I have been going to this place regularly for about a year now and it has always been good. They have great service and are very friendly. I've always been more than satisfied with my pedicures, and it's always nice and clean. What I do want to point out is that for my dip nail service it was always hit or miss depending on who did my nails. That is, until I found Sam! He is great about doing them fast and looking great. But this past time I went to get my nails done I had them done with Rosie and she is hands down without a question THE BEST nail results I've had! Literally, she left my nails looking perfect, exactly how I asked. She has a great technique for not filing down your nails to the point where you don't have any. She's very detail oriented and I don't know how else to explain but she's awesome!! The only thing is that she did take longer to get it done. I've been to this salon four times so far for the Nexgen dip manicure. I've absolutely loved it every time. The owners are so hospitable and helpful. So far I've seen Sam, Richard, Philip and Roxie; they were all excellent. My manicures have all lasted over two weeks and were beautiful. I went here on a Wednesday during happy hour, 20% off any service over $35. The front desk greeted me right away. I was seated right away for my pedicure and offered a drink. They have mimosas :). I was expected to be really impressed after walking into such a gorgeous space and having been recommended this nail salon by a friend. Everyone there was SO nice which I really appreciate but my nails did not turn out like I wanted them too. I asked to have my cuticles pushed back and instead they got trimmed which I think may be due to a communication barrier, but still....My nails were also filed uneven. I got the dip powder done but even after it was drilled down my nails are uneven and very thick near my cuticles. The finish is not smooth and it just was a sloppy job overall. Absolutely fantastic service, from the moment you call, to entering the doors, to end of service, just perfect. I made my appointment the morning of and they told me they could accommodate me at any time. My experience in the past with salons is, yes, they tell you this, then you come for your appointment and you wait for another 45 minutes to be seen. Not here. No. They seated me the moment I walked in and took care of me immediately AND accommodated my husband's unscheduled massage! Spectacular! Jenny and Eugene were my assigned technicians and they were WONDERFUL. Their attention to detail was really unmatched. They asked me my name, introduced themselves, asked about my day and weekend plans, and told me to relax. Jenny asked me right away what I would like to drink and had my wine brought to me right away. My "dip nails" and regular paint on my mint deluxe pedicure were perfect. Worth every penny. Very picky about how my nails are done and had not had them done in almost 6 months due to renovating my house. I did read up on some Yelp reviews and decided on here due to distance and positive reviews. I always get SNS or NexGen with acrylics and do a softer short coffin shape on the nails.I set an appointment the day before and got set with Savannah for Saturday at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:25 was greeted right away and sat down with Savannah as I was handed the book with all the NexGen colors. Savannah was very nice and there was not a language barrier either. In the past it's been an issue due to some nail techs doing what they want do vs what I the customer request. I told her I do not like nor want thick and bulky nails. The color was no where near the color I chose, most likely might have been a mix-up with the number that went with the color. I choose a darkish grey with tiny sparkle and somehow ended up with very dark brown nails with sparkle. Overall she was good with the shape and length on my nails. Just wish I would have noticed the color mix up sooner. Planning on going back to her and getting the correct color next time.Salon is clean updated with TVs water, wine.Call ahead to set appointment! Awful experience getting rushed through a brow wax. Lady answered the phone during the appointment! Then managed to get wax on eyelashes somehow. Management needs to manage who is doing what. This is a great nail place. Staffs working here are great and well trained. The managers have been working hard constantly to give their customers the best care and sevice they could. I love my Nail Artiste - Richard. He pays attention to detail, is friendly and sings a tune hear and there...LOL I've been a customer for the past 3 years and will not go any other place. It's challenging to find a good nail tech, hair stylist, dry cleaners, etc., when you relocate, so I'm a customer for as long as I'm in the Dallas area. Chow and the crew at The Salon are professional, friendly and great at what they do. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, I was very well taken care of and treated as a longtime friend. The atmosphere was relaxing, nicely designed and is clearly cared for. All very clean. The pedicure itself was just what I wanted:  Full service, great skills and my feet were left clean, not greasy. After two solid happy happy visits to this nail salon, I just cannot say enough good things about their service and facility. First of all, they are located on Lemmon Avenue with all the other cool places to go. Seriously, I am getting sucked into the Lemmon business vortex, but I am quite happy with this arrangement. This salon is West of the Toll road and east of Inwood. Which makes it a perfect location to get dolled up, with tons of other errand bound destinations literally steps away from their front door.   Appointments are suggested, as they do get busy, especially during their happy hour 20% off, which is Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 3pm.Bill has been my nail technician. He is so sweet, very gentle, and thorough. Now prices are a bit on the higher side here. But considering their location , which is convenient with ample parking. Their wine, champagne, liquor refreshments are pretty fabulous. Yeah! Girl getting her drink on while getting pampered. Yes please. Their salon is very modern in a teal dark brown hip color scheme.
