I've been a member since 2014 when I first moved to Dallas. 18 months ago I moved 45+ minutes away and still routinely make the drive because this place is worth it. I had one of the best pedicures ever with Michelle. I'm sorry to hear nail services won't be offered anymore as that tends to complete the package/experience for me. The other lady that did my polish change was wonderful as well. I also had one of the best facials I've ever had with James, and I don't say that lightly as I do have a regular esthetician I usually see. I came in for a break and for the special as my skin had been really dry after vacation on the beach.  James made sure to address my specific needs, explained everything along the way and suggested some products while explaining their benefits but not at all being salsey. I greatly appreciated his energy and knowledge.  I noticed my skin was soft and glowing through the next day and I'm pretty sure that's never happened with a facial before!I have to also mention that the front desk staff was sooo friendly when I walked in and so helpful throughout my visit. I used to be a regular at Riviera from 11 years ago and their spa package was my birthday treat for years. Just had my massage done by Lisa. Good experience. Caught a 50 minute monthly special. Lisa pinpointed a lot of my sore spots from trying aerial silk this weekend. It's a fine spa. Front desk ladies were pretty darn nice.Nothing spectacular as I was expecting from reading other appreciative Yelpers. Pretty much get the same options you would get at most spas. That doesn't take away from the spa being nice in general. And me typing this from my car feeling smoother.-Overall-It's a nice, clean establishment.-Parking situationFree Parking! If you know this area it can get pretty hairy in the evenings or weekends. Park in the Travis parking garage right on the side of the spa. And take the stairs or elevator one floor up and it's right there.Catch a special like me if you just want to try it. Read Less

This spa is awesome!The first time I went, they booked me with Khong. She's my go-to every. Time. She has the ability to assess what I do for a living ("Are you sitting most of the day?") and finds all the little knots I didn't know I had  (like in my forearms?! Who knew!). She's been a massage therapist for like 8 years or something but each massage she pays special attention to detail and it's personalized. She is really good at draining the lymph nodes in my neck, too. One of my favorite things too is she's not talkative during the massage. She's polite and just asks questions to help your experience.Side note: Chatty massage therapists are a pet peeve. The last time I saw someone at Daired's-- my old favorite-- the therapist talked way too much about herself. I still know her major, where she's at school, and that she does a side hustle with UPS. So NOT relaxing!Back to the review...Admittedly, I haven't tried the other therapists or services. But I seriously drive the distance just to see Khong. All she does is massage and has been doing it for years. She's awesome at all the little details (hand, neck,  arms) and really works hard on my psoas muscles. The services exceeded all of my expectations. literally have not one bad thing to say. pedicure-awesome, massage-excellent and facial-heavenly. I came in hopes of calming my mind after an aweful breakup with my boyfriend and they went out of their way to make my time their absolute heaven. everyone was really helpful and kind. the pedicure i recieved was great and anh applied my beautiful airbrush tan. she was very kind and professional and made me look like a bronzed goddess. This place is awesome. I have been coming here for literally 5 years. My whole family comes in to get services. the massage therapists are unbelieveable. I have literally never had a bad massage. my personal favorite therapists are tressie and Deborah. they are both great and i never leave disapointed. I also come in at least once a month for airbrush tanning treatments. they last a little over a week and the color is amazingly natural. i went in after the absolute worst day of work ever and as soon as walked in the door the front desk staff was so friendly and they offered me wine and i ended up wanting to add a facial and pedicure and they really worked to make sure i was able to do so. they even brought me dinner (which was delicious!TRY THE TURKEY BURGER @ VILLA-O!). very affordable and caring..they were open until 8pm on wed. but stayed so that i could finish my services till 8:30pm! could not ask for a better spa experience!DEFINATLY RECOMMEND! My boyfriend sent me to this spa as a suprise present for my bday. This place is sooo nice. I had a package with a facial, massage and manicure. they even provided lunch during my 4 hour stay at the spa. Tammy did my facial and was really great about letting me know everything i could do to make my skin the best it could be. she even took the time to go over a few product questions that I had at the end of the treatment. I travel often and have extremly high standards when it comes to spas. I visited this spa on a whim due to the close proximity to my house. from start to finish the spa exceded all my expectations. The massage I recieved from Betty was fantastic and the facial from Anne was also relaxing and nice. I have recently started comming to this salon due to the close proximity to my house and because I have never had a better massage in my life or went to an esthetician who was so knowledgeable. This spa is in a great location and the atmosphere is not stuffy at all. The front desk girl was incredibly nice and made me feel right at home the moment I walked into the spa. looking for a new stylist, I visited this spa last weekend. I got a cut and color from maria and absolutly loved it. she did exactly what I asked and gave me a great hip haircut and a perfect combination of highlights and lowlights. I recently visited this spa and was amazed at how nice the spa was. the receptionist was very helpful and knowlegeable and made me feel at home. The massage I receieved from Jacob was the best massage I have ever had in my life.
