Goboua ( I probably misspelled his name) is amazing. He's is very friendly and sweet and always does what I ask. Jill (I believe is her name) who also works there, was very unprofessional today. She was yelling at my guy goboua for I don't know what reason. But I am in his chair and he is doing my nails and she's just throwing a big hissy fit and being so mean to him. Which caused him to not be able to do my nails because he was so worked up. If you have a problem with a coworker take them to the back and talk to them not make a scene in front of clients. Love love love this place. They are open late which is great for after work! When you make an appointment, THEY STICK TO THAT TIME! You will never have to wait because they are running late. If they dont have time for a service they won't take the client like other salons! Ask for the deluxe pedicure so you get more Jan 1 minute of massage-it's about 10 minutes! Read Less

What a gem! Janelle and Jennifer are a dynamic duo that leads this team of wonderful artists who pamper their clients like you are the only thing that matters. The space is well used and filled with light  with lots of ventilation so you don't feel like you've walked into an acetone soaked cotton pad. Accents of rose gold and deep purples keep the store fresh and modern. Nicole is a wonderful tech that pays attention to detail and a great conversationalist to boot! Cynthia, performed my eye brow wax and it was a great experience. I did not feel rushed or like the experience was timed. I have been a fan of Jennifer's work for a long time now and her talents hold true. The staff are held to the highest standards of technique and cleanliness. I've heard great things about MiniLuxe! Glad I finally had the chance to visit their location with my friend.  Inside is very spacious and clean. I really like the interior design. LOVE their nail polish selection! So many pretty colors to choose from I ran out of fingers to test them on. All the staff members for amazing. Everyone made sure their guests were well taken care of. They took their time and were very tentative to our needs. MiniLuxe definitely provided a different spa experience for me. First impression of this place was it was super cute and super clean. Got a mani and pedi and the service and conversation was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable getting my nails done here because they would ask if I liked the color or if something would hurt. The pedicure was amazing and the scrub smelled sooo good! I'm like obsessed! They offer tea as well and I got this mint tea that was so delicious. This will be my go to place every time I'm in the area! Service was great and my nails turned out amazing. I just went here recently and Nicole did my quick dry manicure, and she did a magnificent job! Very precise and good a cuticle care (no redness or cuts here). She was also precise on the nail paint as I have no paint splotches on or around my nails (very smooth). They have a wonderful nail selection. I used the $30 quick dry option which uses Dazzle Dry nail lacquer, a vegan polish and free of several chemicals found in most other brands. It only takes 5 minutes to totally dry without UV lights, heat, or quick dry sprays. I was worried it would only last a few days because it did not have the chemicals, but this is my second time at this nail salon using the same color and brand, Stardust is a gorgeous color by the way. My nail color chipped off a little but stayed pretty in tact for a couple of weeks! I am sold. No more funky driving techniques to avoid all nail contact!I have not done a pedicure here, but I am making this my manicure stop even though it can be a little steep at $30. They are big on cleanliness (new nail file and buffer each time), and they keep the space in clean order as well. Came here the other day for a polish change and I definitely enjoyed it!Pros:+ Super clean - they autoclave everything (advertised as hospital grade)+ Friendly staff - all the workers really want to make sure you have a great relaxing experience+ No wait+ Amazing Nail polish - I am floored by the quality of the mini luxe polish. It goes on so smoothly, the color is amazingly rich, and it's decently priced at about $15 per bottle. I loved it so much I had to get a bottle of La La Land right then and there.Cons:- Pricey - yes, the quality is great, but they do tend to be a bit pricier than other areas that also do polish changes- Difficulty parking - it gets so crowded sometimes that it can be difficult to find a parking spotAll in all, decent experience and I will be back soon. This was a really fun event that was well organized. After checking in and then signing up for what we wanted done my friend and I stacked on cookies and fruit. Champagne was also offered but we did not partake. I picked out my color and waited my turn to get my nails polished. I wish that I remembered the girls name that did them for me, she was extremely friendly and personable. She also did a great job. Miniluxe is a great place to relax and pamper yourself. They have a great line of polishes and products. The ladies here are great at what they do. Very informative about the services they offer. I go to Jill only for gel manicure, she is the best there, she takes her time and puts extra coats and makes sure I bake all the way. And most of the workers there are good at pedicures. I suggest you go to Jill if you want your gel manicure to last 3 weeks without chipping. I have one retail job (go-backs), and another office job, my nails don't chip, peel or left, EVER, thanks to Jill and the amazing 5 coats of gel polishes! Yaaaas Queen!! This place USED to be good. They don't care about cleanliness and they don't sanitize/sterilize their nail tools. They took out tools from their drawer (during pedicure) and tried to use them on me! Right after they used them on someone else!! That is so disgusting!!!! I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to come here! I don't think good nail salons exist anymore.. So sad!
