This place was so great! They make conversation and they always do a good job. They recommend things that you should and shouldn't do with your nails and it's super helpful. My moms toenails weren't dry all the way and she messed them up so she went back in a couple minutes after she left and even though the lady had left they gladly found the color and fixed it for her. We bought a $30 gift card for this location for my mother in law for her birthday. When she went to use the gift card, it would not run through their machine. They stated it had a zero balance and that she would have to pay with another form of payment. My mother in law politely explained that it was a gift and that she had only recently received it. The only reasonable options are that either the person who sold us the card did not activate it properly or their machine was not working on that day. Nonetheless, they refused to try to run the card again or make any concession for this administrative error. Embarrassing for us and distasteful on DFW nail bar to treat someone poorly on their birthday. Don't waste your time and money.... rude and zero customer service. Would give zero stars if possible lol not only are my eyebrows crooked and just overall botched, the service was awful. I tend to be very forgiving of any nail place that messes up my eyebrows because it happens all eyebrows are different it's hard to keep up. My fiancé and I went tonight for a pre-Valentine's date, it was his first time getting a pedicure and he's hooked! We both were treated to drinks and excellent customer service. I wish I could remember the girls name that helped us the most, it started with a "K" I believe (super pretty girl with braces) she was really helpful and made it a great experience. I went here for my first time a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised! The 3.2 star rating isn’t accurate at all in my opinion. I only paid 40 (without tip) for a full set of acrylic with kitty-claw tips and gel top coat! Cindy is my favorite. Secnd time in and very disappointed.  The chairs are nice and comfy.  But.... I had to ASK for a drink several times.  The bar is just a tease.  Only wine and frozen cheap margaritas.  Very very sloppy job on the pedicure.  Polish on my skin that should have been cleaned up.  Get ready for a BIG up-sell push.  They add extra charges even if you aren't told about them.  Personally, I won't be back!!!  Too bad. I've been here multiple times and have never once walked out with a bad experience! I've never been the type of person to schedule an appointment with a certain person because I just love getting to see how differently each person does but today I came in and Joann did my nails. I have never been so happy with how my nails turned out, Shes now given me a reason to schedule! Not only did she do a perfect job on my nails but she was sure to walk me through everything she was doing and unlike most nail artist... she cleaned up my nails before she put on the polish! The inside was awesome and the lady that did my nails was nice... The problem that I have is I came home and had to do a salt soak for three of my nails because the got infected after she cut my cuticles too short. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome and attentive however he 2 stars comes from the guy who did m manicure. It was clear he couldn't care less about my comfort or the quality of his work. I paid 50 for a manicure that is sloppy and he kept layering polish before it dries and it's just everywhere. I'm disappointed in the manicure... I isn't even get everything I paid for. The mani is sloppy and edges aren't even painted and he was rushed so the polish kept squishing and not drying. It was clear he was in a hurry and kept getting upset every time I asked him to clean up my skin where he smudged polish. He was making fun of my in Vietnamese that I was too needy, well you should be careful who you talk about cus they could understand you. Where do I start...don't be fooled by how nice it looks. I went in trying to get my nails and feet done for the 4th of July. To my surprise they were able to get me in. I told the lady at the front I want color powder nails and she stated I should get the dip powder. I asked how much more it was and she proceeded to tell me it was just $38 so I went along with it. I chose the basic pedicure and eyebrows along with that. Here's where I should've left...They take me to a pedicure station and I sit there for a while without anyone coming. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink, I told her water but never received it. As I wait she walks around to ask everyone else if they needed refills or anything else to drink but doesn't ask me so I flag her down to tell her what I want. A few minutes later the lady that's doing my pedicure comes, no hi no anything. She was very quiet. So she's doing my pedicure and 3 people walk by and ask me what I wanted for my nails. I guess none of them wanted to do my nails. I didn't understand that. Finally, a man sits down and he's cool and asks me if I want a tip I said yes and he says my natural nails would be better. We go back and forth about that for a little bit and I go with the tip because that's what I originally came for and I "think" he's doing a great job but he's flinging my arms and pushing my shoulder back I guess because I wasn't relaxed to his liking. He was nice but threw the powder on my nails, didn't clean them or have me wash my hands. He didn't allow for them to even dry. I notice my pedicure lady crossing something out on my form of services so I'm wondering and thinking she made a mistake so I don't worry about it.  At this point I know I'm being rush. My toes and nails aren't dry BUT they take me back to the room to do my eyebrows. I can barely move because everything is wet. I was so disappointed with my eyebrows!! OMG. So I proceed to the register and find out that my nails are $43 They went from $31 to $38 to $43! I asked why so much when she gave me a different price and she said because I added the tip to my nails. Thanks for explaining that... After getting in my car and taking a final look, I realized my nails and feet looked horrible!!! My nails have ridges my toes and eyebrows are sloppy. I couldn't enjoy my 4th of July because I was thinking about the horrible service I received. I don't mind paying $87 plus I left a $10 tip BUT after looking at what I received there's no way I would even come back to this place. I was so pleased at how it looked but I rather drive far and receive exceptional service at a small shop then to feel how I felt leaving this place. Please don't be deceived. I wasn't treated fairly. RUDE, EXPENSIVE, UNCOMFORTABLE! Joy was rude and rough. I felt rushed while picking out my colors, I couldn't enjoy my pedicure while Joy rudly and roughly did my nails. They look decent but NOT worth $43.00 for the dip very plain. I walked out paying $83.00 dollars total. I even had to bend down in between the pedi chairs to pick up my shoes with wet toe nails! I will NOT be going back. I'll spend my money else where. The girl who did my pedicure was nice, quiet and smiled, you could tell she didn't want to entertain Joys gossipy behavior. Went in today to get my nails done before a week long vacation with 5 kiddos! My nails look great but the lady who took my payment wasn't very friendly.... Others were asked how they were doing and offered a drink but not me! Ive spent a week oacking fir a family if seven and wanted to relax .... When I walked in there was only one other customer in the whole salon, however, over the next 5 minutes or so about 6 people walked in. This caused my manicurist to speed up my manicure ridiculously fast. I'm all for quick service, but I felt very rushed. He dabbed lotion on my hands, didn't rub it in or give any sort of massage and told me to go wash my hands. He then quite messily painted my nails. I have some of the polish on the tips of my fingers and a BUNCH of top coat all over my fingers. Sorry but I was here first, so I should get the same quality of service that they were rushing to give to someone else who showed up after me. I've had to wait my turn at a nail salon several times. I came to get my nails done and decided to try out color dipping because I usually will just get gel nails. I had Judie and her work was nice and quick. My friend and I went here to get our nails and toes done. My friend was getting hers for her upcoming engagement photos. Her and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and made good conversation instead of having the awkward silence you normally have (even though the silence is nice sometimes too) but not in this case. *** updated from today's visit. I originally gave 1 star because of the terrible service. I went back today because two nails already chipped less than 12 hours later. The women at the front desk remembered me and remembered I wasn't very happy when I left so she gave me amazing treatment. The guy that redid my nails kept apologizing over and over saying he was going to give me the best nails anyone has ever done, and he did! He was absolutely phenomenal. His attitude, customer service, accommodations, everything. If I could give this 0 stars after my visit today I would. First my friends and I, 3 of us total walked in for our 6 pm appointment along with 8 other people. We all had to wait over 45 minutes to get helped because all their current staff members were tending to a private party in a rivals room. I get that, but why would they let all 11 of us make an appointment at 6 when there's no one available. Now on to my pedicure. The guy was more than rough, it HURT. I love love love getting foot massages and getting pedicures but he was extremely rough. I kept jerking and saying ouch but he kept on and cut me twice. Now onto my dip gel. It's been 2 hours since I got home and 2 have already chipped because of how thing he shaved them down. He also yelled at me multiple times to be still, get off my phone, etc. (I flipped my hair out of my face because my bangs fell and he told me to be still in a very rude tone. Work called and texted me so I literally just opened my texts to read when he told me to move my phone or get off) I asked him to fill in a hole on my nail and he proceeded to get very angry and tell me it would be okay and kept mumbling very angry words that I didn't understand. All of this is after being there for a total of 2.5 hours for just a basic pedi and dip gel. My friend also had to wait 2 hours last time she was here to be helped. I went in for a pedicure and to get acrylic pink and white done. When I asked for acrylic the guy who originally sat down to do my nails got up (because he didn't seem like he knew how to do acrylic) and another lady sat down and I said "I would like acrylic pink and white" and she proceeded to do NEXGEN and tell me it would be 8 dollars more..... first of all, why would I want to pay more for something I didn't ask for? So I just let her do it because I didn't feel like dealing with it any more. And she cut me about 4 times, and was way too rough with every step. I had sore fingers for a week. I'm a hairdresser so that made my job harder on me. She also left all the excess dried up nexgen powder all over my fingers that took me three days to get off. I do not recommend this place at all. Wow!! Wait a minute... is this really a nail salon? There's a full service bar right in the middle of the salon. Okay! This is my kind of place. The friendly receptionist greeted me and I fill out a form stating which type of service that I was I need of. After filling out the form she sat me down and took my drink order. Vy was introduced to me as my pedicurist and she started on my feet. I chose the cucumber pedicure which consist of fresh cucumber, refreshing scrub and hot towel. It was so refreshing and relaxing... she gave my poor tired two feet and really good massage.  The final touch I chose was a gel French paint so it can last weeks on my toes without chipping the paint off. During my pedicure the host asked if I needed a refill on my wine... wow! This is customer service that I haven't experienced at other salons.Next was to get my nails pampered. Suzie was the next technician that was introduced to me.  She recommended me to do the next gen dipping powdered which is less harmful to my nails and more natural. So I chose a beige color and she started on my nails.  She was such a perfectionist... my nails turned out beautiful, I have never been this pleased... usually I always have to tell the technician to fix this and that, but not this time.I would love to come back to DFW nail bar again but the distance is so far from where I live. Yesterday night was the grand opening party and the energy in the restaurant was exciting!  My gal pals and I walked in, greeted by a friendly staff, DJ and some champagne.  Bubbly always makes me happy.  We noted what we wanted on the easy to use service cards and were handed a drink menu as well.  The place is very nicely done, high ceilings so you don't get as much of that chemically smell.  There were flat screens and a full bar - they're still working out the drinks, just be patient, it will get there.It is a family owned business and everyone was putting the work into making you feel right at home.  I had time to chill out with my friends at the bar area as we waited.  As stations opened up, we were pulled one by one, with minimal wait time to our chairs.  The pedi is $27 and comes with 2 complimentary beverages.  I took advantage of the massage chair cover and had a nice time relaxing into that as Trois (say Two-ah) worked on my runners feet.  Running is a hobby for a lot of people so any time I get treated to a pampering pedi, I am in heaven.  I can see that this will quickly become a nail spa of choice.  It is a fun atmosphere and an easy excuse to get your mani/pedi squad together.  Even the guys coming in for a sports pedi would enjoy this place.  I heard they are going to offer the ancient art of karaoke to make it even more fun.  The only thing I am jealous of is that the little Hello Kitty pedi stations are too small for me to squeeze into.  So, what are you waiting for?  It's "Treat Yo Self" time, go there, and get some!
