I go get mani /pedi and love to relax in the chair for pedi then halfway through girl comes to do my manicure while im sitting in massage chair enjoying my pedi. She puts pillow in my lap to hold bowl of cold tap water to soak in then takes bowl away and puts light for gel polish and then tells me to turn off chair, uh thats what i like mist of all.are you in that much of a hurry i cant enjoy them seperatly? I was really liking this place up until I was paying. I got there at 5:30 which was an hour before they closed. The lady who did my nails finished at 6:35 and when she told me what the price was I was standing in line behind a lady who was paying out. She just stood there and so I handed her my card which was difficult to get out as I had my purse in one hand and drink in the other. I had to hold my drink and purse in one hand. She runs my card and brings me the paper to sign and I kinda look at her like really you can’t wait 1 minute while this lady in front of me finishes paying so I can set my stuff done. I had to walk over to a technicians table and set my stuff down and sign the receipt there all because the tech couldn’t wait 1 minute for the lady in front of me to finish paying out. Ridiculous!They were just rushing everyone out the door and for that reason I won’t be back. Not a way to run a business. Read Less

* I was charged more than I was told over the phone and in person when I got there. I do not appreciate dishonesty and to be mislead just to get me in the door. I heard technicians offering this or that other service to increase the price to other customers. (pressure) *The reviews about the friendly great customer service did not happend in my case. There is a lack of "language etiquette" as in most nail places. (You can't be respectful, friendly and show good customer service if you speak English to your customers and turn around to speak a different language the customers do not understand and make them feel you are laughing or joking at their expense, it's uncomfortable. (It's open to misinterpretations.) *The reviews about the cleanliness and superior ambiance are not so. It is what any business should be. *My nails felt very thigh, sore and uncomfortable to the point that after two weeks I went to another place to have them removed. *Overall not a good experience. This is the only place I will get my nails done! Peter is awesome! And the rest of the staff is very friendly as well. I always get nexgen, and they do such a great job my nails never break. I've finally been able to grow them out and they are finally strong and healthy! Read Less

I've went there before, not a great experience. Gave it another shot, and again not a great experience. Started off by the lady doing my pedicure saying something in her language and then every worker in there looked at me in a not very polite way. Then an hour after doing my toes and 10 before they closed she was doing my gel nails. It hasn't even been a week and they're  peeling off and chipping. My cuticles were a mess. Normally, I hate going to the nail spa. It's so time consuming and the fumes will knock you out. Today, I tried Luxor Nail Spa- because the ladies at work are always saying how great they are. I had a manicure & pedicure on my natural nails. I was very impressed at the different colors & choices they offer. I had one tech on my nails & toes at the same time. The lady who did my nails was very informative on the prices. And didn't get mad, like most nail place when I tell them not to use that drill on my nails. My pedicure was mediocre. I go to Luxor every month. Not because my nails are grown out because I like change to different colors. I have more people ask me where I have had my nails done. That alone is just awesome. My girlfriend and I enjoy having both toes and nails done. Everyone is friendly helpful just a great place. Read Less

Such a great experience!! Husband and I dropped in for pedicures on a Friday afternoon. They were very busy, but had enough techs working to be able to take us right away. We opted to spend the extra $10 for the lavender scrub for the extra treatment and massage. Delightful! We both had excellent pedicures. Massage chairs are great, and the entire place was spotless. Decor is pretty, too! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Husband also got his brows waxed, and they looked perfectly groomed afterward. We'll definitely go back. Read Less

This place was only so-so. I did the lavender pedicure, got an acrylic set, and requested a design on my nails. After this expensive procedure, my cuticles are still a mess. The guy working on my hands didn't do anything for my cuticles and did very minimum to help cleanup my natural nails underneath. The polish itself isn't great- I could've done this own design on myself and it would've looked just as good. All in all this was a really expensive waste on a salon. Read Less

Very friendly staff, complimentary beverage (mimosas & wine), and clean/sanitary. Basic pedi is $25, we upgraded for the lavender option for $35 to get massage. And the best massage chairs I have been in for a while. I highly recommend this place. Read Less
