I'm not sure where to start with this review as I never go to any nail salons but since my girlfriend told me my feet were rougher than i35 northbound, I decided to listen to her (also something I rarely do) and get a pedicure.Well... shout out to my girl Jade! She's changed my life forever. Now i'm actually able to feel what the insides of my socks feel like; something i've never been able to feel before. I mean, you should really feel my feet. I told myself I would not go back to MiniLuxe because it is so boring.  I purchased a Gilt City for a signature mani/pedi & Brazilian wax. Telinda was my nail tech. In conversation I told her about me wanting to get simple nail art & that I travel to Austin/Houston/New York to go to the amazing nails spots and this may be my last time coming to MiniLuxe. She understood and giving me the cutest yet simple mani. MiniLuxe really needs to step it up. Not everyone wants the same boring mani. Let your nail techs be more creative!! Read Less

Super bummed I didn't catch the name of my nail technician, but super happy with how my mani/pedi turned out. From the moment I walked in I had phenomenal service. My technician was a perfectionist in everything she did. I even went in with Nexgen, and although it took a while to remove it, it could be done. I opted for a signature mani and pedi so no special polishes. I've heard their polishes last a good while so I'm hoping to see these results. I absolutely love this place!I was greeted with friendly smiles and some amazing customer service! The girls that work here are super friendly and by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I will definitely be going back here from now on.The reason for the one star being taken off is due to the cut right above my finger nail that I received. It's minor, but still hurt when there was a little alcohol applied - of course. The lady apologized profusely about the matter.It took me forever to figure out my nail polish color, but the ladies were super nice and gave me some superb recommendations! One even offered to mix two colors for me, so she could ensure that I get what I wanted. They definitely took their time before, during, and after. I got a manicure done around 8:10 p.m. and I was concerned with the amount of bubbles that were showing in the polish on my nail. The lady was super nice about removing the coats and restarting. And by the time, my manicure was over, she assured me that I didn't need to rush out and to relax so my nails would properly dry and not be messed up. Dropped in on a Tuesday on my way home from work. Was able to walk right in without an appointment and be able to be seen immediately. Friendly greetings and selected a signature pedicure and asked them to retouch my manicure. By the time I selected my pedi color: Hamilton, a deep mauve pink with gold sparkles in it when the light hits; they were ready for me.This is a quality salon that wants you to relax - choice of complimentary beverage: sparkling water, tea or white wine. They know how to indulge a patron. I decided it was 5 o clock somewhere and I would relax with a glass of wine. Which was served chilled and was perfectly refreshing, light and crisp.My tech was Sara and just a joy! She was so friendly and talkative which I appreciate because I dislike when there is that awkward silence or small talk. We got on well and it was fun to talk about our lives, husbands etc. I really appreciate how detailed she was and way more thorough with her application than my previous miniluxe visit. I am thrilled with both my pedi and redone manicure.I would totally recommend this miniluxe but will say depending on your tech you may have different experiences. Definitely ask for Sara. Both times were still 5 star for experience but I could tell the application technique was different this time with the performance polish on my fingers so I doubt it will chip this time. Last time it began chipping at the edges and sides the next day. While she did my manicure I noticed someone else give two manicures in the same time so there is some variance on who you get. Then again I am someone that if I am going to a salon I expect to spend time and not be rushed so I like that she took her time to do a flawless job.Manicure is cosmic from performance line which guarantees no chips for 5 days or they will fix it. OMGG LOVE THIS PLACE!!!They have quality nail polish, with many different colors to choose from, and the nail polish dries right away which is freakin amazing!!! I recommend getting the "performance polish" which dries in less than 5 minutes and lasts longer than your average nail polish (it is $10 more than regular options, but it's def worth it).The service was spot on!! I was greeted with some of the nicest people who actually wanted to know how your day was going, what I was interested in getting done, and actually gave quality recommendations. They also offer complementary beverages while you're waiting or getting your nails done with options for water, sparkling water, hot tea & white wine. Let's talk about the ambiance of this place. So, right when you walk in, you'll notice how you don't smell any chemicals, there's lot of white and natural lighting, and the décor is super modern chic. BEST Miniluxe location in Dallas to get your nails done at. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I love the fact that they use brand new sets of buffers and equipments for every client, and not sterilize/reuse the same equipments like every other place. They have a great selection of nail colors and services offered. I got the color "Breakfast at Tiffany" which is a Tiffany blue/teal color and totally loved it! Enjoyed my visit today. I was in and out very quickly my mani and pedi was perfect to the "T". I worked with Alma and was surprised that everything she used was fresh out the package and clean. Didn't have to worry about if it was used on someone else before me. They are very green friendly, no acrylic/chemical smells when you walk in . Never going to another nail shop again! This place is like a spa for your nails! @.@ I love this location because, again, it's right by my work, I know I'm so lazy, :((. . . . Anyhoo, the staff here is genuinely nice, like talking to girlfriends & you can let them know any concerns you may have when it comes to your nails, no need to be shy, everyone is very accommodating. The salon is sooooo clean, bright & white, no fumes, no clutter, not even a tv on the wall. Love the decor & furnishings. They pride themselves on cleanliness from the visible "Clean Lab" to showing you that the sterilized tools are packaged and they use separate packaged tools for your hands and feet. There are also vents for every manicure station. They also offer complementary beverages, water, hot tea & white wine. They have their line of polishes which are 5-free I believe, so they are healthier for your nails. They come in the most gorgeous colors! Then they have their "performance polish" which is a step up from their regular polish, dries in 5 mins and lasts much longer, kinda between regular polish and gel. And lastly they have gel & shellac polishes.I got the performance polish and my nails still look fantastic! Keep in mind I'm really hard on my nails, at home & at work. My nail designer was Jennifer, and she was fantastic, professional & knowledgeable! My mani & pedi were great and my nails haven't looked this good in years. Not over exaggerating, promise. She was so sweet, I had nicked my cuticle & trimmed a toe nail too short and she was very mindful not to hurt me and kept asking if I was ok.I can positively say I won't be going anywhere else for my nails. This place makes you feel comfortable and you can't beat the quality & cleanliness for the price you pay. I was able to check out MiniLuxe Preston Center on Friday and honestly it was a great experience! I have been to a few of their locations and they have always done a phenomenal job! Miniluxe has been a great experience and they were able to get me seated quickly and the whole experience was about 50 minutes. I got the performance line of nail polish which is their "gel like" nail style. The salon has a very clean and chemical free approach to taking care of your nails. They really want to ensure that they are doing things the right way and it was apparent.  I love how bright and all the open lighting that was shining through the salon. This salon is decently priced but you are really taken care of at MiniLuxe Salon! You won't be disappointed! Read Less
