I went there 3 days ago. First off, the lady was pretty rude. I got a manicure and because I was with my friend who got a pedicure, they sat me down on one of the massage chairs. I was pretty excited because the massage felt great. Well the lady told me to turn it off because she couldn’t paint my nails if I was moving so much. Ok I understand. After that, she was rushing through the whole thing. She left me to put my nails under the light and switch off three times on each hand. She told me to wipe off any excess with the cotton ball she left me. All while she was taking care of another customer. I’m over here thinking “isn’t this her job?!!!” Well she finally comes back about 10 minutes later and puts lotion on my hand. She literally left my nail polish uneven. I had nail polish surrounding my nails. It’s only been 3 days and my nails are already chipping. What kind of service is this??? $35 to paint short nails. This place is amazing! I was greeted when I walked through the door and everyone was so nice. I got a fill in and a pedicure. The salon is up-to-date and pretty inside. Brian did a great job on my pedicure and Rosa did a great job with my fill in. I was offered a drink while I was being serviced. I like how they use real martini glasses. I love the fact that they are open until midnight. I would have given them a 5 star review but $25 for an acrylic fill in on short nails is a bit high. wow. I visited this salon for the first time at the opening and it was a perfectly fine experience but went back this past week for a simple manicure and it was THE WORST manicure i've ever had. From start to finish nothing went right. instead of removing gel with the normal file, cotton & acetone wrapper in foil and wait approach they used the machine used for acrylics and peeled of layers of my nails. then I was forced to soak my hands, not nails, HANDS in a bag of warm chemicals that literally burns. if that wasn't good enough the technician nicked my skin multiple times throughout the process, applied incredibly uneven and low quality polish, and my nails are all shaped completely different and are uneven lengths after she cut and file them. Not only that but it's been less than a week and the crappy gel polish (which is supposed to last 3 weeks) is already peeling off. save your $$$$ and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Read Less

I stumbled upon this gem when I was had a broken nail and needed a repair last minute. Found this place on here and they were open until midnight so I gave it a try! I went to Emily and now she's stuck with me LOL! I have been to another tech in the salon (Emily was booked or out of town--can't recall which) and had a horrible experience, but that is not my norm, so I won't hold it against the salon for one bad set and sour attitude. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do have a smaller color selection compared to other salons I visit. First time visit yesterday! Was warmly greeted and offered a beverage. They have a great upbeat and fun atmostohere and the Salon is gorgeous. My nail tech did a wonderful job on my nails and their pricing is very reasonable. I just got a basic Mani with Kevin and my nails look great! I've lived in the area but had never thought to visit this nail shop until now. It's 8:00pm on a Saturday and I needed my nails done right then. I ran across Fab Nails online and was excited they closed at midnight 6 days out of the week!! I walked into Fab and was instantly greeted. We discussed my services and I was quickly seated. I was then greeted by the bartender who showed me a full bar selection. Let me tell you- the margarita on the rocks was the Perfect drink to get my Saturday night started. Emily was my tech and extremely sweet. We talked about how I like my nails, and what could have been causing my nail bed to be breaking my acrylic nails off so quickly. Emily was super friendly, getting to know me because she was aware I was fairly new to the area. Fast forward, we got my old Nails soaked off and my new set on I'm about an hour. THEY STAY OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT!!!! NEED I SAY MORE? This is my new fav spot! They aren't over priced but it does depend on your services needed. It looks small on the outside but inside it's very large and upscale! All of the nail techs are very friendly and attentive. Never a long wait and they have the best massage chairs for your pedicure. After my services, I sit for an extra 30-45 minutes just for the massage. They have really good drinks and the most unique ice cubes that oddly don't melt! It's amazing! I've tried three different pedicure treatments and the little old lady who does my feet is the sweetest and she literally does the best pedicures. I stopped into FAB nails with my mom a couple of weeks ago while visiting Dallas. It was a little later in the day, maybe around 6 to 7 and most other nail salons were closing for the evening. They were welcoming and we were able to start immediately. They had many great colors and the chairs were nice. They have a bar with liquor on top of the usual wines. We stuck to white wine and it was pretty on par for nail salon wine. My only major complaint was the woman that was doing my mom's nails kept insisting she get a pedicure as well. We went to dinner in our flip flops after so we had at least an hour without shoes on but my big toe was smudged after I put my booties back on. Read Less

I've been here three times. The customer service is really good (Cici and Johnny are amazeballs) and the nail Care is decent. There are so many nail shops in dallas it is hard to pick a favorite, but these guys get my business for a few reasons (other than the customer service):Drinks- full bar. Very full bar and they don't inflate the prices of the manicure to justify the liquor costs. Cleanliness: always very clean. They're new so they work hard to keep the shop in ship-shape condition. I've been here four times now. They've always done an exceptional job on my nails. I get a pedicure and dip nails every 2 weeks. I haven't experienced any chipping here like many other salons I've been to in the area. My one complaint: 1/4 times they've asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I did the tropical pedicure last night with Johnny. I couldn't be happier with my service. He was very nice and did a great job. Plus this pedicure comes with a 20 minute massage. Emily did my gel manicure and did an excellent job as well.  One thing I love about this place is they let the gel soak off your nail, instead of scrapping it off (this was always the worst part for me!). Last night I made my way over to Fab Nail Bar because my schedule only allowed for a late night appointment, I was thrilled to find this salon open until midnight! My roommate and I made reservations online for a 9pm appointment which made the entire process seamless from beginning to finish. Everyone was so sweet and friendly the minute we walked in the door. Emily did my nails and as an avid dipping powder user I've had my fair share of horrible nail jobs but Emily left me speechless with how quick and beautiful they turned out. I went a few weeks ago to get a gel manicure. My nail technician asked me if I wanted to give dip nails a try, assuring me that it would not look 'thick' or more artificial than gel. So I decided to give it a go. The manicure itself was very pleasant. The salon is clean and everyone there was extremely friendly and I was really happy with the results. My nails looked perfect and did not feel any different than when I got gel nails.I am writing this review now, because 3 weeks later my nails still look amazing! The only reason I have to get them re-done is because they have now grown out too far. She listens to me in extreme detail about what I want as my desires change depending on work functions. Great location, great attitude but fair manicure. The pedicures were great although not so much the foot massage but both my husband and I were cut several times during the manicures.
