2) Instead, I found out the the RECEPTIONIST CHARGED ME $5.00 to"remove the polish"..BUT she never REVEALED THAT when she sat down to actually do it. She only said "I'm going to remove your polish" ...which is THE USUAL TERMINOLOGY...ALWAYS.. EVERYWHERE before THIS. Therefore I thought nothing of it (Aside: isn't that NORMAL PROCEDURE?? Major DUH...Q. How can you give a pedicure to anyone without first removing the polish?)
3. NOWHERE in all of DFW since moving here 13 years ago, has ANY place EVER charged me for removing any POLISH.
4. The RECEPTIONIST had been sly, cunning but then when I commented that I had not been informed of the $5.00 fee..the smiling cunning petite She... apologized but never allowed that SHE had not WARNED me about having to pay $5.00!! I guess she beams and smiles her way out of everything every time. So I did not tip the pedicurist but said to the nice pedicurist." She can pay YOU your tip as SHE took if from YOU." I would never go back where they rip you off, take advantage of their paying customers...con you, then smile super sugary false SMILES... cheap means ..'have shaken off the dust and will go to the person's down the way. I already asked Allure nails If THEY charge $5.00 for polish removal and they do it for completely FREE!

I went to go get a pedicure, I love getting pedicures when I am stressed. But this was by far the worst pedicure I have ever got. For 32 dollars, I decided to get gel on my nails and they are lifting up because she didn’t clean the edges good. It was done sloppy. I wouldn’t recommend getting your pedicure with gel here.

My daughter and her 4 friends went there tonight to get their nails done for prom. All five of them had a bad experience. Had I been there I would have said something. Whoever did my daughters toes did a good job. The man that was there was rude and they probably made almost 400 bucks. They will not go back. I saw 3 of their nails and I do not think it was good service. They banked off of h.s. kids. I've had my nails done for the past 15 years. Never have I seen such bad service.

Also, had a pedicure that was average. She seemed over the massage part but did fine with painting the nails and so on.

The guy could’ve told me it was a 45 minute wait and I would’ve gone somewhere else. I decided to stay only because they had a color that ALL the bridesmaids in a wedding I was attending were wearing. When I sat down the lady tells me that color is out and they only have enough to do like 2 nails. What place doesn’t keep more in the back or order more once you see it’s low???? She put something together to try and make it look similar but when compared to the other bridesmaids it’s different. I’m really bummed that I paid to get a color that they didn’t have, especially after waiting 45 minutes to have a technician even get to me. Poor customer service if you ask me.

My manicurist was very sweet and double checked my opinion on her work throughout the entire process. Was offered a drink from an assortment and treated very well. The place is very clean and has been recently remodeled. Would recommend & will be back!

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them two stars instead of one because I see other reviews are good and perhaps they were having an off day. We came in at exactly five o'clock on Sunday. They close at six. That's plenty of time to do one pedicure for my friend and then a set of nails for me. The woman that seemed to be in charge told us there would be a bit of a wait. Okay that's totally fine no worries. Thirty minutes go by and they move us both to pedicure chairs. However this was just to sit down and use the massage chairs. At the one hour mark we were finally started on. At this point they are now technically closed,yet still taking more and more customers, even though their workers are noticeably displeased with staying later. Now that they started on us, everything gradually went downhill. The person that did my friends toes was just flying through them. He didn't not take care in making sure that all dead skin was takin care of and cuticles were bleeding. When they sat me down, the woman in charged glued on my acrylics and cut them in such frenzy, pieces were flying everywhere. Once she got them on and shaped she left for another 30 minutes. From there another man came and put on the powder. He was the most angered about staying late, and did not speak a word the whole time he just grunted the whole time. Then another 30 minutes went by and another different girl came and did the final paint. We ended up leaving an entire hour and a half after they closed. Bottom line is: if they would have told us they were too busy to ensure proper care, we would have said fine and waited till the next day to go to luxe nails. My nails were horribly misshapen and the paint job was dismal. They broke off within a week, and the nail underneath is extremely damaged.

Honestly i've never felt more at home than this salon. Mymy takes care of me very well I always come out with the greatest looking nails and I can't tell you the amount of complements I have gotten on the nails and I constantly tell people to come to pro nails. Also they do eyebrows eyelash extensions you name it. I'm always uncomfortable about people doing my eyebrows but let me just tell you I have never seen my eyebrows look this good. I love this place! Everyone is always eager to take care of you and make you feel like a VIP. I have had my nails done by Alex, Nina, and Ken, and they all do an exceptional job. Alex is my favourite and I've been going to him for 4+ years, but if he isn't there I don't have to worry; I still walk out with my nails looking great because everyone there knows what they're doing. Don did my pedicure for the first time today and I was excited to have him since I've seen great reviews about him on Yelp. They were correct; he gives amazing massages and my toes look fabulous!

I called before hand and was quoted that a full set with acrylic was 25 as well as a basic pedicure. Once receiving the bill it was 60.00. I wasn't upset with the price , I just rather have known before hand -which is why I called minutes before I arrived. 4. The atmosphere was good - they are going through construction but it doesn't hinder anything at all. 5. The nail techs are friendly and helpful (I was trying a new length and shape - nail tech helped me out with choosing a color and so on). 6. I was offered a beverage at the end of my visit once the Jimmy Johns rep came in with free sandwiches. 7. I am not too picky about my nails but I do notice that a couple of nails could have been shaped better but it's not super noticeable. I'm sure I'll return , overall it was an average experience and before getting my services I'll just double check the prices.

I typically keep my nails done with nexgen and it's great- I'm a nail biter and have thin brittle nails, so the nexgen helps me to not bite and also keeps them thick and hard so they don't break. When I get my nails here they can seriously last me 3-4 weeks and I've never had one break or chip. The ladies (& gentleman) I have been worked on by have always been super sweet, and they also work quickly, which I love because I can't stand when it takes forever. I've always been happy with my brows too. I don't really have anyone I prefer to use, but Mimi did my nails last and I'm super happy with them. They're under some construction right now, but it doesn't bother me and I think it's a really good place with good prices. I don't get the negative reviews complaining about the technicians' native language being spoken- who cares? Let them speak the language they want and stop being a racist jerk. Stop assuming they're talking about you too, they probably aren't, everything is not about you, lol.

I recently moved to Denton for college and tried this salon. I was immediately seated and was shown a variety of colors which I was really happy about. A man named Alex worked on my nails. I chose a nude color and wanted nex gen on my natural nails. He made conversation and did my nails in a rush. I loved the shape but he did not buff carefully I had bumps on my nails. He also did not clean the inside of my nail with the machine and I had to get Mimi to do it. There's always a rush at the salon I just wished the workers wouldn't forget steps. They also charged me $35 for nex gen and I didn't even get a tip.

This place use to be my FAVORITE place, until the last time I came and I experienced horrible customer service because they didn't want to service me because of my son, keep in mind I have a 1 year old, but all he was doing was sitting in the chair watching Netflix. This man yet again threw the box of nails down and began to take my nails off and threw a fit because I brought my son. As I was angrily walking out a young lady stopped me and apologize and did my nails, gave my son juice and a toy. There are kind people here I do believe, but I will more then likely never return because of they hatred that man had toward my son was beyond unnecessary.

The first time I got my nails done they looked beautiful but I had lots of cuts around my fingernails where the drill had cut me. When I went back to get them redone she seemed to be In a hurry and cut me up even more and my nails felt structurally weak. I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain because I had laid too hard on one and it felt like it was going to rip off constantly. When I went to get them removed the nail tech basically just tried to rip them off after letting them soak for maybe 5 minutes in acetone. It hurt and I kept pulling my hands away. She then got one of the blank acrylic nails from her kit and used it to pry my nails off. Then she put it BACK IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHERS! That sealed it for me and I will never be back.

Its been a little over a week and 3 of my daughters have no gel polish on their nails, and one of my daughters has had her dip powder nails come off. I spend $250 I'm beyond pissed. I'll never go back ever. People beware!

Then when I get there I double check and apparently there are 3 different types of "acrylics" which are regular (regular polish), powder, and gel. When I think acrylics I think powder or solar so when I get in there the powder costs 35 instead of the 25 the guy quoted me, which is fine whatever it's only $10 more. So I proceeded to get almond shape nails and the guy that did them did a great job. So he tells me since I got powder it was $35, which was fine because that's what I was told before hand. I go to pay and the guy at the front tells me it's $45, and I told him the guy that did my nails said it was $35 and they talked to each other and apparently the guy said $45 I mean I could've misheard but I'm pretty sure I didn't. The receptionist tells me it's $45 now because I decided to get almond shaped nails. They decided to charge me $10 extra dollars for the damn shape. I didn't even get a fancy design I just got plain white nails. Not only was I quoted the wrong price at the get go, they charged me for the SHAPE of my nail. I find this completely absurd and I will not be recommending this place to anyone, such a rip off.

I have come here off and on for years and have always had a decent experience. I started coming before they expanded and it used to be so crowded and wait times were ridiculous. I stopped coming after my fav pedi guy (John) moved and I found the best nail tech in Arlington( Polished by Avonne).After trying several local shops searching for the perfect pedi, I decided to give this place a try again a few months ago and I'm so happy I did. I still go to my nail lady for my nails, but the ONLY place I will go for a pedicure is here. Don is the BEST!! He takes his time and get to know his clients. I have come with all different kinds of hair and clothes and he recognizes me right away and is very happy to assist me.The place is very spacious and clean and there is never a really long wait time. If you are looking for a nice place to get your pampering needs, I highly recommend this place.

I had got a couple pedicures here before and was very satisfied. But the last time I came, all I asked for was a simple French manicure and the man who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. He cut my fingers with his nail tool and made me bleed in two places, then completely screwed up the manicure. They didn't even cover my entire nails, the gel coating didn't even completely cover the white tips on some nails. it was very disappointing. And they barely lasted two days!! Then he had the nerve to ASK for a tip, when I really didn't want to pay him at all for the horrible job he did. I never want to go back!

The nail technicians were friendly and everything looked very sanitary. They tried to up sell, but weren't forceful or pushy at all about it when I refused to pay more than my initial selection. The prices are reasonable and the place doesn't smell too strongly of polish like many nail places. Overall, I'd come back again and maybe even try the more expensive packages. My tech (Don) was very nice and I'd recommend.

I wish I wasn't as upset as I am and as I was yesterday but here I am. A man (Carlos) started working on my feet and I thought nothing of it. Just trying to email some professors and catching up with my friends via text. Then he started scrubbing my feet and this is where it went wrong. He used a callous scraper and what seemed like a Pumice bar to clean up my feet. Now I'm not saying they were perfect, but they weren't bad enough to use on my feet for 5 minutes per foot. He scrubbed so long on my feet that I have cracks and cuts that didn't exist on my feet before the appointment. My decently time pedicure (they're usually about 30 minutes) took him an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm never setting foot in there again.

My friend booked two appointments today for us since she said she had seen good reviews for this place. The drill used on my nail wasn't clean and even cut me a couple times at my cuticle. My pedicure was very nice up until i saw a giant cockroach out of the corner of my eye. The pedicurist didn't try to hunt it down or kill it! He grabbed my shoe and shooed the roach away. The towels used on me were dirty and already used. My manicure turned out great, I just wish it would have been sanitary. However I will never be going back because of the roach problem.

I went in for a gel manicure and 4 days later they started cracking. Several of my nails were snagging my hair already. My cuticles were cut and uneven. When he was doing them they looked thick but I didnt say anything. He kept talking about how I ask for him next time. I went in and spoke to the manager and asked for someone to fix them. No refund just a fix. They looked a month old in under a week--- I spent $50. There was a wait so I did an errand and came back. Then the ...manager was gone. The technician told me that I wouldn't how nails look because I dont do nails. He told me thats just how nails look. Ive gotten many manicures. He told me that he couldn't find the color I chose before so it must have been a very long time since Ive been in. I had been in there within the past week so theres no way they would have made new color wheels. Now within another week they have all chipped and broke off. Never coming back. See More

Very disappointing experience. Both YELP and the salon's website list their services at a cheaper price (namely, $20 for a basic pedicure) They are actually $25 on their salon price sheet and the staff WILL NOT honor the $20 advertised price under the pretense that that price "is an old price from 6 months ago". Then change your website and Yelp page! We went here specifically because they had cheaper advertised prices (we were getting 5 pedicures). Instead we got terrible customer service and the most mediocre pedicure at the same price as a nice salon. The pedicure itself was not good. They tried to up sell me ($5!) for callus remover - the basic remover that is typically included in every decent pedicure. The total time they spent on my pedicure, start to finish, - 15 minutes. The total time they left me in the chair to "dry" - 25 minutes. I asked for the disposable flip flops and was told they had them, but once I was left to dry my toes no one came back and I wound up getting the flip flops out of the employee's drawer myself. You can get MUCH better service for this cost at a lot of different nail salons in the area. This one is way overpriced with lousy service.

Today was my second visit here and it was wonderful. I went in for a pedicure, but let my technician (Jack) talk me into a gel manicure as well. I am so happy he did! My nails look awesome! Jack was great - I will make sure he is the one to do my nails in the future. The salon itself is very clean and a good size. I have not had to wait on either of my visits because it is so spacious and they have enough people on staff. I highly recommend this place...and Jack specifically.

I took my daughter to get her nails done and the whole time she looked in pain. After they were done I saw that she had cuts all around every nail and I was pissed off. The guy who did her nails name was Kane and he had a vodka glass in his hand when he left her not saying anything to anyone. Someone else had to finish her nails for her. The nails look beautiful but the cuts are very deep and not worth it.

"Let the consumer BEWARE"..Meaning..In all my years of getting professional manicures, pedi's I have never felt so sorry and disappointed. Evidently they must be hurting and feel that they must go to any lengths to take in money. NOTE PLEASE...that It was NOT the manicurist but the hostess. From the start.. they appeared very short staffed. I was behind one customer who had waited before me and finally left. I sat there waiting for at least 20 minutes before I finally managed to get the attention of the hostess. She then proceeds to come over( and finally) and offers to begin the process by removing the nail polish. THIS is where sly behavior began. Eventually a nice manicurist came and actually did a really great job. Thus I told myself "well, maybe they got off to a rough day, but I will come again, as the pedicure was good!" ..BUT when I went up to pay I found out that they were slick and tried to put something over on me! Here it is 1) their sign advertised 20% off all services. So I expected my bill to read that amount. 2) Instead, I found out the the RECEPTIONIST CHARGED ME $5.00 to"remove the polish"..BUT she never REVEALED THAT when she sat down to actually do it. She only said "I'm going to remove your polish" ...which is THE USUAL TERMINOLOGY...ALWAYS.. EVERYWHERE before THIS. Therefore I thought nothing of it (Aside: isn't that NORMAL PROCEDURE?? Major DUH...Q. How can you give a pedicure to anyone without first removing the polish?)
3. NOWHERE in all of DFW since moving here 13 years ago, has ANY place EVER charged me for removing any POLISH.
4. The RECEPTIONIST had been sly, cunning but then when I commented that I had not been informed of the $5.00 fee..the smiling cunning petite She... apologized but never allowed that SHE had not WARNED me about having to pay $5.00!! I guess she beams and smiles her way out of everything every time. So I did not tip the pedicurist but said to the nice pedicurist." She can pay YOU your tip as SHE took if from YOU." I would never go back where they rip you off, take advantage of their paying customers...con you, then smile super sugary false SMILES... cheap means ..'have shaken off the dust and will go to the person's down the way. I already asked Allure nails If THEY charge $5.00 for polish removal and they do it for completely FREE!

Whoever did my daughters toes did a good job. The man that was there was rude and they probably made almost 400 bucks. They will not go back. I saw 3 of their nails and I do not think it was good service. They banked off of h.s. kids. I've had my nails done for the past 15 years. Never have I seen such bad service.

Also, had a pedicure that was average. She seemed over the massage part but did fine with painting the nails and so on.

The guy could’ve told me it was a 45 minute wait and I would’ve gone somewhere else. I decided to stay only because they had a color that ALL the bridesmaids in a wedding I was attending were wearing. When I sat down the lady tells me that color is out and they only have enough to do like 2 nails. What place doesn’t keep more in the back or order more once you see it’s low???? She put something together to try and make it look similar but when compared to the other bridesmaids it’s different. I’m really bummed that I paid to get a color that they didn’t have, especially after waiting 45 minutes to have a technician even get to me. Poor customer service if you ask me.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them two stars instead of one because I see other reviews are good and perhaps they were having an off day. We came in at exactly five o'clock on Sunday. They close at six. That's plenty of time to do one pedicure for my friend and then a set of nails for me. The woman that seemed to be in charge told us there would be a bit of a wait. Okay that's totally fine no worries. Thirty minutes go by and they move us both to pedicure chairs. However this was just to sit down and use the massage chairs. At the one hour mark we were finally started on. At this point they are now technically closed,yet still taking more and more customers, even though their workers are noticeably displeased with staying later. Now that they started on us, everything gradually went downhill. The person that did my friends toes was just flying through them. He didn't not take care in making sure that all dead skin was takin care of and cuticles were bleeding. When they sat me down, the woman in charged glued on my acrylics and cut them in such frenzy, pieces were flying everywhere. Once she got them on and shaped she left for another 30 minutes. From there another man came and put on the powder. He was the most angered about staying late, and did not speak a word the whole time he just grunted the whole time. Then another 30 minutes went by and another different girl came and did the final paint. We ended up leaving an entire hour and a half after they closed. Bottom line is: if they would have told us they were too busy to ensure proper care, we would have said fine and waited till the next day to go to luxe nails. My nails were horribly misshapen and the paint job was dismal. They broke off within a week, and the nail underneath is extremely damaged.

Also they do eyebrows eyelash extensions you name it. I'm always uncomfortable about people doing my eyebrows but let me just tell you I have never seen my eyebrows look this good. Alex is my favourite and I've been going to him for 4+ years, but if he isn't there I don't have to worry; I still walk out with my nails looking great because everyone there knows what they're doing. I called before hand and was quoted that a full set with acrylic was 25 as well as a basic pedicure. Once receiving the bill it was 60.00. I wasn't upset with the price , I just rather have known before hand -which is why I called minutes before I arrived. 4. The atmosphere was good - they are going through construction but it doesn't hinder anything at all. 5. The nail techs are friendly and helpful (I was trying a new length and shape - nail tech helped me out with choosing a color and so on). 6. I was offered a beverage at the end of my visit once the Jimmy Johns rep came in with free sandwiches. 7. I am not too picky about my nails but I do notice that a couple of nails could have been shaped better but it's not super noticeable. I'm sure I'll return , overall it was an average experience and before getting my services I'll just double check the prices.

I typically keep my nails done with nexgen and it's great- I'm a nail biter and have thin brittle nails, so the nexgen helps me to not bite and also keeps them thick and hard so they don't break. When I get my nails here they can seriously last me 3-4 weeks and I've never had one break or chip. The ladies (& gentleman) I have been worked on by have always been super sweet, and they also work quickly, which I love because I can't stand when it takes forever. I've always been happy with my brows too. I don't really have anyone I prefer to use, but Mimi did my nails last and I'm super happy with them. They're under some construction right now, but it doesn't bother me and I think it's a really good place with good prices. I don't get the negative reviews complaining about the technicians' native language being spoken- who cares? Let them speak the language they want and stop being a racist jerk. Stop assuming they're talking about you too, they probably aren't, everything is not about you, lol.

I recently moved to Denton for college and tried this salon. I was immediately seated and was shown a variety of colors which I was really happy about. A man named Alex worked on my nails. I chose a nude color and wanted nex gen on my natural nails. He made conversation and did my nails in a rush. I loved the shape but he did not buff carefully I had bumps on my nails. He also did not clean the inside of my nail with the machine and I had to get Mimi to do it. There's always a rush at the salon I just wished the workers wouldn't forget steps. They also charged me $35 for nex gen and I didn't even get a tip.

This man yet again threw the box of nails down and began to take my nails off and threw a fit because I brought my son. As I was angrily walking out a young lady stopped me and apologize and did my nails, gave my son juice and a toy. There are kind people here I do believe, but I will more then likely never return because of they hatred that man had toward my son was beyond unnecessary.

The first time I got my nails done they looked beautiful but I had lots of cuts around my fingernails where the drill had cut me. When I went back to get them redone she seemed to be In a hurry and cut me up even more and my nails felt structurally weak. I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain because I had laid too hard on one and it felt like it was going to rip off constantly. When I went to get them removed the nail tech basically just tried to rip them off after letting them soak for maybe 5 minutes in acetone. It hurt and I kept pulling my hands away. She then got one of the blank acrylic nails from her kit and used it to pry my nails off. Then she put it BACK IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHERS! That sealed it for me and I will never be back.

Then when I get there I double check and apparently there are 3 different types of "acrylics" which are regular (regular polish), powder, and gel. When I think acrylics I think powder or solar so when I get in there the powder costs 35 instead of the 25 the guy quoted me, which is fine whatever it's only $10 more. So I proceeded to get almond shape nails and the guy that did them did a great job. So he tells me since I got powder it was $35, which was fine because that's what I was told before hand. I go to pay and the guy at the front tells me it's $45, and I told him the guy that did my nails said it was $35 and they talked to each other and apparently the guy said $45 I mean I could've misheard but I'm pretty sure I didn't. The receptionist tells me it's $45 now because I decided to get almond shaped nails. They decided to charge me $10 extra dollars for the damn shape. I didn't even get a fancy design I just got plain white nails. Not only was I quoted the wrong price at the get go, they charged me for the SHAPE of my nail. I find this completely absurd and I will not be recommending this place to anyone, such a rip off.

I stopped coming after my fav pedi guy (John) moved and I found the best nail tech in Arlington( Polished by Avonne).After trying several local shops searching for the perfect pedi, I decided to give this place a try again a few months ago and I'm so happy I did. I still go to my nail lady for my nails, but the ONLY place I will go for a pedicure is here. Don is the BEST!! He takes his time and get to know his clients. I have come with all different kinds of hair and clothes and he recognizes me right away and is very happy to assist me.The place is very spacious and clean and there is never a really long wait time. If you are looking for a nice place to get your pampering needs, I highly recommend this place.

I love ProNails! Best in Denton in my opinion and I've been to over a dozen others in the area. They always greet me by name and are polite and friendly.I always call for an appointment and try to go on a weekday. If you go on a weekend or evening at 6, they're going to be busy and you're going to have to wait. That's life.Ivonne is my preferred technician. But I've also had Doug and Mimi. Really like this place.

I had got a couple pedicures here before and was very satisfied. But the last time I came, all I asked for was a simple French manicure and the man who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. He cut my fingers with his nail tool and made me bleed in two places, then completely screwed up the manicure. They didn't even cover my entire nails, the gel coating didn't even completely cover the white tips on some nails. it was very disappointing. And they barely lasted two days!! Then he had the nerve to ASK for a tip, when I really didn't want to pay him at all for the horrible job he did. I never want to go back!

The nail technicians were friendly and everything looked very sanitary. They tried to up sell, but weren't forceful or pushy at all about it when I refused to pay more than my initial selection. The prices are reasonable and the place doesn't smell too strongly of polish like many nail places. Overall, I'd come back again and maybe even try the more expensive packages. My tech (Don) was very nice and I'd recommend.

I wish I wasn't as upset as I am and as I was yesterday but here I am. A man (Carlos) started working on my feet and I thought nothing of it. Just trying to email some professors and catching up with my friends via text. Then he started scrubbing my feet and this is where it went wrong. He used a callous scraper and what seemed like a Pumice bar to clean up my feet. Now I'm not saying they were perfect, but they weren't bad enough to use on my feet for 5 minutes per foot. He scrubbed so long on my feet that I have cracks and cuts that didn't exist on my feet before the appointment. My decently time pedicure (they're usually about 30 minutes) took him an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm never setting foot in there again.

My friend booked two appointments today for us since she said she had seen good reviews for this place. The drill used on my nail wasn't clean and even cut me a couple times at my cuticle. My pedicure was very nice up until i saw a giant cockroach out of the corner of my eye. The pedicurist didn't try to hunt it down or kill it! He grabbed my shoe and shooed the roach away. The towels used on me were dirty and already used. My manicure turned out great, I just wish it would have been sanitary. However I will never be going back because of the roach problem.

I went in for a gel manicure and 4 days later they started cracking. Several of my nails were snagging my hair already. My cuticles were cut and uneven. When he was doing them they looked thick but I didnt say anything. He kept talking about how I ask for him next time. I went in and spoke to the manager and asked for someone to fix them. No refund just a fix. They looked a month old in under a week--- I spent $50. There was a wait so I did an errand and came back. Then the ...manager was gone. The technician told me that I wouldn't how nails look because I dont do nails. He told me thats just how nails look. Ive gotten many manicures. He told me that he couldn't find the color I chose before so it must have been a very long time since Ive been in. I had been in there within the past week so theres no way they would have made new color wheels. Now within another week they have all chipped and broke off. Never coming back. See More

Everyone was very nice. It was very clean, something I always check, with their tools autoclaved and a fresh pack opened for each client. My deluxe pedi was fantastic. I will return for sure.

Very disappointing experience. Both YELP and the salon's website list their services at a cheaper price (namely, $20 for a basic pedicure) They are actually $25 on their salon price sheet and the staff WILL NOT honor the $20 advertised price under the pretense that that price "is an old price from 6 months ago". Then change your website and Yelp page! We went here specifically because they had cheaper advertised prices (we were getting 5 pedicures). Instead we got terrible customer service and the most mediocre pedicure at the same price as a nice salon. The pedicure itself was not good. They tried to up sell me ($5!) for callus remover - the basic remover that is typically included in every decent pedicure. The total time they spent on my pedicure, start to finish, - 15 minutes. The total time they left me in the chair to "dry" - 25 minutes. I asked for the disposable flip flops and was told they had them, but once I was left to dry my toes no one came back and I wound up getting the flip flops out of the employee's drawer myself. You can get MUCH better service for this cost at a lot of different nail salons in the area. This one is way overpriced with lousy service.

Today was my second visit here and it was wonderful. I went in for a pedicure, but let my technician (Jack) talk me into a gel manicure as well. I am so happy he did! My nails look awesome! Jack was great - I will make sure he is the one to do my nails in the future. The salon itself is very clean and a good size. I have not had to wait on either of my visits because it is so spacious and they have enough people on staff. I highly recommend this place...and Jack specifically.
